It&#8217;s an obsession with these professional propagandists.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newscorpse.com\/Pix\/Trump\/mcenany-trump-baby.jpg\" alt=\"Kayleigh McEnany, Donald Trump\" width=\"550\" height=\"296\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-44718\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During a segment on Fox&#8217;s <em>&#8220;Outnumbered,&#8221;<\/em> their newest co-host, Kayleigh McEnany (Donald Trump&#8217;s former press secretary) took the lead in the Biden bashing. Her angle centered on remarks that Biden made regarding the Chauvin prosecution. <em>&#8220;I\u2019m praying the verdict is the right verdict,&#8221;<\/em> Biden said, <em>&#8220;which is \u2014 I think it\u2019s overwhelming, in my view.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WATCH: Pres. He also relayed the hopes of the family for <em>&#8220;peace and tranquility&#8221;<\/em> regardless of what the verdict was. It was a responsible and sensitive moment during a difficult time the family and the nation. McEnany, however, managed to find fault with Biden&#8217;s words<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We heard Judge Cahill go on to caution election officials and say &#8216;I urge you not to weigh in,&#8217; hours before, half a day before the President himself weighed in. Look, I&#8217;m at least glad that he waited until the jury was sequestered, but I think that the country is such a tinderbox right now. Especially Minneapolis. There&#8217;s so much hurt, so much pain. McEnany, who served as Trump&#8217;s White House mouthpiece, appears to be pretending that she never heard him speak. However, she was one of the most strident peddlers of the <em>&#8220;Big Lie&#8221;<\/em> that Trump was the real winner of the 2020 presidential election; that his victory was <em>&#8220;stolen&#8221;<\/em> from him; and that rampant fraud was committed by Democrats and the media. From election day until Biden&#8217;s inauguration she and Trump and most of the Republican Party and right-wing press were deliberately <em>&#8220;inflaming the tensions&#8221;<\/em> that led to the deadly Capitol insurrection on January 6th. But now she&#8217;s appalled by Biden&#8217;s compassionate comments about his conversation with the Floyd family.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s also notable that Trump notoriously weighed in on numerous trials wherein he lambasted everyone involved, including the judges and the juries. For instance, he <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/02\/23\/politics\/trump-roger-stone-jury-forewoman-attacks\/index.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">went after<\/a><\/strong> the jury forewoman in the case that convicted Roger Stone, who Trump later pardoned. He <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2016\/06\/07\/481140881\/who-is-judge-gonzalo-curiel-the-man-trump-attacked-for-his-mexican-ancestry\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">attacked the judge<\/a><\/strong> in a case dealing with his fraudulent <em>&#8220;university,&#8221;<\/em> complaining that he could not possibly be unbiased because of his Mexican heritage. Trump also <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2019\/03\/30\/trump-intervene-navy-seal-1244374\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">intervened<\/a><\/strong> on behalf of a Navy Seal charged with war crimes. And Trump has repeatedly attacked Supreme Court Justices. He once called for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to resign saying that <em>&#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2016\/07\/13\/485820568\/trump-tweets-justice-ginsburgs-mind-is-shot-calls-on-her-to-resign\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">her mind is shot<\/a><\/strong>.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>McEnany&#8217;s hypocrisy didn&#8217;t end there. She went on to briefly commend Biden for calling the Floyd family, but felt compelled to append praise for Trump for having allegedly done the same thing. However, in reality it wasn&#8217;t the same at all. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2020\/may\/31\/george-floyd-brother-philonise-floyd-trump-phone-call\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Reports at the time<\/a><\/strong> reveal that Trump was less than sympathetic:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;According to Floyd\u2019s brother, Philonise Floyd, the conversation did not go well, as he said Trump gave him little chance to express his views and appeared to have no interest in what he was trying to say.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;He didn\u2019t give me an opportunity to even speak,&#8217; Floyd told MSNBC on Saturday. &#8216;It was hard. I was trying to talk to him, but he just kept, like, pushing me off, like \u2018I don\u2019t want to hear what you\u2019re talking about.\u2019&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When McEnany acknowledges that no one has been more disparaging of the judicial process than<br \/>\nTrump &#8211; when she can admit that Trump was the prime instigator of the riots in Washington, D.C. &#8211; and accepts responsibility herself &#8211; then she might be able to criticize Biden. Until then she should keep her mouth shut on this subject.
