Ever since then Republicans have been desperately trying to convince, aka deceive, the American people that this upper-crusty sham would benefit them, despite the repudiation by virtually every independent analysis. That includes the Congressional Budget Office – which is headed by a republican – and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities<\/a><\/strong>, who confirmed that it would throw millions of people off of their Medicaid plans.
