JUST LIKE DADDY: Eric Trump Threatens to Sue MS NOW and Jen Psaki for Telling the Truth About Him

The legacy of Donald Trump is overflowing with “accomplishments” that for any other president, at any other time, would be unambiguously regarded as criminal, corrupt, seditious, perverted, and even in a best case scenario, humiliating.

Donald Trump and Eric Trump

No other president has had the dishonor to have been convicted of 34 felony counts of fraud, adjudicated as a rapist, enriched himself by exploiting his power, slandered the free press as “enemies of the people,” impeached for extorting a foreign country for political dirt, and impeached again for inciting a violent insurrection.

Through it all, Trump has demonstrated that he has the backbone of a jellyfish, bawling like a baby at every opportunity that he is a victim, and hurling threats at his perceived persecutors, who are often fierce opponents from the savage and wicked world of…comedy?

A recurring tactic in Trump’s strategy of relentless whining is his penchant for pursuing lawsuits as a remedy for the offences his paranoia manufactures. He is indisputably the most litigious president in history. He has sued everyone from the constitutionally protected free press, to universities, to law firms, to individuals who dared to disagree with him.

Now Trump’s spawn, Eric Trump, is demonstrating that judicial harassment is an inherited trait in the Trump family. Little Eric was apparently offended by a story reported by Jen Psaki of MS NOW. So he announced on X/Twitter that he will be filing a lawsuit to seek compensation (retribution) for his devastating injury. He wrote that

“I intend to sue @jrpsaki and @MSNOWNews over the below clip. To be clear:

“Contrary to her monolog and blatant lies, I have NEVER been on the board of ALT5 — not now, not ever. Any person with basic access to Google and willing to open a company’s annual report or proxy statements would know this.”

Eric’s threat is another attempt by the Trump Klan to intimidate the free press in order to muzzle any legitimate criticism of the MAGA-sterial monarchy. And his denials are typically slathered in Trumpian bullshit. The truth wasn’t hard to discover…

Eric was indeed invited to join the Alt5 board of directors. That fact is still on the Alt5 website. Although, it was later determined that his presence on the board would conflict with some unspecified NASDAQ rule, so they relegated him to the status of an “observer” who could still attend board meetings, but without voting privileges.

However, these facts are enough to show that Psaki and MS NSW cannot be held liable for any claims of defamation. Not only was there no showing of “actual malice,” a requirement for a defamation lawsuit, but what she reported were facts. Also, she wasn’t making any direct commentaries of her own. She was reporting what had already been published by The Financial Times. All of this is evident in the video that Eric himself posted.

Look for this lawsuit to be thrown out in short order, if Eric doesn’t drop it first. Eric has no case, and if he doesn’t realize that, his lawyers surely do. Proceeding will only put him at risk of having to turn over embarrassing discovery that could expose him to criminal charges.

Furthermore, he is unlikely to wrangle a nuisance settlement from these defendants the way his father did with ABC and CBS. Jen Psaki and MS NOW are not seeking favors from the Trump administration that they would trade for cash. So the Trumps will have to look elsewhere for their corruption schemes.

Trump’s FBI Boss, Kash Patel, Goes After the Reporter Who Exposed Him as an Incompetent Lush

The vengeance driven retribution campaign of Donald Trump and company has been a prominent feature of his second occupation of the White House. It has placed numerous Democrats, wayward Republicans, and other critics in legal jeopardy just for daring to take honest positions in opposition to Trump and his MAGA cult movement.

Among the victims of the Trump regime’s revenge tour have been members of the media that they have attacked both civilly – by filing meritless lawsuits against news organizations – and criminally – by directing his “Justice” Department to prosecute journalists on blatantly phony charges. Most recently Trump’s FBI director, Kash Patel, followed his master’s lead by suing The Atlantic over a story that revealed him to be an incompetent administrator with a serious drinking problem.

The Atlantic’s story profiled Patel’s unseemly behavior, alleging that “He is erratic, suspicious of others, and prone to jumping to conclusions before he has necessary evidence.” And that “The problems with his conduct…include both conspicuous inebriation and unexplained absences.”

Shortly after the article was published, Patel announced on Fox News that he was filing a $250 million defamation lawsuit. But as it turns out, that’s not the only overt act of retaliation that he’s taking. As reported by MS NOW, Patel’s FBI is going after the reporter…

“FBI agents are probing the reporter who wrote a detailed story of Patel’s alleged heavy drinking and erratic behavior.” […]

“The journalist, Sarah Fitzpatrick, cited two dozen anonymous sources in a detailed story reporting that Patel’s alcohol consumption and erratic behavior had caused deep concern among FBI officials. Patel was known to drink to the point of intoxication, she reported, adding that on occasion his security detail had trouble waking him in the morning.”

MS NOW’s reporting noted that such an investigation of Fitzpatrick “could be used by FBI agents to obtain her phone records, run her name and information through FBI databases and examine her social media contacts.” And The Atlantic’s editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, responded by saying that, “If true, this would be an outrageous, illegal, and dangerous attack on the free press and the First Amendment.”

Indeed. Siccing the FBI on a journalist who wrote a critical article could not be a more egregious breach of the Constitution’s protection of the free press. It’s the sort of thing one might expect of a totalitarian regime like the ones in Russia or North Korea that Trump idolizes and seeks to emulate. But in America it would be a criminal abuse of power that could land Patel in prison.

An FBI spokesperson has denied that any investigation of Fitzpatrick was underway. But given the credibility of statements issued by Trump, or anyone in is administration, it would be fair to take such denials with a pound or two of salt. On the other hand, the reporting by The Atlantic and Fitzpatrick has been impeccable and, to date, unimpeachable.

So you can make your own choice as to who to believe. The highly respected journalist with dozens of knowledgeable sources, or the guy who still says that Trump won the 2020 election, and that the Epstein files contain no evidence of any crimes, and that James Comey’s “8647” seashells were a threat to kill Trump, and that Trump declassified in his mind the documents found at Mar-a-Lago, and that Trump was exonerated of collusion with Russia by the Mueller Report, and any number of other conspiracy theories to which Patel had subscribed?

UPDATE: Following Patel’s harassment of The Atlantic’s reporter, he ordered polygraphs of his own staffers and security detail. He is scared, desperate, and suffering from acute paranoia. Which makes him a danger to democracy.

Herr Trump Warns News Networks Not to Book His Former Staffers Who Criticize Him – Or What?

The media that Donald Trump maligns in Stalinist terms as “the enemy of the people” continues to rankle the Snowflake-in-Chief. He can’t seem to go for a single day – or a single hour – without lashing out like an insolent infant at the free press for having the unmitigated audacity to exercise their constitutionally protected First Amendment rights.

Donald Trump Tyrant Dictator

It’s gotten so bad in what remains of Trump’s mind that he is no longer confining his petulant outbursts to Democrats, wayward Republicans, or other perceived political foes. The range of Trump’s wrath has expanded to include anyone who utters even mild misgivings about his massive misconduct.

SEE THIS: Trump Proudly Hypes a Poll that Shows His MAGA-tists are Mindless Members of a Totalitarian Cult

On Thursday night, and into the wee hours of Friday morning, Trump posted dozens of utterly insane comments on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. They included some more of his pitiful and repeatedly debunked whining that he won the 2020 election that he lost to Joe Biden. And there were the usual exaltations of himself as America’s messiah. And there was a particularly vile post that featured a video in which Michelle and President Obama were depicted as apes.

Along with all of that evidence of Trump’s impaired mental acuity, he also posted a comment that attacked a couple of his own former White House staffers. The comment exposed both his cognitive decline and his hate-triggered craving for vengeance. In a long and rambling disgorgement of disgust that isn’t worth transcribing, Trump raged that…

“Ty Cobb, one of the Worst Lawyers in Washington, D.C., a REAL LOSER, was fired years ago [and] major Loser, Miles Taylor, who I have no idea who he is, make livings talking about me like they know me well. […] These two Networks [CNN and MS NOW] are forewarned not to put them on the air again.”

REALLY? For the record, Ty Cobb served as the White House special counsel for Trump from July 2017 to May 2018, managing the Trump administration’s response to the Robert Mueller special counsel investigation of his collusion with Russia. Miles Taylor served as the Chief of Staff at the Department of Homeland Security from 2019 to 2020.

So both Cobb and Taylor were highly placed members in Trump’s administration. If now he has no idea who they are, that can only be interpreted as a memory lapse consistent with Alzheimer’s, or something like it. He can hardly be considered to be able to carry out the duties of his office if he can’t remember them.

Even worse, Trump went on to issue a threat to two cable TV news networks, CNN and MS NOW. What does he mean by his “forewarning” those networks not to permit two former Trump administration officials to appear on their air? Does Trump think that he has the authority to dictate who news networks are allowed to interview? Because if he does think that, it’s just more proof of his unfitness for office. And this isn’t the first time that he has gone done this path of pure censorship…

MORE HERE: HOLY CR*P! Trump Floats Executive Order to Dictate to TV Networks What They Are Allowed to Air

There have already been numerous examples of Trump’s twisted behavior that would more than justify removing him from office by either impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment. They include his quest to take over Greenland, his anointing himself the acting president of Venezuela, his egomaniacal renaming of the Kennedy Center for himself, his imposition of inflationary tariffs on most of the world, and his presiding over a stormtrooper-like invasion of American cities that has resulted in untold suffering and death. And if that isn’t a profile of someone who is criminally insane, then what is?
