It doesn’t get any more bizarre and disgusting than this. Florida congressman, and Sarah Palin’s choice for Mitt Romney’s running mate, Allen West, has once again uttered something so ridiculous you can’t help but wonder if he is deliberately engaging in some sort of performance art. Let’s go to the videotape:
Moderator: What percentage of the American legislature do you think are card-carrying Marxists or International Socialist?
West: It’s a good question. I believe there’s about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party who are members of the Communist Party. It’s called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Perhaps West would like to reinstate the House Un-American Activities Committee. Maybe he has a list of communists in his hand he would be willing to share with us. Would he like to start blacklisting people again? That went over so well the first time.
Allen West is a certified whack-job. It is utterly unfathomable how he could have been elected in the first place, and it boggles the mind to imagine that he might be reelected in November. The folks promoting him as a vice-presidential candidate (Herman Cain joined Palin) are lunatics. West has not even completed his first term in the House and already he has racked up a repulsive record of vile commentaries that rely heavily on references to Nazis.
Among those promoting West are the propagandists at Fox News. Their Fox Nation approvingly posted this video and their readers posted comments that praised West for his “courage.” To be clear, they are referring to the courage to make wild, unsubstantiated accusations about the treasonous subversiveness of his colleagues in congress. And if you’re concerned that he might have been taken out of context, his spokesperson helpfully clarified what he meant:
“The Congressman was referring to the 76 members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. The Communist Party has publicly referred to the Progressive Caucus as its allies. The Progressive Caucus speaks for itself. These individuals certainly aren’t proponents of free markets or individual economic freedom.”
Well then, that clears that up. If this guy is reelected there is something seriously wrong with Florida’s 22nd congressional district. Anyone who wishes to help retire West can visit these sites:

This is just the sort of low-effort thinking and shallow rhetoric we have come to expect from Col. West. His idea of courage is carrying a bigger stick. He thinks winning a debate means shouting louder. He has taken what passes for political discourse to a whole new low. Maybe we should probe a little further into his association with The Outlaws, a criminal organization whose former president (Richard “Taco” Bowman”) is serving time for murder, whose current Orlando leader (Richard Meyer) served 10 years for assault with intent, whose 11 Daytona area leaders are currently under indictment for assault and drug charges, whose anti-christian intent is documented in their official motto (God Forgives Outlaws Don’t.)

Well, col. West is absolutely right. The democratic party has been taken over lock, stock and barrel by new left ´progressives´, which is just a polite term for cultural marxists who have been working so hard to fundamentally change the USA into something a bit more like the EU..or the EUSSR, as disgruntled Europeans who also did not pay attention have started calling it
Is there no one among you who has taken the time and trouble of finding out who this Alinsky guy is whose name kept coming up around the time Obama was running for office? Nobody read the Rules for Radicals Barack Obama lives by? No one who wondered what this ´community organizing´ really is?

McCarthyism was and is a paranoid fear that someone might not be making a profit. Innocent folk were turned into scapegoats in an attempt to scare the living daylights out of anyone with the slightest notion that not being self-interested-Randian might be the decent thing to do.
As for Christians, perhaps if a few of them acted a little more like Christ – helping the sick and the poor, sharing the wealth, kicking out the money changers etc, as the bible states, then this country would benefit.

West is one of the worst of the Tea Qaeda terrorists to get elected while people were looking the other way in 2010 and I guarantee he and most of the others will be kicked out this November.
Allan West is just another big mouth blow hard who makes outrageous comments for publicity purposes which works every time. He than uses the “reaction” to get his sucker friends the Tea Baggers to make more donations to West which also works every time! Other than his mindless rhetorical drivel, he has accomplished absolutely nothing. He has decided to cut and run from the district that elected him to another district where it will be easier for him to win. He offers nothing of substance but apparently appeals to right-wingers who like what he says even when it accomplishes absolutely nothing. Like much of the right-wingers that he appeals to, West now wants to go back to the past and start a witch-hunt (just like Joe McCarthy in the 40’s and 50’s) looking for commies. This is what poses for GOP “leadership” in the 21st century! God help us all!!
