It’s difficult to keep track of the number of times that Trump has declared that a ceasefire was agreed to with Iran, followed shortly by renewed bombing. Now in its fourth month, the war that Trump promised would take only days continues to rage despite his insistence that Iran’s military has been completely destroyed, and then destroyed again, and again, and…<\/p>\n

Trump’s Ministry of Propaganda – aka Fox News – is playing its part in these deceptions. But even they are finding it harder to maintain their composure when confronted with inconvenient truths by their own guests. For example, on Sunday morning conservative radio host Sid Rosenberg was invited to join the “Curvy Couch”<\/em> potatoes of Fox and Friends for what they thought would be a friendly chat about Trump’s “victorious”<\/em> misadventures in Iran. It didn’t go well from the start, with co-host Griff Jenkins saying that…<\/p>\n

“The way the administration sees it, and president Trump, is ‘We can go as long as we want. And ultimately finishing it for good is on the table.'”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What Jenkins was referring to was Trump’s recent genocidal threat<\/a><\/strong> that “Iran will no longer exist”<\/em> if they violated the ceasefire agreement that Trump has already violated. But rather than getting the expected blind concurrence, Rosenberg went rogue, saying that…<\/p>\n

“We can’t go for as long as we want. Clearly the gas prices are too high. Midterms are coming up. Look, let’s have an honest discussion about this…We haven’t won anything yet. I’m sorry Mr. President to break the news. But we haven’t won anything yet. There’s no end to this. We’re kind of in the same exact place we were a couple of months ago. They’re still striking us. We’re still striking them. Israel is still nervous. And quite frankly, American voters are still nervous. So how do you claim victory when the game is far from over? We’re in the 6th inning.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
