HOLY CR&P! Fox News Defends Trump Wishing that He Had ‘the Kind of Generals that Hitler Had’

The authoritarian aspirations of Donald Trump have been frighteningly apparent for years. From his earliest forays into political affairs he has been extraordinarily shameless about expressing his dreams of dictatorship. It’s a yearning that gnaws at him when what he believes should be his right to unchecked power is obstructed by technicalities – like the Constitution.

Donald Trump, Adolf Hitler

Trump’s open embrace of autocracy is evident in his idolization of tyrants such as Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Kim Jong Un. His admiration and envy of these thugs is not something that he hides. He even told his pal, Sean Hannity of Fox News, that he would “be a dictator on day one” of his administration if given the opportunity.

SEE THIS: Trump Cloddishly Dodges Hannity’s Softball Questions About Whether He Would Be a Dictator

With just two weeks remaining before Election Day, a new report about Trump’s imperious inclinations has surfaced. It might be considered an “October Surprise,” were it not for the fact that it isn’t the least bit surprising. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t still nauseating.

Trump’s former White House Chief of Staff, Gen. John Kelly, has revealed that Trump frequently spoke of his admiration for Adolf Hitler. He told colleagues that “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.” And when asked for confirmation, Kelly said that…

“Certainly the former president is in the far-right area, he’s certainly an authoritarian, admires people who are dictators — he has said that. So he certainly falls into the general definition of fascist, for sure.”

These are the kinds of remarks that would have sunk a presidential candidate in years past. But Trump is not so much a politician as he is a cult leader. And cult followers have an unshakeable devotion to their leader. Which is especially disturbing when the followers are also hosts of propaganda programs on alleged “news” networks.

On Wednesday morning, the “Curvy Couch” potatoes of Fox and Friends addressed the comments made by Gen. Kelly. And true to form, they endeavored to defend Trump’s affinity for Hitler and craving for his own Nazi regime. Co-host Brian Kilmeade attempted to recast the comments of Trump’s former National Security Advisor, H.R. McMaster, into a justification (video below), saying that…

“He talked about how [Defense Secretary Gen. Jim] Mattis and Kelly didn’t like the president. And they didn’t think he deserved the job, or they didn’t think he was worthy of the job and they went out of his way to make sure a lot of the things that he asked them to do, that they didn’t like, never got done. McMaster would be frustrated. Because he couldn’t get their attention, and he would say “it’s not your job to rein in the president. it’s your job to do what the president wants.”

Let’s stop there for a moment to notice that Kilmeade’s tale of what McMaster thought or said is pure conjecture on Kilmeade’s part. Both Mattis and Kelly thought well enough of Trump to accept his appointments to serve in his administration. If they later had reservations about some of the unlawful requests Trump made, it was not to “rein in the president,” but to honor their oath, which is to the Constitution, not the man. It is not their job “to do what the president wants,” but to adhere to the law. But Kilmeade wasn’t through. In continuing, he employed his clairvoyant powers to speculate as to what Trump might have been thinking…

“He obviously has frustration. And I can absolutely see him going, ‘now you know what, it would be great to have German generals that actually do what we ask them to do.’ Knowing that’s a third – maybe not fully being cognizant of the third rail of German generals who were Nazis and whatever.”

To be sure, Trump was likely frustrated by not having the totalitarian powers that he craved. So Kilmeade was tolerant enough to excuse his hankering for “German generals” who do what they’re told. Never mind that it was the threat of execution that enforced such obedience. Even worse, Kilmeade dismissed Trump’s desire to command unquestioning officers as merely his ignorance that Nazis were actually the bad guys.

Kilmeade also didn’t bother to mention that Kelly’s opinions about Trump’s fascist tendencies are shared by his military and national security colleagues, including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, his former Defense Secretary, Mark Esper, and his former National Security Advisor, John Bolton. Plus more than 700 national security officials have endorse Kamala Harris for president, calling her a candidate who “defends America’s democratic ideals,” and blasting Trump as “unfit to serve.”

This is typical of how Fox News makes excuses for Trump no matter how repulsive his behavior, or how dangerous the consequences. They are even there to whitewash his embrace of fascism and Hitler. Which makes Fox News no better than Trump or the Nazis that he seeks to emulate. That should be more than sufficient to motivate patriotic Americans to vote in historically large numbers for Harris. And to that end, be sure to vote and get everyone you know to vote as well. This is up to all of us now.

Trump’s Anti-American ‘Enemies From Within’ Comment was ‘Speaking From the Heart’ per JD Vance

Every liar has a tell. And Donald Trump is no exception. For those interested in the secret indicator that reveals when Trump is engaging in blatant bullshittery, look for this unfailing signal that he sends every time he is deliberately deceitful: Are his lips moving? That’s all the experienced truth-seeker needs to know to spot when Trump is spinning yarns.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, JD Vance, Dr. Evil, Mini-Me

As Election Day draws nearer, Trump is unloading ever more flagrant falsehoods whose distance from reality is growing exponentially by the hour. His desperation is driving him to concoct increasingly bizarre tales intended to invoke fear among his glassy-eyed cult disciples. In Trump’s most recent rants there are more murderous migrants, more conniving communists, and all manner of monsters lurking in every shadow. Most of whom he says are fellow citizens who dare to disagree with him.

SEE THIS: Traitor Trump Says that Americans Who Oppose Him are ‘a Bigger Enemy than China and Russia’

On Fox News Monday morning, Trump’s running mate, JD Vance, was interviewed by Bill Hemmer. And the discussion addressed some recent comments Trump made about Americans who he has deemed “the enemy from within.” According to Trump, these are not clandestine figures who have embedded themselves in our communities waiting to pounce. Nope. They are his political foes who can be our family, friends, neighbors, and even elected representatives.

Trump told Fox News’ Senior Trump-Fluffer, Maria Bartiromo, that these imaginary scoundrels “should be easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military.” So Trump is now promising to use the U.S. military against American citizens who don’t support him. This emerging threat sparked the following exchange on Fox between Vance and Hemmer…

Hemmer: He’s asked about this ‘enemies within’ comment. And I’ve read all of it. I’ve listened to all of it. It’s hard for me to know what he really means about it. But that’s not my question. My question is ‘Why is that necessary’?
Vance: Well, first of all, Donald Trump is unfiltered. I think it’s one of the reasons the campaign has gone well is because he’s not doing a basic campaign strategy. He’s not just running on slogans. When people ask him questions he speaks from the heart. And sometimes that means he’s gonna talk about issues that the mainstream media isn’t focused on.

So according to Vance, maligning fellow American citizens – even those serving in elected offices – as “enemies” is okay because it comes from Trump’s alleged heart? Never mind that there is no rational way to justify the accusation. It’s purely a derogatory and childish insult that has long been a core defect evident in Trump’s severe personality disorder. And that’s from the heart, as well as documented by psychiatric health professionals, including his niece, Mary Trump.

Vance says that Trump “isn’t running on slogans.” You mean like “enemies from within,” “build the wall,” “drill, baby, drill,” “lock her up,” “make America great again,” etc. And Vance defends Trump by claiming that he is “unfiltered.” That’s a fault, not a virtue, for civic leaders who ought to have refined diplomatic skills in order to be effective.

However, Trump’s unfiltered state has provided some grotesque examples of his rancid mindset that makes him utterly unfit to serve in any office. Such as, just this week, his calling Kamala Harris a “sh*t” Vice-President, and his fixation on Arnold Palmer’s junk, and that January 6th was a “day of beauty and love.” Do we really want a leader who is that unfiltered?

Vance never actually answered Hemmer’s question about why it would be necessary for Trump to use such preposterously provocative language. He just offered his obsequious defense and asserted that Trump was right to say these things because they are from his heart. Which, in its own way, is informative and useful. Because, if for no other reason, it tells us something about the sickly condition of Trump’s heart.

Trump Slams Fox News Shortly After Gushing Over Bret Baier’s Hostile Interview of Kamala Harris

The list of mental infirmities that Donald Trump suffers from seems to get longer with each passing day. He has been credibly diagnosed as a narcissist, a sociopath, as emotionally stunted, and a pathological liar, to name just a few. And then there’s his paranoia, anxiety, and delusions of both grandeur and victimization.

Donald Trump, Fox News, Fake

Now we can add Cognitive Dissonance Disorder, a condition wherein the subject holds two or more conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes. The symptoms of this malady exhibited by Trump were evident in his recent comments on his floundering Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. He was reacting to the programs he was watching on Fox News, the network that he alternatively regards as his Ministry of Propaganda, or just another “fake news” enterprise that is determined to destroy him. In Trump’s mind, all Fox programs must be tailored to exalt him. Such as…

SEE THIS: Fox News Hosts a MAGA-Only ‘Town Hall’ that is Actually a Lie-Riddled Trump Campaign Infomercial

Late Wednesday night Trump posted a comment that lauded the network and its allegedly “hard news” anchor, Bret Baier, for the hit job he did on Kamala Harris (full interview here). Trump was effusive in his praise saying

“Great job by Bret Baier in his Interview with Lyin’ Kamala Harris. She has a massive and irredeemable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME. […] For the good of our Nation, her inferior Cognitive ability must be tested at once!”

It’s no wonder that Trump loved the interview where Baier spent most of his time badgering and interrupting Harris. She could barely get a complete sentence out before Baier would jump in to prevent her from getting her point across. For example…

That went on for twenty minutes. And throughout, Harris kept her composure and still managed to express herself effectively. Not that that matters so much to the Fox News audience that is primed to attack whatever she says, no matter how reasonable and compelling. And in this case, she had to do it while dodging the obstacles that Baier kept throwing in her path.

Trump also lashed out at Harris for having what he called “inferior Cognitive ability.” Which is just another of Trump’s psychotic afflictions, known as “projection.” While Harris has never shown any hint of cognitive decline, Trump can barely complete a thought without diverging into bizarre absurdities that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. His demand that she take a cognitive test is hysterical. Although, she might want to agree to it if he will. Which he won’t.

MORE HERE: Trump, Who Refuses to Release Medical Records, Calls for Kamala Harris to Take a Cognitive Test

A few hours after posting the comment swooning over Baier’s interview, Trump posted another comment that had an entirely different tone. This time he blasted the network’s CEO, Suzanne Scott, asking

“Why does Suzanne Scott of FoxNews keep putting on third rate ‘talking heads’ like Jessica Tarlov, Richard Fowler, Patrick Murphy, ‘something’ Wolf, Keisha Lance Bottoms, and other Radical Left Lunatics that lie, and make up statements.” […]

“[N]ot a moment goes by when I’m not looking at negative, false Ads that the other camp stuffs the Fox airwaves with. If I win…it is DESPITE Fox, not because of them!”

Once again, Trump is acting out his psychoses by accusing every Fox News commentator that isn’t an indoctrinated member of his cult, of being a “Radical Left Lunatic” who lies. He has stated repeatedly that Fox should never allow anyone on their air who isn’t a devoted MAGA disciple. that includes pundits on the Fox payroll, as well as politicos invited on as guests.

SEE ALSO: Crybaby Trump Tells Fox News that They Should Only Put on Sycophantic Trump-Fluffers

So in the course of less than half a day, Trump expressed both his love and hatred for Fox News. Which raises a couple of pertinent questions. First, What the f**k is wrong with him? Trump is utterly incapable of maintaining a consistent, coherent thought. And second, what the f**k is wrong with Fox News? Why would they allow Trump to castigate their network so bitterly and still remain so faithful to him?

It’s the same sort of fear-based response that members of the Republican Party have. The GOP and Fox News are both terrified of alienating Trump and his glassy-eyed cult followers. And Trump is afraid that people will see through his cheesy facade and discover that he’s fraud and a coward. But all of them are going to find out that their charades cannot be sustained for long.

Fox News already found out, or should have, when they settled a defamation lawsuit for 3/4 of a billion dollars. And Trump’s time of reckoning may be come as soon as November 5th, if the American people turn out to vote.

Totally Deranged: Trump Gets Hopelessly Lost in His Own Warped ‘Weave’ of Lies and Deflections

The evidence of Donald Trump’s mental infirmities has been frightfully abundant. The more public appearances he makes, the more obvious is his descent into babbling incoherence. That may be why his campaign staff is strictly limiting his interviews and exposure.

Donald Trump, Mocking Disability

In recent weeks Trump has chickened out of a traditional 60 Minutes interview that has featured both Republicans and Democrats for 50 years. He refuses to have a second debate with Kamala Harris. He has declined to release his medical records, while preposterously accusing Harris of having cognitive problems. And he remains firmly ensconced within his MAGA-friendly bunker, only agreeing to visit with slobbering sycophants and cult disciples.

SEE THIS: Kamala Harris is Blitzing Media that Donald Trump is Too Afraid of To Do

On Tuesday morning Trump did a Q&A at the Economic Club of Chicago hosted by John Micklethwait, Editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News. And to no one’s surprise, it went straight and abysmally south as Trump failed to grasp what the heck was going on. In each instance Trump wandered far afield from the subject and had to be handheld back. What follows are a few of the exchanges that illustrate his extreme enfeeblement…

Micklethwait: Should Google be broken up?
Trump: I can’t believe the DOJ is suing Virginia over its voter rolls. I haven’t gotten over that.
Micklethwait: The question is about Google, Mr. Trump.

The tangent that Trump travels down here is a blatant lie. He asserts that the Justice Department sued the state of Virginia to make them retain “illegal votes.” In reality, the DoJ only sought to have Virginia comply with federal law which prohibits removing voter registrations (not votes as Trump said) within 90 days of an election. That’s because doing so can result in valid registrations being deleted without sufficient notice or time for the voter to re-register. Trump never answered the question about breaking up Google. Nor did mention his threat to prosecute the company for hurting his feelings. And then…

Trump: I call it the weave. [unintelligible] You have the weave as long as you end up in the right location at the end.
Micklethwait: I was asking about tariffs.

In this fantasy, Trump babbles about World War III and his claim to have “knocked out ISIS” which, of course, is still very much in existence and conducting its terror operations. None of that had anything to do with tariffs. And even after Micklethwait tried to bring Trump back to Earth, he still couldn’t give a coherent response. And then…

Micklethwait: I’ve asked about the Federal Reserve.
Trump: You’ve got to be able to finish a thought.
Micklethwait: You’ve gone from the dollar to Macron.
Trump: No, I’m just telling you basic, uh it’s called the weave.

Clearly Trump is incapable of focusing on the subject at hand. And even when he is reminded what the conversation is about, he is unable to contribute anything relevant to the dialog. His remarks are a toxic mixture of ignorance and absurdity. And when he repeatedly refers to what he calls the “weave,” every sane listener just thinks he’s talking about that rat’s nest atop his head. Nobody thinks that spewing gibberish about unrelated matters is a sign of intelligence. Well, nobody other than the glassy-eyed disciples that populate his cult.

Speaker Johnson Glorifies Dear Leader Trump’s Glorious Health, Rejects Calls for Medical Records

Any rational person who has been paying attention to the MAGA movement led by Donald Trump cannot help but recognize its similarities with cults from the past. He tolerates no dissension from his missionaries in politics and the press. His flock are glassy-eyed disciples who can see no wrong. And he employs the first rule of cults: Only Dear Leader will tell you the Truth. Everyone else is lying.

Trump in Bed, Eating, Sad

The obvious parallels between cults and MAGA should strike fear into the hearts of Americans who value the democratic principles that have formed the foundation of this constitutional republic for 250 years. Trump’s emergence as a demagogic figure threatens to put an end to the freedoms that the American people have enjoyed, and replace them with servitude to the wannabe messiah.

SEE THIS: IT’S A CULT! Poll Shows Republicans Trust Only Criminal Messiah Trump to Tell Them the Truth

On Sunday morning, one of Trump’s most loyal ministers, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, was interviewed on NBC’s Meet the Press. And the sermon he delivered there was extraordinarily reverential and bursting with blind devotion. It was a display of unfettered fealty to his salmonesque savior. The exchange began with host Kristen Welker asking Johnson whether Trump should release his medical records – which Johnson said were “irrelevant” – but descended into flagrant lies and worshipful exaltation almost immediately.

Welker: Should Donald Trump release all of his medical records, Mr. Speaker?
Johnson: He has. He issued – he issued the records of his physicians. Kamala Harris issued her medical records as diversion because she’s desperate, because she’s sinking in the polls. Donald Trump’s health is on display. Everyone in America can see it. The man works nonstop. He never quits. He probably sleeps four hours a night. He doesn’t require as much sleep as the average person. He’s an unusual figure. And this is the strength that we need in a time like this. We’re in the most dangerous moment since World War II. You have to have strength. You have to have a steady hand. You have to have a commander-in-chief that our allies respect and our enemies fear. They do not fear Kamala Harris. They do fear Donald Trump. That’s what people are going to vote on.
Welker: Mr. Speaker, just be very clear, he hasn’t released all of his medical records. He released two letters. Should he release the results of the cognitive tests?
Johnson: It’s unnecessary. He’s on display every minute.

There’s a lot of blatant BS to unpack here. Let’s start with Johnson’s barefaced lie that Trump has released his medical records. He has not. Johnson was, however, correct that Kamala Harris did release hers. And not as a diversion (she is currently leading in most polls), but because every presidential candidate for decades – except for Trump – has done so.

The only thing Trump released was an outdated and letter with no details from last year describing a partial physical that did not include cognitive testing, and two letters from disgraced former doctor, Ronny Jackson, who claims that he treated Trump after his “ear death” experience in Pennsylvania. He did not perform a complete physical on Trump at that time. Jackson is currently unlicensed, and was demoted in retirement from the Navy due to misconduct involving drugs and alcohol.

Johnson went on to assert that Trump’s medical records weren’t needed because his perfect health was evident and that “Everyone in America can see it.” That is hardly an alternative to a physical exam by a qualified professional. Trump could have numerous problems that are not visible to laymen watching him on TV, or measurable without laboratory tests. They could include any number of bio-deficiencies or abnormal growths. And certainly any mental defect would require closer scrutiny. Although there has been a great deal of that evident in Trump’s bizarre and incoherent ravings at his rallies and in recent interviews.

Johnson also lauded Trump’s alleged stamina. But boasting that he doesn’t sleep much is more a sign of depravation than fitness. Likewise, claims that America’s enemies “fear Donald Trump” are preposterous. Mostly they laugh at him. If there is any hint of fear it’s due to his mental instability, not his strength or intellect, both of which he is lacking. Which our enemies know and are adept at manipulating him.

Trump’s failure to release his medical records is certainly due to their having bad news in them. If they were positive he would have released them on live TV weeks ago. It’s the same reason he has refused to release his financial and tax records. He is afraid to let the American people see the truth.

Johnson knows all of this, but he is to deeply indoctrinated into the Trump cult to be honest about it. In the meantime, Democrats and other sane Americans need to stay focused on winning in November. It is more imperative now than ever.

Fox News Trump Flunky Sinks to New Low, Citing Conspiracy Crackpot as an Election News Source

Perhaps the least surprising thing about the 2024 presidential election is that Fox News is working furiously to advance the campaign of Donald Trump and his MAGA minions. Shilling for right-wing politicos has been the mission of Fox News from its inception. So why should anyone expect anything different now?

Fox News, Fake News

The blatant dishonesty of Fox News was exposed when they agreed to settle a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems for 3/4 of a billion dollars. That settlement came after Dominion obtained hundreds of communications from Fox News executives and hosts revealing their deliberate lies and hypocrisies. But even that didn’t stop them…

SEE THIS: Fox News is Still Pushing the Lie that the 2020 Election Was Stolen that Cost Them $787 Million

The latest journey into journalistic disgrace for Fox manages to exceed its prior milestones of mis- and disinformation. Featured in this episode is Fox’s Senior Trump-Fluffer, Maria Bartiromo, in her continuing role as a purveyor of pure propaganda. In a segment discussing the prospect of election fraud that Fox and Trump have been imagining is rampant, Bartiromo asks the national Republican Party co-chair, Michael Whatley, a question based on the “reporting” of a bona fide Internet nutjob…

Bartiromo: We want to get your take on whether or not you’ve got confidence there in Arizona because apparently The Gateway Pundit reported that the GOP chairwoman provided an update to allegations that there’s not going to be a fair election there.
Whatley: Well, there is going to be a fair election and we’re working very, very hard with the Arizona GOP. I actually had dinner with the chairwoman last night.

That’s right. Bartiromo has embraced Jim Hoft (aka Gateway Pundit), one of the most universally disreputable conspiracy peddlers on the Internet, as a source for her alleged “news” program. And the information that she draws from Hoft is a quote that he attributes to the chair of the Arizona GOP asserting that the election is already invalidated due to fraud, a month before it has taken place.

With Bartiromo’s adoption of Hoft as a source, Fox News has fully transformed into the status of an Internet Troll Network. They don’t employ any credible journalists, so their dependency on hacks like Hoft was inevitable. But to be fair, he really is no worse than Fox regulars Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, and the “Curvy Couch” potatoes of Fox and Friends.

However, we can set aside Bartiromo’s guest, Whatley, disputing the charges by Hoft, and assuring Bartiromo that the election is going to be fair. Because it would be foolish to expect that view to stick. If Trump loses in November, the entirety of the GOP outrage machine, including Whatley, Trump, and everyone on Fox News, will be shouting from the rafters that the election was “rigged and stolen.” Just as they are still doing with regard to the 2020 election. In fact, Trump is already doing it. And even he isn’t satisfied with Fox…

Trump Lies that Democrats ‘Draw Flies’ at Their Rallies, and are Denying Him Protection at His

The downward spiral of Donald Trump and his floundering campaign continues to gather steam in its descent. The closer he gets to defeat, the more preposterous his outbursts become. It’s a display of paranoid desperation playing out in real time in a painfully public manner.

Trump Lies

Ever since Kamala Harris became the Democratic nominee for president, Trump has struggled to find a way to revamp his campaign strategy from one that focused on an elderly, white, statesman, to one that effectively challenges a younger, Black, woman, with unparalleled experience and ability.

Trump appears to have settled on the old kindergarten schoolboy gambit of insulting his opponent as “stupid.” Just wait a week or two until he calls her a “poopyhead.” It’s also notable that Trump is using the same rhetoric to malign all Americans who support Harris…

SEE THIS: ATTN: Trump Says Pretty Much Everyone Who Supports Kamala Harris Must Have Their Heads Examined

On Monday morning Trump took a pathetic potshot at Harris that was more illustrative of his own sagging psychoses. It combined his tedious tendencies to whine with his acutely bizarre perversions of reality, claiming that

“The Democrats are interfering with my Campaign by not giving us the proper number of people within Secret Service that are necessary for Security. They’re using them for themselves, even though they don’t need them – they draw ‘flies.’ […] Hopefully the people of Wisconsin, and other areas where thousands are turned away, will realize that this is just another Democrat ploy!”

There is, of course, no truth to his assertion that Democrats have withheld Secret Service protection from him. But Trump never lets facts get in the way of his blatant propaganda. And he is once again misdirecting his own anxieties toward others. It is Trump who has the problem with drawing flies, both at his shrinking cult rallies, and surrounding himself personally, which he also believes is a plot against him…

Trump’s comment also touches on another complaint he’s had about the accurate reporting of his poorly attended rallies. In an earlier post, Trump invented a massive turnout of MAGA disciples that existed only in his twisted imagination. He said that…

“Kamala and Sleepy Joe are going out of their way to make it difficult for me to Campaign. We had one of the biggest crowds I’ve ever seen on Saturday, in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin…and we ended up having to use a 750 seat theater, having to send away more than 50,000 people. They were unable to give us Secret Service protection commensurate with the crowd.”

That’s right! Trump thinks that people will believe that 50,000 of his supporters actually showed up at a venue that holds 750, and were turned away. This rally was in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, a city with a population of 5,500, in a county of 16,100. You have to wonder where they parked. You also have to wonder if Trump deliberately chose this city, whose name translates to “Prairie of the Dog,” to entice hungry Haitian migrants to attend.

Finally, Trump posted another comment that announced his intention to travel to Valdosta, Georgia, so that he can get in the way of emergency operations to rescue and care for the victims of Hurricane Helene. Trump obviously feels that it’s more important for him to show up and throw paper towels and chicken fingers at the troubled residents of the region.

However, even in that pursuit, Trump had to resort to spouting ludicrous political allegations intended to incite further division at the expense of those who are suffering. He said that…

“We are now heading to Valdosta, Georgia…but don’t like the reports that I’m getting about the Federal Government, and the Democrat Governor of the State, going out of their way to not help people in Republican areas. MAGA!”

For the record, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp spoke with President Biden and expressed his appreciation for everything the federal government is doing to help. but telling provably false lies is how Trump thinks he will resuscitate his moribund campaign. He clearly doesn’t have any plans – or even concepts of plans – that might appeal to voters. So his entire strategy is to hurl childish insults and tell ridiculous lies.

While Trump has a faithful throng of cult devotees who adore this malarkey, the majority of the American people are repulsed by it – and by him. and if enough of then turn out on or before November 5th, Kamala Harris will hand Loser Trump another in a long line of defeats.

OUCH! Trump’s Flagrant Lies About 14,000 ‘Criminal’ Migrants Gets a Devastating Fact-Check

There are a lot of important issues facing the nation today. They range from the economy to healthcare to the climate crisis to foreign wars. But without question the primary issue that Donald Trump has latched onto for his horror show of a campaign to reoccupy the White House is immigration.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Immigrant, Child

To be sure, immigration is an important issue. And there have been some earnest attempts to deal with it responsibly. For instance, there was a bipartisan bill that passed in the Senate that would have addressed the matter in a comprehensive way. Unfortunately, it was Trump who sabotaged the bill by coercing his MAGA confederates in the House of Representatives to kill it because it might help his Democratic challenger. And that wasn’t even the worst of his demented views on immigration…

SEE THIS: From Cat Ladies to Cat Eaters: The Trump Cult is Sick, Twisted, and Totally Removed From Reality

For the past week Trump has been obsessed with a report that he said reveals shocking statistics about immigration and crime. He has posted numerous comments on his floundering social media scam, Truth Social, and referenced the statistics at his recent cult rallies. There’s just one problem: He is grossly misrepresenting the data to advance his racist views on immigrants who he regards as mostly murderers, rapists, and other manner of ne’er-do-well. Let’s examine a sample of Trump’s remarks…

“14,000 CONVICTED thugs and slimeballs who have committed MURDER have been allowed to enter our Country, totally unvetted and unchecked, and roam free to KILL AGAIN…Kamala is a FOOL to have let this happen to our beautiful USA. It is totally unjustifiable, there can be nothing worse! She should be IMPEACHED for what she as done to our Country!”

We can set aside Trump’s infantile insults of Harris and his impotent demands that she be impeached. Instead, let’s focus on his ludicrous reference to the “14,000 CONVICTED thugs and slimeballs” that he says are “roaming free” to kill. That number was drawn from a report issued by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE). Trump is flatly asserting that all of these criminal migrants entered the U.S. during the Biden-Harris administration and that they – and specifically Kamala Harris – are responsible for it.

However, Trump, as usual, is lying. As Politico reports, “The majority of these individuals with criminal convictions were already on the non-detained docket and living in the United States before Biden took office.” The “14,000” is actually the total for a period of some 40 years. The number increased by only 5% during Biden’s term. And the increase that occurred during Trump’s term was nearly twice as much.

What’s more, according to Politico’s research, “The numbers also include nonviolent and petty crime — 126,000 are for traffic violations, while 92,000 are for immigration-related crimes (like crossing the border illegally).” And whatever the actual number of violent criminals is, it would be fewer if the Senate immigration bill that Trump killed were to pass. The bill explicitly provided funding to process, and expedite deportation if necessary, migrants who committed crimes.

It goes without saying that no amount of migrant criminals released into the U.S. population is acceptable. But being realistic, there are criminals in every subset of human groups. Even native-born Americans. And as it turns out, “Immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than U.S.-born Americans, studies find.”

The bottom line is that a tiny fraction of a percent of undocumented immigrants have been convicted of any crime. The vast majority are harvesting our food, building our homes, and caring for our elderly. So contrary to Trump’s fear mongering that “If Kamala is reelected, your town, and every town just like it…across our country…will be transformed into a third-world hellhole,” bloodthirsty and/or jaywalking migrants are not taking over our country.

The only criminal that America really needs to be worried about right now is Donald Trump. He’s the native-born miscreant with 34 felony convictions, civil liabilities for sexual assault and financial fraud, and 50+ more felonies pending for crimes ranging from election interference to inciting a deadly insurrection. Trump is by far the greatest risk to the safety and welfare of the American people.

Trump Lies that Zelenskyy Told Him He Did Nothing Wrong, Exhuming the Lie that Got Him Impeached

Five years ago Donald Trump was impeached for threatening Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an attempt to bully him into digging up – or making up – dirt on President Biden. Trump’s extortion attempt was unsuccessful as Zelenskyy steadfastly refused to buckle under to Trump’s illegal and unethical demands.

Under ordinary circumstances, most former presidents, and current candidates, might want to avoid reminding voters of that humiliating chapter in their amoral career. But Trump is hardly ordinary. He’s a malignant narcissist who is consumed with his own image and welfare to the detriment of everything and everyone else, including himself.

On Friday Trump met with Zelenskyy as part of his campaign to pretend that he’s still the president, or at least in some measure relevant. The meeting was just another embarrassing episode for Trump. Zelenskyy appeared to be as uncomfortable as a victim in a hostage video. But he endured the indignity of standing next to Trump on behalf of his country in order to ensure the favor of congressional Republicans who still support Ukraine.

For his part, Trump was Trump. And in his barely comprehensible comments he managed to diverge from the matter at hand, to his still seething outrage at having been impeached for trying to strongarm Zelenskyy into helping him to smear Biden in the midst of a campaign. Ignoring the actual reasons for Zelenskyy’s visit, Trump turned the discussion to his own dated anxieties, saying that…

“When they did the impeachment hoax, a Democrat hoax, which we won, but one of the reasons we won it so easily is when the president was asked – it was over a phone call with the president, and he said – he could have grandstanded and played cute, but he didn’t. He said President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong. He said it loud and clear. And the impeachment hoax died there.”

As usual, there’s quite a bit of clean up to perform on that rant. First of all, the impeachment was not a hoax. It actually happened. And Trump cannot claim to have won when a majority of the House voted against him. The impeachment surely didn’t die there. In fact, there was a second impeachment to follow, related to Trump’s incitation of the insurrection on January 6, 2021.

More to the point, Trump’s assertion that Zelenskyy said that Trump “did absolutely nothing wrong” is an outright lie. To the contrary, what Zelenskyy said about what Trump calls the “perfect” phone call was pretty much the opposite, albeit in a diplomatic way. According to NBC News Zelenskyy said…

“’Look, I never talked to the president from the position of a quid pro quo,’ Zelenskiy told Time and a handful of European publications in an interview published Monday. ‘That’s not my thing. … I don’t want us to look like beggars. But you have to understand. We’re at war. If you’re our strategic partner, then you can’t go blocking anything for us. I think that’s just about fairness. It’s not about a quid pro quo. It just goes without saying.’”

Zelenskyy had to be careful about how he expressed himself. He obviously didn’t want to upset Trump. But he was clear that he wanted to avoid looking weak and doing anything that might result in the aid being withheld.

Those are concerns that Zelenskyy also had on his mind during his meeting with Trump Friday. And it must have taken a considerable amount of self control to remain silent when Trump bragged about his chumminess with the brutal aggressor who was slaughtering Ukrainian civilians, saying that he has “a very good relationship, as you know, with President Putin.”

It is interesting to compare what Kamala Harris said during her meeting with Zelenskyy to what Trump said. She was unequivocally supportive of our democratic ally, and rejects Trump’s “proposals of surrender.” Trump, meanwhile was all-in with making a “deal” with Putin that would result in Ukraine giving up territory and a weakening of NATO.

Trump has once again proven that he is an insensitive, egomaniacal cretin who is unfit to hold any office of power. And for this, and so many other reasons, the American people must emphatically renounce him on November 5th.

ATTN: Trump Says Pretty Much Everyone Who Supports Kamala Harris Must Have Their Heads Examined

From the inception of his political career when he descended a golden escalator and immediately maligned immigrants, Donald Trump has exacerbated the worst tendencies of partisanship, creating a greater division between Americans than has been seen in modern times.

Donald Trump, Insane, Straight Jacket

Trump’s determination to exploit and expand ideological differences has exceeded mere politics. He is nurturing the inbred bigotry and hatred of his willing cult disciples in a manner that can and has led to violence. One notable example of this is the flagrantly false assertions that Trump has promoted about legal Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio.

Trump, however, has divisive ambitions that far exceed mere prejudice based on race, religion, gender, or country of origin. He appears to be hell-bent on building walls between every American who supports him and every other American. And making Mexico pay for it.

In Trump’s twisted mind, there can be no tolerance for anyone failing submit to his insistence on unflinching adoration. and he has made this clear explicitly in many of his speeches to his cult followers. So far, the acutely deranged Trump has decreed that Jews, Catholics, oil companies, and seniors who support Kamala Harris “should have their heads examined.” According to Trump…

  • “If any senior doesn’t vote for Trump, we’re going to have to send you to a psychiatrist to have your head examined.”
  • “If you’re Jewish and you vote for Biden or the Democrats or Kamala or whoever’s gonna run…you should have your head examined.”
  • “Any Catholic that votes for Comrade Kamala Harris should have their head examined.”
  • “If anybody here believes that she will let your industry continue, like fracking, you should immediately go to a psychiatrist and have your head examined.”
  • “Any African American or Hispanic that votes for Kamala, you got to have your head examined. They are screwing you.”

There is really only one response to such overtly hateful, degrading, and ignorant rhetoric. Anyone engaging in it should have their head examined. And if you aren’t in one of the groups that Trump has identified, don’t worry. You will be soon. Take heed of the warning by Martin Niemöller in his iconic poem, “First They came…” Because by the time Trump and his toadies get to your place on his list, all you will be able to say is that “there was no one left to speak for me.”

If you don’t believe that he will ever turn on you, just ask his former Vice-President, Mike Pence, or his former Chief of Staff, John Kelly, or his former Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, or his former Secretary of Defense, Mark Esper, or his former Director of Communications, Alyssa Farah Griffin, or his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, or…

This list could on and on. Let’s just add one more name to it. Does JD Vance need to have his head examined?
