Has Trump Already Pardoned the DC Pipe Bomber? Fox News Wants to Know!

It has been nearly five years since Donald Trump incited a violent insurrection against the United States, exhorting his MAGA cult followers to storm the Capitol in order to undermine democracy and retain his authoritarian grip on power. On that day the lives of members of Congress were threatened, 140 police officers were hospitalized, and Trump watched it all on TV for three hours before doing anything to end it.

Donald Trump Insurrection

On the first day of his reoccupation of the White House this year, Trump issued a blanket pardon for the rioters, many of whom had already pleaded guilty and been convicted of crimes as serious as seditious conspiracy. It was a brazenly treasonous act of betrayal to the country and the principles of law and order. Not that Trump cares about any of that unless he can use it to target his political foes.

Last week Trump’s “Justice” Department announced that they had arrested Brian J. Cole, Jr., as a suspect in the long lingering case of the D.C. pipe bomber, who planted bombs at the offices of the Democratic and Republican parties. While the motives are still not confirmed, it was revealed that he told investigators that he believed Trump’s “Big Lie” that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen from him. Which would make him another violence-prone, right-wing wacko.

However, the plot thickens as legal analysts speculate that Cole might be able to claim that he can’t be charged because Trump’s January 6th pardons apply to him. They reason that the language of pardon was written so vaguely that it could include a broad array of people that were merely in the vicinity. It reads that Trump was granting…

“…a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, [and] pursue dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments.”

Legal analysts worried that at the time the pardon was issued the ambiguity in that language could cause problems. But Trump’s legal advisors were too incompetent to pay heed to the warnings. This potential loophole was discussed on Fox News Friday by panelists on the “The Five” when Gillian Turner raised the question of whether Trump’s pardons could apply to Cole. Her co-panelist Emily Compagno replied…

“If that’s true, then this Justice Department will find a way to charge him with something, because they will not let this guy get away with it. And that’s the difference between this administration and the prior administration. Yes, pardons are absolute, but unlike Biden, that says for everything that will be ever done, that was specific by president Trump.”

There is a lot wrong with that answer. First of all, Compagno is suggesting that it would be proper for the the DoJ to try on various charges until they find one that they think will fit. But more to the point, she doesn’t deny the slippery slope that Trump created by issuing such a fuzzy pardon in the first place. Then she follows that up by making a lame attempt at “bothsides-ing” the matter to blame Biden for issuing vague pardons when his were actually well written and narrowly detailed in their scope.

Furthermore, no one would be surprised if Trump intended for his pardons to be broadly interpreted in order to grant all of his accomplices a “get out of jail free” card. And the DC pipe bomber is just the sort of person that Trump would want to set free. He is a Trump supporter. And that’s all that Trump cares about. It’s why he has already given pardons to so many other scurrilous cretins. Including one just last week to the former president of Honduras who was convicted of trafficking 500 tons of cocaine into the U.S.

Trump has even done this before. A set of pardons that Trump previously issued for his co-conspirators in the “fake electors” scheme had the same imprecision as the January 6th pardons. He listed 77 people (i.e. Rudolph Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, Mark Meadows, etc.), but added that the list was not limited to them. That pardon reads that Trump grants…

“…a full, complete, and unconditional pardon to all United States citizens for conduct relating to the advice, creation, organization, execution, submission, support, voting, activities, participation in, or advocacy for or of any slate or proposed slate of Presidential electors…”

There is already someone using that pardon as a defense in a case wherein he is accused of voting twice in two different states. Obviously that has nothing to do with the intent of the pardon, but it was written so poorly that this argument can still be made. In fact, anyone who committed voter fraud in 2020 could try to claim that it applies to them.

Time will tell if this defense strategy will work. But just giving people like the DC pipe bomber openings like this is evidence that Trump’s ignorance, incompetence, and perhaps deliberate intentions, is not making America safer for anyone but the criminals in Trump’s MAGA mob family.

So naturally, when Trump brings up the issue of reforming the Supreme Court, he exaggerates whatever tiny speck of information he happened to come across while scrolling his dedicated propaganda platform, Truth Social. And on Friday morning Trump was excited to report some flagrantly false news about a Democratic proposal that exists only in his cartoon brain…

“The Democrats number one policy push is the complete and total OBLITERATION of our great United States Supreme Court. They will do this on their very first day in office, through the simple Termination of the Filibuster, SHOULD THEY WIN THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS. The Radical Left Democrats are looking at 21 Justices, with immediate ascension. This would be terrible for our Country. Fear not, however, Republicans will not let it, or any of their other catastrophic policies, happen. Our Country is now in very good hands. MAGA!!!”

First of all, Trump is the single worst source for information about what the “number one” policies of Democrats are. And those policies are obviously not the “total OBLITERATION” of the Supreme Court. In fact, Democrats have been laser-focused on the cost of living and affordability, a term that Trump says is “a Democrat scam,” even as he calls himself the “affordability president.”

What Trump is whining about is the prospect of Democrats ending the Senate filibuster if they regain the Senate majority in next year’s elections. Which they appear to have a pretty decent shot at doing, But Trump regards terminating the filibuster as such a horrible idea that he is demanding that Republicans do it first.

Trump bases his objection on his own prediction that, without the filibuster, Democrats would seek to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court by 12 to a total of 21. Never mind that no Democrat in Congress has ever proposed that. Although there have been rational proposals to add just four new justices in order to correct the grossly partisan imbalance on the current Court. Those proposals include other reforms such as term limits and enforceable ethics standards. The latter of which an always ethically compromised Trump would never agree to.

Trump is happy with the current MAGA majority on the Court. He appreciates rulings like the one just published that approved a racist gerrymander of congressional districts in Texas. The truth is that Trump has ulterior motives of his own. He wants Republicans to eliminate the filibuster so that he can get his radical and profoundly unpopular agenda through the Senate that, with a razor-thin Republican majority, he is failing to achieve.

So Trump’s solution is to nuke the filibuster and screw at least half of the American people. Because the only things that he has ever been interested in are his own authoritarian grip on power and acquiring more wealth through grift and fraud. Which, ironically, are the same objectives of the MAGA justices on the Supreme Court.

“I want the market to decide what kind of EV I should offer, what kind of vehicle the American consumers want to buy. This rule will actually allow you to bring back the 1970s station wagon. Maybe a little wood paneling on the side. We can bring back choice to consumers.”

WHUT? This is what Republicans mean when they say they want to "take America back."They mean back 50 years so you can have a shitty "1970s station wagon" that guzzles gas, pollutes the air, and makes people sick. And also be able to oppress minorities and women.

OH GREAT! That’s just what America wants. They have been hankering for the nation to go back 50 years so they can buy a shitty “1970s station wagon” that wastes fuel, worsens air pollution, and has fewer safety features. And they are also looking forward to being able to oppress minorities and women, returning to a federal minimum wage of $1.60 per hour, and enjoy calling people on their land lines using their rotary phones.

What Duffy is referring to are the Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards that auto manufactures are required to meet. He is defending Donald Trump’s decision to roll back those standards to allow for lower fuel economy performance. Trump argues that this will result in cheaper cars, saying that…

“We’re officially terminating Joe Biden’s ridiculously burdensome, horrible, actually, CAFE standards that impose expensive restrictions,”

However, as usual, what Trump is asserting does not align with reality. First of all, he already eliminated any fines associated with not meeting CAFE standards in his “Big Ugly Bill.” And while there is some debate over whether or not higher fuel efficiency standards make cars more expensive, there is no debate that they lower fuel costs for consumers. And more importantly, they reduce pollution and the healthcare costs – including preventable illness and death – associated with it.

The bottom line is that there is no rational argument to roll back the CAFE standards. To the contrary, that will only make owning a car more expensive, and maintaining good health more difficult. If people didn’t want higher fuel efficiency in their cars, they wouldn’t be buying EVs in droves.

Trump’s plan, though, will please the CEOs of the big auto makers. And that’s really the only thing that’s important to Trump and the Republican Party. Let’s see how that works out for them in next year’s election.

Donald Trump and Media - ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, FOX

Last week Trump’s White House website debuted a “Media Bias” page, claiming that it would be keeping track of what Trump regards as “false, misleading, or biased” news reports. Of course, what Trump regards as “biased” is actually anything that is less than effusively flattering. As a result, the page consists solely of the very same media outlets that Trump regularly bashes as “fake news” simply because they dare to report honestly about Trump warts and…well, more warts.

This week Trump is expanding on his anti-free-press theme with the addition of a brand new “Media Bias Offender Tipline.” It was announced with a “A CALL TO ACTION” and an opportunity to “Submit ‘Media Bias’ Tips” online.

The announcement describes the mission of the page as “to combat the baseless lies, purposely omitted context, and outright left-wing lunacy of the Fake News Media,” and asserts that “That’s why the White House is calling on everyday Americans to support the truth and hold the Fake News accountable.” Elaborating, the page says that…

“So-called ‘journalists’ have made it impossible to identify every false or misleading story, which is why help from the American people is essential. The days of the Fake News Media controlling the narrative with lies, fake anonymous sources, and willful bias are over.”

Notice that the only alleged lies that the page is supposedly combatting are from the “outright left-wing lunacy.” And there is no mention of the fact that it’s Trump’s rampant dishonesty that makes identifying all of the false stories impossible. Even worse, Trump is declaring that the days of “willful bias are over,” as he cheers for the government to assume the role of “controlling the narrative with lies.” Which, to be fair, is something that Trump’s regime has proven to be pretty good at.

Trump’s Media Bias Tipline page provides a short form for his MAGA cult disciples to report any left-wing lunacy that they come across so that they can “HELP EXPOSE THE WORST OF THE WORST” And it warns, “Don’t let them continue to spread lies. Fill out the form below.”

Well, that seems like pretty good advice. Perhaps we should all bookmark that form and use it to report all of the media bias that we encounter. (Feel free to use a fake email address to avoid getting spammed — or surveilled). There is plenty of it from outlets like Newsmax and One America News, and far too often from the corporate media networks as well. Of course, there’s also Fox News, which is the only “news” enterprise that has paid out 3/4 of a billion dollars to settle a defamation lawsuit for having repeatedly lied on Trump’s behalf.

So you all know what to do. And as Trump’s page says, “Don’t let them continue to spread lies.”

On Tuesday morning Trump struggled to stay awake for much of his Cabinet meeting. And when he was woke enough to comment, he uttered profoundly incoherent ramblings that didn’t do much to discourage speculation about his mental regression.

Among the topics that he fumbled pitifully was the issue of affordability and the difficulties that the American people are having to make ends meet in Trump’s recessionary economy. It’s a subject that made headlines throughout the recent elections in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia, where Democrats trampled clueless and uncaring Republicans. And on this occasion Trump managed to take both sides of the affordability debate. He began…

“There is this fake narrative that the Democrats talk about: Affordability. They just say the word. It doesn’t mean anything to anybody. They just say it: Affordability. I inherited the worst inflation in history. There was no affordability. Nobody could afford anything. […] The word affordability is a con job by the Democrats.”

First of all, Trump is regurgitating one of his frequent lies that he “inherited the worst inflation in history.” Not even close. While inflation did rise to about 9% during President Biden’s term, it receded to about 2.8% by the time his term was over. And since Trump took office it’s gone up a bit to 3%.

More to the point, Trump’s assertions about affordability being a scam completely contradict his prior comments on the subject as recently as three days ago. That’s the limit of his exceedingly short attention span. And for much of the past few weeks he has actually been bragging about his prowess in taming inflation and labeling himself the “Affordability President.” For instance…

November 29, 2025: “If this story is properly told, we should win the Midterm Elections in RECORD NUMBERS. I AM THE AFFORDABILITY PRESIDENT.”

November 16, 2025: “All I do care about is that Republicans get BACK ON POINT, which is the Economy, ‘Affordability’ (where we are winning BIG!).”

November 14, 2025: “Affordability is a lie when used by the Dems. It is a complete CON JOB.”

November 6, 2025: “My cost are lower than the Democrats on everything, especially oil and gas! So the Democrats ‘affordability issue is DEAD! STOP LYING!!!”

November 5, 2025: “Our Economy is BOOMING, and Costs are coming way down. Affordability is our goal.”

November 4, 2025: “If affordability is you [sic] issue, VOTE REPUBLICAN!”

Clearly Trump is confused about what affordability means and whether or not he is for or against it. Like “groceries,” Trump has said that “affordability” is word that wasn’t used before he resurrected it from the rhetorical dustbin. But what more can you expect from someone who claims that he’s lowered the cost of living by slashing drug prices by 200%, 500%, 1,200%? And no one on his staff will tell him that if you cut prices 100% the product is free. Any more than that and the manufacture is paying consumers to buy it.

That’s the sorry state of mind that the current occupant of the White House has. And it’s what drove him to post nearly 200 comments on Monday on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. And most of them were just as demented as those in the following thread…

The Nauseating Christmas ‘Wish” of Trump’s Bloodthirsty Secretary of ‘War’ Pete Hegseth

Trump is devoting his profoundly short attention span to deporting law abiding migrants, including citizens, and building his elitist White House ballroom. His Attorney Genuflect, Pam Bondi, is persecuting Democratic members of Congress, on Trump’s orders, and blaming President Biden for all manner of crimes committed on Trump’s watch. Meanwhile, American families are struggling to cope with the economic disasters caused by Trump’s ignorant agenda of tariffs and cozying up to corporations.

Which brings us to Trump’s Secretary of “War” (a post that doesn’t actually exist), Pete Hegseth. Having graduated from weekend Fox News host to Pentagon Chief, Hegseth has distinguished himself as incompetent, callous, and brazenly criminal. And now that he has gotten through the Thanksgiving holidays, he is concentrating on his disgustingly barbaric and lawless anti-drug trafficking efforts in the Caribbean, where he has engaged in murdering suspects without ever producing a shred of evidence of any crime.

Not satisfied with merely blowing up potentially innocent fishermen, Hegseth just posted a meme on his Twitter/X account that exhibits his grossly reprehensible disrespect for human life, along with his Christmas “wish.”. The meme featured a character from a beloved children’s book series gunning down people in boats, with a headline that reads “Franklin Targets Narco Terrorists,”

So Hegseth thinks it’s funny to joke about killing people. No sane military leader thinks that’s funny. Even in wartime reputable officers and soldiers are averse to the death of fellow human beings. Hegseth, on the other hand, is a seriously disturbed person with a sick affinity for slaughtering strangers at sea. And so is Trump. Especially since they have no evidence of guilty conduct.

Trump was asked about the reports that Hegseth ordered a second bombing of a boat in order to “kill everyone” aboard, including survivors of the first strike, which is unambiguously a war crime. Trump replied that “I wouldn’t have wanted that. Not a second strike.” But he still defended Hegseth’s actions and denial of any wrongdoing. However, committing war crimes is consistent with Hegseth’s views on combat. Media Matters compiled several comments he made defending war crimes, and the soldiers who committed them, while working at Fox News.

Trump and his administration cronies are actively trying to cover up and distort reports about these crimes. But Congress is preparing to investigate further with members of both parties interested in acquiring more details and testimony. That is not likely to exonerate either Hegseth or Trump. And it certainly doesn’t excuse the sort of vile behavior displayed by Hegseth in posting his Franklin meme.

What is likely is that Trump et al are using this scandal to distract the American people from Trump’s abysmal failure to serve the interests of the people. The economy is in freefall. Prices are for everything from groceries to housing to healthcare are skyrocketing. And the families of neighbors are being ripped apart for no good reason. Is it any wonder that Trump’s approval polling continues a steep slide into the abyss of presidential polling? According to CNN’s polling analyst, Harry Enten…

“Trump is at the lowest point he is in his second term. […] Anywhere you look this is the second worst [after Nixon] for either party at this point in their second term dating all the way back since the 1940s.”

But hey…Trump will get a huge new ballroom, a jet plane from Qatar, and billions from his crypto grift ops. So it’s all worth it, right? Right? RIGHT?

However, no president has had as hostile an attitude toward the media as Donald Trump, who frequently refers to them in Stalinist terms as “the enemy of the people.” Trump’s animus toward honest journalism is evident in his knee-jerk and meritless lawsuits, and his infantile insults. Just this week Trump has maligned reporters as “creeps,” “stupid,” and “ugly,” just because they dared to tell the truth about him.

The White House web page currently features as its top alleged exposé, under the headline “MEDIA OFFENDER OF THE WEEK,” a story about the recent video that several members of Congress – all veterans of the military or intelligence community – who reminded American soldiers that the Uniform Code of Military Justice requires them not to obey an illegal order.

However, the video posted on Trump’s page is an edited version that inserts a text stamp declaring that the patriots in the video are “SEDITIOUS” because “The president has never given an illegal order.” Which is patently false. Trump has issued numerous orders that have been deemed illegal by federal courts and judges, including some who were appointed by Trump.

The web page then goes on to what it calls its “Offender Hall of Shame: A Record of the Media’s False and Misleading Stories Flagged by The White House.” In this section it simply complains about stories by news organizations that Trump has already demeaned for failing to be unflinchingly adoring and supportive. They include the Washington Post, CBS News, CNN, and MSNBC (MS NOW).

There is also a section on “Repeat Offenders” with 21 news sources listed. But it doesn’t include the Trump-fluffers at Newsmax, One America News, or Fox News. For the record, Fox is the only “news” enterprise that has paid out 3/4 of a billion dollars to settle a defamation lawsuit for having lied on behalf of Trump.

It is profoundly improper for the White House to post a web page that does nothing but attack media outlets that Trump disagrees with. It is the sort of thing that only occurs in authoritarian regimes like Russia and North Korea. But then, since those are the countries and leaders that Trump most admires and seeks to emulate, this shouldn’t surprise anybody.

HUH? Fox News Praises Trump for Being 80 Years Old and Severely Sleep Deprived

The endless flow of gushing adoration for Donald Trump by his devotees at his Ministry of Propaganda, Fox News, is one of the best indicators of an emerging authoritarian state wherein the aspiring dictator exerts total control over a compliant press corps.

Trump in Bed, Eating, Sad

However, the degree of Trump-fluffing that comes out of Fox News puts the state media mavens in North Korea and Russia to shame. The Foxies really should keep handkerchiefs handy to wipe the drool that’s dripping from their chins.

This was particularly notable in a segment on “The Ingraham Angle” Friday night (video below) when fill-in host Lisa Boothe raved about Trump’s allegedly abundant energy. Which is so far removed from reality that even the New York Times, that has been sucking up to Trump of late, has noticed Drowsy Don’s struggle to stay awake.

Boothe referenced the article in the Times to lead into her lazy opinion that Trump’s dynamism far exceeds the comparative lethargy that she ascribed to President Biden. As for Trump, she says that…

“The New York Times is claiming that he slowed down and is showing signs of fatigue.”

[Quoting NYT]: ‘Americans see Mr. Trump less than they used to. He has fewer public events on his schedule and he is traveling much less than he did by this point during his first year in office. Although he is taking more foreign trips. He also keeps a shorter public schedule than he used to. Most of his public appearances fall between noon and 5:00 PM on average.’.

“Well, the man is almost 80 but he’s also a machine. I mean, he barely sleeps, he works around the clock and he constantly talks to the press.

It was nice of Boothe to give the Fox News viewers a taste of the article that conducted a deep analysis of Trump’s physical and mental decline. However, her pro-Trump conclusion was hysterical in its portrayal of him as an elderly superhuman who doesn’t require sleep. To the contrary, lack of sleep is not a sign of strength. It is a debilitating condition that diminishes mental acuity, produces hallucinations, and causes anxiety and psychoses. Which explains quite a bit of Trump’s abnormal and dangerous behavior.

Furthermore, if Trump is suffering from insomnia, it would be interesting to know what’s causing it. Some common causes are anxiety, stress, depression, and pharmaceutical medications such as Adderall. Lack of sleep doesn’t improve anyone’s ability to function. There’s a reason that sleep deprivation is often used as a form of torture. Missing these obvious caveats to her compliments, Boothe went on to malign Biden, lying that…

“Meanwhile Biden always slept, worked sometimes, and never talked to the press unless they were asking about ice cream flavors. But some people are still living in opposite world when it comes to these two presidents.”

[Video of Dr. Vin Gupta on the MeidasTouch Network]: ‘President Biden was active on weekends. Especially riding his bike in Rehoboth Beach. No one denies that President Biden, when he had his moments of being 80, 82, whatever it was. In this case the White House is not even willing to even acknowledge the president is showing obvious signs of age-related cognitive decline…He might take trips overseas in Air Force One. That doesn’t substitute for the lack of physical activity…There’s a reason to be worried based on that public performance.’

“Well, Biden also fell off that stationary bike.”

Once again, it was nice of Boothe to give the Fox News viewers a taste of Dr. Gupta’s analysis of the comparative vigor of Trump and Biden. Although she ended it with the lie that Biden fell from a stationary bike. Actually the standard bike that he had been riding fell over after he came to stop.

Boothe’s snarky aside does nothing to refute the substance of Dr. Gupta’s remarks. Also, she edited the full video of Dr. Gupta, leaving out the following diagnosis of Trump…

“It’s clear that there’s age-related cognitive decline…He’s confused a lot. He sometimes mumbles sort of incoherent nonsense when he’s asked a question in the Oval Office…Clearly they’re not getting MRIs just because, because that’s the moment that we live in. There’s a reason to be worried based on his public performance.”

People in Trump’s inner circle were already praising him for not sleeping during his first occupation of the white House, including his chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, and former GOP House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. But if they are really worried about Trump getting enough sleep, they can rest assured that he is resting plenty during all of the meetings that he has been caught sleeping through.

However, no one should be impressed that Trump doesn’t get sufficient sleep. They should be concerned about how it is degrading his ability to reason and function. Not that Fox News will notice. Which makes one wonder, are they getting enough sleep?

Leave it to Donald Trump to grossly exploit a true human tragedy in order to exalt himself and divert attention from his multitude of failures. The latest example stems from the shooting of two National Guard troops in Washington, D.C. by an Afghan refugee.

Consistent with his inbred bigotry and compulsive self-interest, Trump immediately embraced this news as an opportunity to malign all Afghans, including those who risked their lives to help American soldiers fighting the Taliban. He is predictably blaming all Afghans for a crime committed by one. And he’s doing it because he thinks this display of racism will reverse his collapsing approval ratings.

Late Thursday night, while most Americans were winding up their Thanksgiving day festivities, Trump was awake and rage-posting on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. He disgorged an interminably long and tedious comment aimed at disparaging and threatening virtually all migrants in America. And he began with his trademark infantile sarcasm that he thinks is funny…

“A very Happy Thanksgiving salutation to all of our Great American Citizens and Patriots who have been so nice in allowing our Country to be divided, disrupted, carved up, murdered, beaten, mugged, and laughed at, along with certain other foolish countries throughout the World, for being ‘Politically Correct,’ and just plain STUPID, when it comes to Immigration.”

Heartwarming, isn’t it? It’s clear that Trump truly understands the meaning of this holiday and the peace and unity that it represents. But he was just getting started. He continued…

“The official United States Foreign population stands at 53 million people (Census), most of which are on welfare, from failed nations, or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels. […] This refugee burden is the leading cause of social dysfunction in America.”

Trump’s foreign population estimate of 53 million includes naturalized citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), temporary migrants, and unauthorized immigrants. About half of all foreign-born residents are naturalized American citizens. Another 12 million are legal green card holders. That’s about 75% of the total. Trump’s claim that most of them are on welfare and are criminals or mental patients is just outright racism and patently false. And nothing contributes more to the “social dysfunction” in America than the antics of Trump and his MAGA cult.

For some reason, Trump then lashed out at Somali migrants in Minnesota, who had nothing to do with with the shooting in D.C. But he may have just seen it as an opportunity to lob a childish insult at Minnesota governor Tim Walz, who Trump called “seriously retarded,” and at Rep. Ilhan Omar, who he mocked for being “always wrapped in her swaddling hijab, and who probably came into the U.S.A. illegally.” But he still wasn’t done. He closed by saying that…

“I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover, terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen. […] end all Federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens of our Country, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”

Notice that Trump is only threatening to pause immigration from the third world countries that he has referred to as “shit holes.” He’s fine with white migrants from Europe. What’s more, he makes a bizarre reference to migrants being approved for admission by “Biden’s Autopen.” That’s not how immigration works. Presidents don’t personally sign off on immigration papers. This sounds like more evidence of Trump’s cognitive impairment wherein he is conflating things that are unrelated.

However, the most troubling part of Trump’s rant is his threat to “denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility.” He doesn’t bother to define what he means by “domestic tranquility,” He’s likely talking about stripping citizenship from, and deporting, Americans who he doesn’t like, or are critical of him. And he proposes to halt federal benefits for migrants who remain, even if they are are legally entitled to them.

Trump’s standard for determining whether any migrants should be permitted to stay or be cast out appears to be an ambiguous designation of being “compatible with Western Civilization.” Whatever that means. Consequently, Melania should be worried. Because if she ever falls out of favor with Trump, she fits all of his criteria for having her citizenship revoked and being deported back to Slovenia. Yes, that’s precisely how stupid all of this is.

LATE BREAKING: Trump just posted another comment on Truth Social wherein declares that almost all of President Biden’s executive orders are “hereby terminated,” unless he signed them directly (i.e. without the autopen). Never mind that most of Trump’s executive orders were also signed with an autopen. In the same comment Trump threatens to bring perjury charges against Biden if he disputes Trump’s ludicrous claims. This entire comment has no legal standing. But it will serve nicely as evidence if Trump’s mental acuity and fitness to remain in office is ever challenged via impeachment or invocation of the 25th Amendment. 8647!

Pam Bondi Spends Thanksgiving on Fox News Blaming the D.C. Shooting on President Biden

A couple of families in West Virginia are going to have considerably less to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. They are the families of the two National Guard troops who were tragically shot on Wednesday and are now in critical condition in a District of Columbia hospital, rather than at home for a holiday dinner.

Joe Biden, Donald Trump Baby, Fake News

These soldiers should not have been in D.C. at all. They served no practical purpose. They spent their time picking up garbage, standing around bored in front of federal buildings, or resting in parking lots that served as their quarters. Trump deliberately – and illegally – put them in harms way in order to juice his pitifully sagging approval polls.

Nevertheless, the soldiers performed their duties faithfully before suffering the consequences resulting from Trump’s ignorance and ego. And on the day following the tragedy, Trump dispatched his Cabinet cronies to make excuses for him and to shift the blame for his failures unto others. So his Attorney Genuflect, Pam Bondi, spent her Thanksgiving morning disseminating propaganda on Fox News…

Bondi: We have looked at failed policies of Biden, from autopenning violent felons being taken off death row, to letting people into our country without proper vetting after the entire Afghanistan debacle.

Likewise, Trump’s profoundly unqualified FBI Director, Kash Patel, was covered by Fox News at a pointless press conference where he didn’t deliver a single salient piece of information…

The remarks of both of these Trump regime mouthpieces failed to enlighten the public about anything relevant to the crime or its investigation. To the contrary, they dodged any honest commentary, and instead disgorged partisan finger-pointing or diversions.

Bondi’s remarks were littered with lies. She didn’t bother to provide any evidence that Biden had pardoned violent felons, or that he did so with an autopen. Although her allegation is wildly hypocritical considering that Trump did pardon hundreds of violent January 6th rioters, including cop beaters.

What’s more, Bondi’s attempt to associate the D.C. suspect with Biden letting unvetted people into the country was flagrantly false. In fact, as reported by ABC News, the suspect “applied for asylum in 2024 and was granted asylum in April 2025, under the Trump administration.” [And that] “The suspect previously worked with the U.S. government, including the CIA, as a member of a partner force in Kandahar.” That’s according to Trump’s CIA Director John Ratcliffe. Also, what Bondi refers to as the “Afghanistan debacle” was actually negotiated and agreed to by Trump and the Taliban.

As for Patel, he blatantly avoided responding the question, that he surely knew the answer to, because he was afraid of triggering a tantrum from Trump, who is already reportedly considering firing him.

for his part, Trump issued his own message in response to the shooting. And true to form, it was self-serving slop that was intended solely to deceive, shift blame, and exalt himself…

Leave it to Trump to exploit & politicize the tragic murder of 2 National Guard soldiers who he put in harms way for no reason.He taints their memory with bigotry toward all Afghans and Somalis (who had nothing do with it) in America. And falsely blames Biden. (See next comment)
