The workload of the American president is an arduous burden that would tax the stamina of anyone. So it must be particularly grueling for someone like Donald Trump, a 79 year old who is morbidly obese, doesn’t believe in exercise, and consumes mostly fast food and diet soda. The only physical activity Trump gets is walking to and from the buffet at Mar-a-Lago, and “dancing” to the Village People’s “YMCA.”

Trump’s physical and mental well being have long been a subject of concern. And it is never more worrisome than when he is caught on video sleeping through his own criminal trials and repeatedly falling asleep during his Cabinet meetings that consist almost entirely of his doting toadies lavishing him with adoration and near messianic praise? That must be exhausting.

Consequently, it is not surprising that Trump is now delegating one of his most important tasks to his vice president, JD Vance. In a comment posted to his dedicated propaganda platform, Truth Social, Trump decreed that…

“Vice President JD Vance is now in charge of ‘FRAUD’ in the United States. It is massive and pervasive, and the job he will be doing, in conjunction with many great people within the Trump Administration, will be a major factor in how great the future of our Country will be.”

So Vance will now be taking over for Trump and will be “in charge of ‘FRAUD.'” Following in the footsteps of Trump, Vance surely has some big (clown) shoes to fill. After all, who knows fraud better than Trump? He has 34 felony fraud convictions to his name. And those are only the ones that he didn’t manage to avoid by being reelected and having his Supreme Court flunkies grant him conditional immunity. But Trump was just getting started. He continued…

“We will call him the ‘FRAUD CZAR,’ and his focus will be ‘EVERYWHERE,’ but primarily in those Blue States where CROOKED DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS, like those in California, Illinois, Minnesota (Somalia beware!), Maine, New York, and many others, have had a ‘free for all’ in the unprecedented theft of Taxpayer Money.”

Who could have predicted that Trump would focus his fraud probes on blue states? Never mind that there is zero evidence to support his claim that there is more fraud among Democrats than Republicans. To the contrary, the CATO Institute found that it is Republican led states that dominate the top rankings of their public corruption study. Trump then closed with this preposterous claim…

“The numbers are so large that, if successful, we would literally be able to balance our American Budget. Raids have already started in L.A. Good Luck JD!”

Trump has promised to balance the budget many times. He said that tariffs would do it. Or oil stolen from Venezuela. Or Elon Musk’s “DOGE” cuts to the federal bureaucracy. None of those even decreased the deficit, much less eliminated it. The current budget deficit is about $2 trillion. Which is almost exactly the increase in Trump’s most recent budget proposal. That proposal includes $1.5 trillion for Trump’s Department of “War.” So Trump thinks that his “Fraud Czar” will find more fraud than the entire Defense Department funding request.

Since Trump brought up the state of California for special attention, let’s see what Gov. Gavin Newsom had to say about Trump’s baseless charges.

Unlike Trump, Newsom delivered some actual facts to support his arguments. He linked to a “Stop Fraud“ website that went into detail, revealing that…

“California is leading the nation in preventing fraud, waste, and abuse — protecting billions of dollars meant for families, students, seniors, and communities [And that] Trump is the King of Fraud — pardoning criminals and promoting self-dealing corruption.”

With Vance taking over the Fraud Czar duties, poor, old, Dozy Don will be able get some more much needed rest. Because he is not the superman that the Trump cult believes him to be. Although they will keep trying to pitch him as that. For example, here is what his now fired Attorney General, Pam Bondi, said about him…
