It happened again last Friday. Keith Olbermann’s Countdown beat Bill O’Reilly’s Factor in the key 25-54 demo. And this time it was without the benefit of an NBC appearance to boost Olbermann’s numbers.

O’Reilly has been chalking up some high numbers recently, but he is still vulnerable and Olbermann is still growing at a much faster rate.
He must be so proud after winning against a re-run. How pathetic that he gets beat 98% of the time but people act as if this is some kind of victory. I guess he must feel like a drunk in the gutter who touches the curb he finally made it bwaahaaa.
I guess you don’t understand trends and what it means to come from behind to knock off a long-time ratings leader, even though you are on a network that has far less distribution than your competition.
Keep laughing – you don’t have much time left to do that.
Who do I write to to get Countdown to dial back on the new graphics overload? Particularly that weird little noise when the go to a guest. It’s really nerve wracking.
