On Monday morning the “Curvy Couch” potatoes of Fox and Friends delivered their usual brand of Trump-fluffing. In a segment intended to praise his diligence and stamina, co-hosts Charlie Hurt and Rachel Campos-Duffy (wife of Trump’s Transportation Secretary, Sean Duffy) engaged in the following exalting exchange…

Campos-Duffy: He’s acting like he’s on the ballot. He is campaigning so hard. He has not stopped. And that is something that I think when all of this is said and done, when his term is over, we are gonna miss what a hardworking president looks like because I don’t think we’ll ever see anyone work as hard as that man.

Hurt: But, you know, obviously, the the headwinds are very much going against Republicans just because of the nature of politics. […] And what’s significant about that is what was the Democrat response to it? You would think the Democrat response to that would be to moderate and become and try to get those working class voters back to their side of the aisle, but that’s not what they did. They took off and went crazy

Oh yeah. Trump is a veritable bullet train streaking across the nation. After all, it takes a lot of work to fall asleep in public at virtually every event where he appears. And the results of Trump’s hard work are evident in the gleaming gold filigree plastered all over the White House. Never mind that he has been utterly incompetent with regard to the one-week war he started against Iran that is now in its eighth month. Or the wrecked economy that has Americans paying more for everything from gas, to groceries, to healthcare, to housing, and more.

As for the response from Democrats, they really “took off and went crazy” with their radical, lunatic ideas about lowering the cost of living, providing healthcare, holding corrupt politicians accountable, and preserving democracy. Who would want any of that?

Meanwhile, Trump is busy with his primary function: Posting idiotic memes on his failing propaganda platform, Truth Social. For instance this one about Denzel Washington…
