Field Marshall Trump Orders His Secretary of ‘War’ to Use ‘Full Force’ Against Martian Terrorists

Okay. You think the headline above is ridiculous? Maybe. But it is no more ridiculous than the actual news that Donald Trump made Saturday morning when he posted a bizarre and troubling comment on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. And even though he posts bizarre and troubling comments daily, this one sinks to new lows.

Donald Trump Tyrant Dictator

Perhaps a more realistic headline would read “Trump Authorizes Troops to Use ‘Full Force’ Against American Citizens that He Thinks are Members of a Fake Terrorist Group Called Antifa.” But while that is more realistic, it is just as ridiculous precisely because it’s real. And it exposes the depths of Trump’s dangerous and severe derangement. Not that we haven’t seen that before.

SEE THIS: WHO’S DERANGED? Trump on Biden Clones, Transgender Mice, Autopens, and His Own Mental Anguish

The comment that Trump posted was a brief, two sentence announcement that he has exercised his duties as Commander-in-Chief to threaten the people of Portland, Oregon, that he says has been “ravaged” by war. He wrote that…

“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

Let’s break that down for clarity, shall we? Trump began his decree by assigning the instigation of this order to his puppy-killing Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem. Then, at her urging, he ordered his utterly unqualified Secretary of War (a Cabinet position that doesn’t exist), Pete Hegseth, to dispatch “all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland,” which is neither ravaged, nor engaged in war.

Trump continued to explain that the reason for this military mission is to vanquish the completely fictional Antifa, which is just an ideology that opposes his favorite form of government, fascism. He recently designated Antifa as “domestic terrorists,” which he has no legal authority to do.

Trump closes with the most disturbing part of his harangue. He is “authorizing Full Force” against the residents of Portland, who are, of course, Americans. This is the first time that a “president” has ever suggested the use of deadly military force against American citizens simply because he disagrees with them. This invasion of Portland is on-brand for Trump who hates most of America. His Secretary of Propaganda, Karoline Leavitt, recently admitted that he only wants to deploy troops to Democratic-run cities.

Trump might as well be going into battle against KAOS, under the leadership of Maxwell Smart. His enemies are fake. His response is over-the-top. And this is just the military flank of his war against his political foes. He has already unleashed his legal armies against Democrats and their supporters, threatening to prosecute them for daring to oppose his MAGA-sty. And if he isn’t stopped, we are all potentially next in line.

Trump is preparing to sic his pseudo Justice Department on prominent donors to Democrats (Soros and Hoffman, both coincidentally Jewish?) in order to shut down his political opposition. Like any good fascist would do.

Kristi Noem Unleashes More of the Delusional Hyperbole That is the Hallmark of the Cult of Trump

The Primary Directive of every cult is that only Dear Leader will tell you the truth, and that every else is lying to you. It’s a doctrine that has been fully adopted by Donald Trump and his MAGA movement. In their world all judges are “lunatic radicals,” polls are manipulated. government bureaucrats are “deep state” operatives, opposition politicians are purposefully evil, and the media is, as Stalin said, “the enemy of the people.”

Click here to post this article on Twitter or Click here to post on Bluesky

Trump Lies

With the Cult of Trump, dishonesty is just the beginning. There is apparently a dictum that also mandates that their lies must be as far removed from reality as possible. Trump and company likely picked this up from Hitler and his Propaganda Minister, Joseph Goebbels, who pioneered the doctrine of “The Big Lie.” Trump himself coopted the concept in the book that he lies about having written, “The Art of the Deal,” by paraphrasing it as “truthful hyperbole.” Minus the “truthful” part.

SEE THIS: OMG! Pathological Liar Trump Says He is ‘the Most Honest Human Being God Ever Created’

These principles were affirmed on Sunday morning’s episode of “Face the Nation” where Trump’s Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, was interviewed. In a discussion about Trump’s authoritarian agenda of deploying military troops in American cities – but only the ones led by Democrats – in order to restore his version of fascist order, Noem made the following preposterous comment…

“I do know that L.A. wouldn’t be standing today if President Trump hadn’t taken action. That city would have burned down if left to the devices of the mayor and the governor of that state.”

Kristi Noem: "I do know that LA wouldn't be standing today if President Trump hadn't taken action."

Aaron Rupar (@atrupar.com) 2025-08-31T14:37:24.224Z

REALLY? The city of Los Angeles spans over 500 square miles. The demonstrations against Trump’s unwarranted and illegal deployments were centered in a few blocks of the downtown area. And the National Gaurd and Marine troops spent most of their time in their quarters or standing around some federal buildings that weren’t targeted by protesters. Reporting at the time noted that…

“LA County District Attorney Nate Hochman on Wednesday said that protests in the Los Angeles area involve less than 1% of the population and are largely peaceful. […] Hochman said that means 99.99% of residents have done nothing illegal in connection with the demonstrations.”

Noem also claimed that the DHS thugs were only going after “the worst of the worst.” That was also untrue according to the data from Trump’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency:

“The majority of people currently detained by ICE have no criminal convictions. Of those who do, relatively few have been convicted of high-level crimes. […] The latest ICE statistics show that as of June 29, there were 57,861 people detained by ICE, 41,495 — 71.7% — of whom had no criminal convictions.”

The mammoth scale of the hyperbole coming from Noem is clearly commanded from the top. Trump’s own commentaries routinely include the same sort of monumental lies. For instance…

Trump on Taxes (aka Tariffs): “Without Tariffs, and all of the TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS we have already taken in, our Country would be completely destroyed, and our military power would be instantly obliterated.”

Trump on Court Rulings: “If allowed to stand, this Decision would literally destroy the United States of America.”

Trump has an incredibly negative view of America as a pitifully weak nation that could curl up and die at any moment. Either that, or he’s just mad because destroying America is his thing and he doesn’t want someone else horning in.

Of course, Trump’s Ministry of Propaganda – Fox News – is backing him up all the way. While some people might regard Trump’s relentless dispensing of hyper-hyperbole as evidence of a cognitive decline, Fox News is ready with a defense. And when the question of his mental acuity raised, his name doesn’t even have to be mentioned for his defenders at Fox to step up and deny the dementia that others claim to see…

What 1st Amendment? Trump Threatens to Prosecute CNN for Imaginary Crimes Against Dear Leader

The determination of Donald Trump to exert tyrannical control over the media that he despises has taken another turn for the worse. He is now not only insulting them as “fake” news, or demeaning them as “the enemy of the people,” or suing them on preposterous charges of defamation. He has escalated his wrath to outright threats of prosecution.

Click here to post this article on Twitter or Click here to post on Bluesky

Donald Trump, CNN

Bear in mind that Trump has not identified any actual crime that anyone in the press has committed. He has never needed any such trivialities as prosecutable offenses to backup his wild accusations. Trump merely babbles maniacally about some imagined illegality and expects his cult devotees to follow blindly.

SEE THIS: Trump Cult Priestess, Karoline Leavitt, Preaches the Divine Infallibility of Dear Leader

Trump participated in a staged photo-op in Florida to visit a new migrant detention facility that features alligator infested surrounding waters. Of course, the alligators have no impact whatsoever on the security of the facility. But the gruesome cruelty of the notion of migrants – including children – being ripped to shreds delights the sickly morbidity of the MAGA crowd.

During the press conference Trump was asked questions about some of his other inhumane and unconstitutional mass deportation initiatives. One in particular addressed a news report by CNN about a publicly available app that advised people of where ICE agents were conducting operations. Which led to the following exchange…

Question: CNN yesterday pushed an app that lets you track where ICE agents are. [Border czar] Tom Homan said that perhaps CNN should be prosecuted for that. Your Thoughts?
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem: We’re working with the Department of Justice to see if we can prosecute them for that. Because what they’re doing is actively encouraging people to avoid law enforcement activities, operations, and we’re going to actually go after them and prosecute with the partnership of [Attorney General] Pam [Bondi] if we can, because what they are doing we believe is illegal.
Trump: And they may very well be prosecuted also for having given false reports on the attack in Iran. They were given totally false reports.

Trump on CNN: "They may be prosecuted also for having given false reports on the attack in Iran."

Aaron Rupar (@atrupar.com) 2025-07-01T15:26:14.748Z

DHS Secretary Noem’s assertion that CNN engaged in some illegal activity has no basis in reality. They are entirely within their rights to report on the existence of an app that is available for anyone to download. That is journalism, not promotion. They never “encouraged” anyone to use the app. And it’s purpose is merely to notify the public about activities that ICE agents are openly engaging in. Which is also legal.

Trump went further – and wildly off-topic – to threaten CNN with prosecution for “having given false reports on the attack in Iran.” Once again, it is only Trump’s opinion that the reports were false. CNN derived the information from Trump’s own intelligence team. As previously reported, Trump’s Propaganda Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, complained about CNN for…

“…accurately reporting what Trump’s own intel professionals said about the results of the air strikes. They revealed that, according to the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm, Iran’s nuclear capabilities had only been damaged partially, and that they could be rebuilt within months.”

So CNN’s reporting was correct. However, even if it were not, that isn’t illegal either. News organizations are allowed to make make mistakes, and corrections when necessary. In this case it wasn’t necessary. But if Trump still wasn’t satisfied, he could file another wholly unwarranted lawsuit for defamation. But he cannot issue criminal indictments. CNN replied to these anti-constitutional threats saying that…

“There is nothing illegal about reporting the existence of this or any other app, nor does such reporting constitute promotion or other endorsement of the app by CNN.”

Trump’s use of intimidation against the media is more proof of his penchant for fascism. He would love to throw journalists in jail for reporting the truth about him. He has also been threatening political foes with arrest. Just in the past 48 hours he has mused about arresting Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic candidate for mayor of New York City, and Alejandro Mayorkas, the former Secretary of Homeland Security, and he indicated his openness to deporting Elon Musk, his former BFF and DOGE chief.

Trump’s threats of prosecuting journalists, along with his civil litigation, are long standing obsessions that reveal his hatred of the Constitution and its First Amendment protections. And it is a troubling signal of his intentions to control the media and form a fascist regime that won’t tolerate a free press or free thought. At this point in the process, he isn’t even trying to hide it. Which means that it is more imperative than ever to resist him and his authoritarian aspirations. The welfare of the country is at stake.

Trump’s Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, Tries and Fails to Justify Trump’s War on Los Angeles

From the day that Donald Trump first nominated Pete Hegseth to serve as his Secretary of Defense, it was widely viewed as a dangerously inappropriate proposal to elevate a completely unqualified Fox News weekend host with a history of abusing both alcohol and women.

Click here to post this article on Twitter or Click here to post on Bluesky

Pete Hegseth with Drunk Emoji

Hegseth’s experience for the job that Trump sought to give him was his junior officer ranking in the Army twenty years ago, and his management of two military related non-profits that both fired him for his incompetence and malfeasance. But he met Trump’s prerequisites, which were that he would do or say anything that Trump told him without regard to the truth or the welfare of the nation, and that he looked good on TV.

SEE THIS: Pete Hegseth Spends Thousands for a Pentagon Makeup Studio to Fortify America’s Military Might

Following Trump’s declaration of war against the City of Los Angeles, Hegseth appeared before the Defense Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee. His testimony was about as rife with ignorance and dereliction as one would expect from such an unfit official. He came utterly unprepared for the inquiry that he knew he would face. That includes not having any data regarding the Pentagon’s budget proposal that the Appropriations Committee was expecting.

To make matters worse, Hegseth was also stumped by questions he should have anticipated. Particularly those about Trump’s unlawful deployment of National Guard troops and Marines in response to an overwhelmingly peaceful protest against the hostile excesses of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) in Los Angeles. And in an exchange with Rep. Pete Aguilar, Hegseth provided a chilling demonstration of just how clueless he is about his duties…

Rep. Aguilar: The legal basis that the president used cites three examples in circumstances for the Guard. Invasion by a foreign nation; a rebellion or dangerous rebellion against the authority of the government of the United States; or the president is unable with regular forces to execute the laws of the United States. Which authority is triggered here to justify the use?
Hegseth: I don’t know. You just read it yourself, and people can listen themselves. But it sounds like all three to me.

"Sounds like all three to me" — Pete Hegseth suggests the United States is under invasion by a foreign nation, prompting the need for troops in Los Angeles

Aaron Rupar (@atrupar.com) 2025-06-10T15:34:58.019Z

REALLY? Let’s examine these one at a time, shall we?

Invasion By a Foreign Nation:
There is no evidence whatsoever that any foreign nation had invaded the United States. Hegseth mentioned the presence of some Mexican flags, but that does not infer that the government of Mexico had anything to do with the protests, and they certainly did not. There were no Mexican troops or military assets deployed to take over the U.S. The notion is downright preposterous.

A Rebellion Against the Authority of the Government of the United States:
None of the protesters came anywhere near attempting to usurp the authority of the U.S. government. They were merely exercising their rights as stated in the First Amendment to the Constitution to “petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Which can only be seen as a rebellion by the tyrannical tendencies of the Trump administration, where Trump regards anything critical of him as treason.

The President is Unable With Regular Forces to Execute the Laws of the United States.
The leadership provided by the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, and the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, were more than sufficient to deal with the sometimes rowdy behavior of a few protesters. If Trump was invoking this excuse for his military incursion, than he was, in effect, conceding that he was the one who was unable to execute the laws that he swore to uphold. Which shouldn’t surprise anyone, considering that he literally admitted that he doesn’t believe he has any obligation to do so.

MORE HERE: WTHF? When Asked ‘Don’t You Need to Uphold the Constitution,’ Trump Replies ‘I Don’t Know.’

Later in his testimony, Hegseth was asked about the costs associated with the deployment of troops to clamp down on the people’s right to protest. He tried to dodge the question, but was pressed on it until he finally allowed an aide to provide the answer

“After persistent questioning about the cost of sending National Guard members and Marines to Los Angeles in response to protests over immigration raids, Hegseth turned to his acting comptroller, Bryn Woollacott MacDonnell, who said it would cost $134 million.”

With that amount of money, we could house and feed more than 4,000 homeless veterans for a year. We could provide more than 9,000 veterans with healthcare for a year. Or we could oppress and intimidate a few hundred advocates for migrants’ civil rights for a month. Spending money on this deployment is an even worse allocation of funds than Trump’s ludicrous and vain $45 million birthday parade that he’s throwing for himself in Washington, D.C. on Saturday. For which he is also threatening anyone who dares to protest it.

Hegseth is not the only member of Trump’s Quack Cabinet to malign the protesters in Los Angeles. His Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, also took a swipe at them and wound up hitting the entire population of the city, saying that L.A. is not a city of Immigrants, it’s a city of criminals.” Really? All 4,000,000 of them?

However, the views of Noem and Hegseth are not shared by the American people. A new poll has found that “47% of U.S. adults disapprove of deploying the Marines to LA, with 34% approval…45% disapprove the National Guard deployment, while 38% said they approve.”

Not that Trump or his cronies care about what the American people think. But maybe this will get some Republicans in Congress to grow a spine and reject Trump’s totalitarianism. Keep hope alive.

Fox News Gushes Over Trump’s ‘Hot’ Nominees – Trashes Liberals as ‘Fat, Out of Shape Losers’

It has been ten years since Donald Trump began his political career by riding down a gold-plated escalator from his Manhattan penthouse, and promising to represent the forgotten people of America by catering to the whims of the wealthy and corporations, and punishing immigrants and minorities who he maligned as criminals.

Click here to Tweet this article

Trump in Bed, Eating, Sad

In the decade that has transpired, some people may have forgotten what Trump did for a living prior to his occupation in the White House. He was not a real estate developer, or a dealmaker, or a marketer. For most of that time he was the host of a reality TV game show, “The Apprentice,” where he pretended to be a successful businessman despite his actual record of multiple failures and bankruptcies. And to this day he leans on that past and those who helped him craft his fake identity.

SEE THIS: Trump Picks His ‘Apprentice’ Producer, Mark Burnett, for Diplomatic Post – To Buy His Silence?

The superficiality of Trump’s long occupation as a television performer has been evident in everything he has done as a politician. Appearances were always paramount over substance. It’s why he was so obsessed about crowd size, and lying about having lost the 2020 election to President Biden. It’s why he chose White House staffers who looked good on TV, but had little to no experience in the jobs they were hired to do. That shallowness also continues to this day and dominates his hiring for Trump 2.0.

Trump’s Ministry of Propaganda, Fox News, is also on the job of plastering superficial facades on him and his new brood of bootlickers. That was brilliantly demonstrated by Fox’s resident wannabe schlock-jock, Greg Gutfeld. In a segment on Friday’s episode of “The Five,” Gutfeld sought to extol the “hotness” of Trump’s toadies, while insulting Democrats as dawgs. He began by comparing Biden’s Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, to Trump’s nominee for the post…

“Mayorkas to Kristi. You’re going from a garden gnome to Kristi Noem. I mean, she’s so hot that shooting a dog isn’t a deal breaker. And I’m telling you this, you look at this crop of nominees and the party, there’s something there, man. They’re all in great shape. You’ve got to look at people who preserve and maintain what’s important in their lives. If they’re going to do that with their physical self, they’re going to do that in other areas. This is why like a lot of liberals are just fat, out of shape losers, because they don’t believe in structure, discipline.”

Notice that Gutfeld is unfavorably comparing a man who has spent his life in law enforcement and national security, to a small state governor who murders her pets and gets away with it. And Gutfeld absurdly believes that people whose egos demand most of their attention will somehow be more attentive to the less glamorous matters of state.

The rest of Gutfeld’s rant was devoted to praising Trump for hiring critical staffers based on their looks. He makes broad generalizations about the alleged attractiveness of Trump’s nominees, and equally unfair and insulting assessments of Biden’s team. Never mind that Trump’s picks are dreadfully unqualified for the jobs he’s proposing to give them.

For example, alcoholic sexual abuser, Pete Hegseth, conspiracy crackpot and anti-vaxxer, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Russian asset, Tulsi Gabbard, and QAnon kook, Kash Patel. None have the experience, knowledge, or skills to manage massive bureaucracies of government, many of which deal with matters of life and death.

If they look good on TV, which is where Trump found most of them, they meet his prerequisites. Which may be why seventeen (so far) of his nominees are current or former Fox News squawking heads.

SEE ALSO: Trump’s Nominees Are Largely Fox News Alum, Mar-a-Lago Patrons, and Billionaires

What Gutfeld is conveniently ignoring are the physical attributes of the captain of this cabal of catwalkers (or is that cat eaters?). He doesn’t bother to compare the alluring and intelligent Kamala Harris to the stomach-churning hideousness of Trump. In fact, Dear Leader Trump is hardly a beacon of beauty. He’s a shuffling, wrinkled, orange-glazed, geezer, who is morbidly obese, with resting scowl-face. But sure, he’s in great shape – for a putrefied ham that’s been out on the porch for several weeks.

Desperately Seeking a Trump VP Nod, Gov Kristi Noem Manages to Thoroughly Humiliate Herself.

The ranks of servile sycophants swimming around Donald Trump like the symbiotic fish species that leech off of whales is peculiar phenomenon that generally leads to repudiation and rejection. Trump notoriously demands unflinching loyalty from his supplicants, but refuses to reciprocate when they are no longer useful to him.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Woman, Fear

This is especially notable in the grueling contest for who will join Trump’s ticket for the 2024 presidential race. There is already a flock of fawners hoping to land the number two post, whose job it will be to prop up Dear Leader’s corpulent husk and ego. They include such bottom-feeding bootlickers as Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Elise Stefanik, Byron Donalds, Kari Lake, and JD Vance. All vying to be the next hangman, aka Mike Pence.

SEE THIS: Trump Renews Whining that Mike Pence is a Deep State Traitor for Not Overturning the Election

Among the throbbing throng of VP aspirants is South Dakota governor, Kristi Noem. And she made a big play for the part of vice-president this weekend on CNN’s “State of the Nation” during an interview with Dana Bash. It went something like this (video below)

Bash: Donald Trump acknowledged in 2018 that he authorized payments to Stormy Daniels and reimbursed Michael Cohen. And we actually have the reimbursement checks to Michael Cohen. Those are the facts. Are you comfortable with this?
Noem: Michael Cohen worked for ‘president’ Trump. ‘President’ Trump paid his legal fees. He paid his Michael Cohen legal fees and bills. And that’s what this trial will bringing forward hopefully is the truth.

Noem’s response is a bald-faced lie. Trump was not paying Cohen’s legal fees. He was reimbursing Cohen for the $130,000.00 that Cohen paid to Stormy Daniels to buy her silence, in order to influence the outcome of the election. Then Trump purposefully lied in his financial reporting to cover that up. Those are the facts, and Noem knows it. Despite that, she continued…

Noem: What a ridiculous case that this is. That it is based on a narrative today that is coming from a man that is proven to be a liar. So, I’m hoping that this judge makes the right decision. I’m hoping these jurors can come in and be unbiased. And we’ll let this case go forward in a swift manner that allows ‘president’ Trump to get back on the campaign trail.

Noem is right that this case is based on the narrative of “a man that is proven to be a liar.” Donald Trump. And the last thing that Trump wants is for the case to “go forward in a swift manner.” He has been doing everything he can to delay it from the start. Because unlike defendants who are innocent and want to clear their names, Trump knows he’s guilty and wants to avoid his inevitable conviction. Noem continues…

Noem: Americans deserve to hear from their candidates, and the Democrats and the activists are using this trial to derail him, to keep him in court instead of out talking to Americans about what their real concerns are. And their real concerns are their every day lives. They need a leader in the White House who gets up every day and puts them first and doesn’t raise their taxes. Doesn’t over-regulate them, take away their freedoms and give all our money to other countries instead of making sure that we’re taking care of America first and keeping us safe and secure.

The trial is only going to be in session four days a week. The other three days, and every night, Trump is free to campaign. So far he has not done so any of the days when court has not been in session. He is not, and never has been, a leader who “gets up every day and puts [the people] first.” He puts himself first at all times. He rarely stops talking about himself. And when he does address policies, they are always aimed at benefitting wealthy people, corporations, or his foreign authoritarian pals.

Bash then fact-checks Noem’s utterly unfounded insinuations that Democrats and President Biden had something to do with Trump’s prosecutions in order to “keep him in court.” Which leads to Noem bizarrely unleashing totally unrelated references to imaginary crimes by Biden and the controversies surrounding his son, Hunter. Then Bash interjects…

Bash: I just want to say for the record, there’s absolutely no evidence that President Biden is involved in this. This is a a case that is being brought in the state of New York by the Manhattan D.A.
Noem: Yes, that’s, that’s what I think is remarkable, is that if you look at President Biden, and what he’s done, and what his son has done, and the fact that…
Bash: That has nothing to do with this.

Noem is a strong contender for Trump’s VP slot because she is a shameless lickspittle who will dodge and lie in order to deflect from the illegal and unethical record of Trump’s public life. But she won’t be much help appealing to voters if she persists in these pathetic displays of dishonesty. But then, she shares that with all of the other VP contenders and, of course, with Trump himself. So it’s a lose-lose proposition for the biggest loser in American politics.
