There are very few predictions about Washington politicians that are more reliable than those that forecast Ted Cruz saying something extraordinarily stupid. His endlessly recurring humiliations include his cowardly flight to Cancun<\/a><\/strong> in order to avoid the deep freeze in his home state of Texas, and his submission for punishment to his Fox News master Tucker Carlson<\/a><\/strong>, for daring to correctly refer to the January 6th insurrection as an act of terrorism.<\/p>\n
