For the second time in as many months a cretinous jerk with an assault rifle has apparently plotted to assassinate former president and convicted felon, Donald Trump. And just as they did in the prior episode, MAGA Republicans are furiously trying to lay the blame on Democrats in general, and on Kamala Harris and President Biden in particular.

Never mind that the shooter in July was a registered Republican, and that the the latest suspect reportedly voted for Trump in 2016. The MAGA Klan has been attributing blame for these loathsome acts on Democrats without a shred of evidence to support their claims.

Not one to shy away from a blazing conspiracy melodrama, Donald Trump gave an interview to his pals at Fox News Digital wherein he fanned the flames of these current events in a manner that can only be interpreted as an effort to cause the most damage possible by spreading the rhetorical fire. Asserting his clairvoyant powers, he channeled the thoughts of the would-be shooter, Ryan Wesley Routh, saying that…
“He believed the rhetoric of Biden and Harris, and he acted on it. Their rhetoric is causing me to be shot at, when I am the one who is going to save the country, and they are the ones that are destroying the country – both from the inside and out.”
Not only does Trump profess to know what Routh was thinking, but he actually engages in the sort of incendiary rhetoric that he is pretending to be against by charging that Biden and Harris are “destroying the country.” And he was only just getting started…
“These are people that want to destroy our country. It is called the enemy from within. They are the real threat. […] They do it with a combination of rhetoric and lawsuits they wrap me up in.”
Trump can hardly complain about the language used to describe him, which is mostly accurate citations of his own words. But he is also trying to associate the legal cases against him with motivations to do him in. In his mind, any legitimate indictment and prosecution of him for the crimes that he has actually committed is tantamount to an assassination threat. In fact, just campaigning against him is a mortal sin. Then he continued with a threat of his own, saying that…
“They use highly inflammatory language. I can use it too – far better than they can – but I don’t.”
Yeah, right! Trump doesn’t use inflammatory language at all. Unless you count what he said in this very interview about Biden and Harris “destroying the country” and being “the enemy from within.” And he has used similar and worse language for years at his cult rallies and on other interviews in the MAGA media. Don’t forget the incitation of his StormTrumpers to attack Congress and stage a deadly coup attempt on January 6, 2021.
Trump repeated himself in a post on his failing social media scam, Truth Social, Monday morning wherein he raged about “the rigged and highly partisan ABC Debate,” and “all of the ridiculous lawsuits,” that have “taken politics in our Country to a whole new level of Hatred, Abuse, and Distrust.” And that “Because of this Communist Left Rhetoric, the bullets are flying, and it will only get worse!” You gotta watch out for those flying communist bullets.
The rest of the post was dedicated to Trump’s routine, racist immigrant bashing about “millions of people, from places unknown” and “TERRORISTS, CRIMINALS, AND MENTALLY INSANE” “INVADE[RS]” who he says “ARE STEALING OUR JOBS AND OUR WEALTH.” It seems that to Trump the answer to every question, no matter the subject, is “invading immigrant criminals.”
To top it off, Trump demonstrated his devotion to grifting off of anything that he thinks he can exploit for financial gain. He posted the following comment on Truth Social the morning after his golf cart-astrophe. The annotations reveal his true motivations in trying times like these…

He is just to stupid to even understand that many people hate him, and wish him dead! But, in his demented mind, it had to be Kamala Harris!

Trump knows that if he loses, his fake empire might collapse and he’ll go to jail.
I can see that many of our Republican friends are voting for Kamala who continuously insults, nothing positive comes from his mouth and now Vance is admitting on Sunday TV that he creates and invents very harmful lies against immigrants. Trump has been the same bully all his life and loves to see our country destroyed.
Trump has been planting & fertilizing the seeds of hate, distrust & violence since Day#1 …& he knows that it works for his Trumpian cult. He riles them up with his constant lies, repeated so often that they think it’s real. He plays them for fools & they gladly do the bully’s dirty work for him. How many from violence he incited & commanded on 1-6-21 have been convicted & locked-up for doing what he told them to do? How many convictions & days in prison has Trump had for being the 1 calling them to violence that day? Trump is their leader; they are his weapons & his repeated lies are the ammo. It costs him nothing – costs them plenty tho! Do they really think that once he’s dictator, they will be rewarded for their service? I see no signs of the loyalty he demands being also given to them…he’s a USER & he USES them. They let him, ask nothing in return & he makes them feel special, important.
Trump is ramping up now for even more violence this time & — NO boundaries he won’t cross to get what he wants ~ all the $$$ & total power over all things! He thinks of himself as God-like ruler over ALL THINGS. And if many must die to give him what he wants, so be it! This is what happens when Evil beings are let loose w/total immunity granted by SCOTUS. Trump & his most wealthy pals will be fine, watching the bloody battles play out. Cheering like it’s a football game – in safety, while the rest of us die & see our families die painful, bloody deaths. Survivors will not be rewarded in the “New America” ~ that is not part of the plan in Project 2025.
The way Trump sees it, either he gets anointed as extreme dictator for life, or a bloody war in the streets & THEN he becomes Supreme Leader. Either way works for him & those pouring Millions into this takeover. They’re counting on Americans to stay stupid with their eyes closed to fhe truth until it’s too late!
We need to surprise them all & fight back by VOTING ? UP & DOWN THE BALLOT IN RECORD NUMBERS!! Blow them out of the water! Both parties wake up & VOTE BLUE! Then the real work begins to clean up this fiasco & wrench back OUR COUNTRY from the jaws of death! We can do it. Will we? Stay tuned…
