Media Freaks Out Over Fake News that Hillary Clinton Approved Trump/Russia Campaign Stories

Nothing thrills the press like the stench of a budding scandal involving a prominent public figure. And for thirty years Hillary Clinton has been at the top of the media’s hit list, despite never having confirmed a single episode of wrongdoing. And after being out of government service for six years, she remains a prime target of the press.

Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump

The latest hysterical outrage was triggered by reports of testimony by former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook in a case brought to trial by John Durham, the special counsel appointed by Donald Trump’s Attorney General Bill Barr. Durham’s mandate was to vindicate Trump by fabricating phony charges of misconduct related to his unsavory connections to Russia and Vladimir Putin.

RELATED: Trump Whines that the Media Didn’t Fall for the Durham Nothingburger About Clinton ‘Spying’

The news reports covering Mook’s testimony were mostly wild distortions of the actual facts. Even CNN played into it with a story headlined “Hillary Clinton personally approved plan to share Trump-Russia allegation with the press in 2016, campaign manager says.” However, that is not what Mook’s testimony said at all. After repeating the falsehood in the headline, a more accurate description was given in the article’s opening paragraphs:

“Robby Mook said he attended a meeting with other senior campaign officials where they learned about strange cyberactivity that suggested a relationship between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which is based in Moscow. The group decided to share the information with a reporter, and Mook subsequently ran that decision by Clinton herself. ‘We discussed it with Hillary,’ Mook said, later adding that ‘she agreed with the decision.'”

So what Mook actually said was that the decision was already made and acted upon, and was brought to Clinton after the fact, where she agreed with what had already been done. The stories that say that she “approved the plan” suggest that she was informed in advance and gave it a greenlight. In reality, Clinton merely expressed her agreement, perhaps after her staff had already executed the plan.

What’s worse is that many stories are circulating through the conservative media asserting that Clinton not only gave the plan a go-ahead, but that she contrived it herself and “knew” that it was false. That could not be farther from the truth. The unexplained cyberactivity connecting Trump to the Russian bank was first observed by independent tech investigators. Reports of those observations were later brought to the attention of the Clinton campaign who had every reason to regard them as credible. Mook testified that the campaign passed the information on to the press with the intention that they would investigate and either confirm or refute it.

All of these deliberate distortions of both the cyberactivity, and the Clinton campaign’s role in publicizing it, are part of the right-wing Durham crusade to distract the public from the documented connections between Trump and Russia. They add to prior distortions by Durham and company that Trump used to falsely claim that his campaign had been spied on.

For the record, there were numerous documented contacts between the Trump camp and Russian operatives during and after the 2016 presidential election. And Trump himself publicly asked Russia to interfere in the election by hacking into Clinton’s emails. Many of these activities were catalogued in the book Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump, by Michael Isikoff and David Corn.

RELATED: Trump Doubles Down on His Treasonous Putin Puffery While Continuing to Insult Biden and America

Trump’s doting affinity for Putin is well known. He has spent the past six years fawning over Putin and advancing the interests of Russia. And that extends to the present as Trump takes Putin’s side in the War in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the press is unfairly hammering Clinton who got Trump’s unpatriotic behaviors right all along.

Hungarian Dictator Orbán Lauds Tucker Carlson at CPAC, Says He ‘Should Be Broadcasted 24/7’

The Republican Party, under the spell of wannabe dictator Donald Trump, has embarked on an unalterable march toward authoritarianism. They have embraced a doctrine of total fealty to Dear Leader Trump whom they would grant absolute power to rule without regard to Constitutional law or human decency.

Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Dictator

The latest evidence of that abandonment of American principles of liberty comes with this year’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) that is being held in the neo-fascist haven of Hungary. The location of this confab is likely due to the recent drooling idolatry of Hungarian dictator Viktor Orbán by aspiring tyrant Trump and Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

SEE: Trump Endorses the Fascist Wannabe Dictator Viktor Orbán of Hungary Because – Of Course He Does

AND: Fox News Fascinista, Tucker Carlson, Cozies Up to Hungary’s Authoritarian PM Orban

During his address at CPAC, Orbán wasn’t shy about expressing his appreciation for the autocracy he has built in Hungary. And he had ready advice for those who would like to follow in his oppressive bootsteps:

“‘“Have your own media. It’s the only way to point out the insanity of the progressive left,’ he said. ‘The problem is that the western media is adjusted to the leftist viewpoint.'”

Orbán has taken his own advice. He has virtually shut down the independent press in Hungary. What’s left are only government run outlets that regurgitate exclusively pro-Orbán propaganda. It’s from that perspective that he complains about western media being too “adjusted to the leftist viewpoint.” By which he means having the freedom of speech that allows independent journalism.

CPAC’s anti-free press positions fit right in with their Hungarian hosts. They have actually barred many reporters from covering the event, including the New Yorker, Vox Media, Vice News, Rolling Stone, and the Associated Press. But according to Orbán, conservatives in the west are overwhelmed by liberals:

“‘Of course, the GOP has its media allies but they can’t compete with the mainstream liberal media. My friend, Tucker Carlson is the only one who puts himself out there,’ he said. ‘His show is the most popular. What does it mean? It means programs like his should be broadcasted day and night. Or as you say 24/7.'”

First of all, let’s dispense with Orbán’s preposterous analysis of the press in America. Fox News is not only able to compete, it is the highest rated cable news network in the United States. And Orbán knows that. He is obviously a Fox News fan as evidenced by his effusive fawning for Tucker Carlson. However, his proposal to have Carlson on the air twenty-four hours a day is not just a prescription for propaganda, it could be classified as torture.

For his part, Carlson sent a video message to CPAC extolling the virtues of Orbán’s authoritarianism. He described Hungary as providing a “signpost to a better way” for America. Which is the best evidence to date that Carlson seeks to turn the U.S. into the same sort of totalitarian dystopia that Hungary has become under Orbán.

Trump also made some remarks at CPAC via phone from Mar-a-Lago. He predictably slobbered over his pal Orbán saying that “He’s a great leader, a great gentleman, and he just had a very big election result. I was very honored to have endorsed him.” It’s no coincidence that both Carlson and Orbán and Trump share the same love for Vladimir Putin. And for you apocalypse watchers, those might be the fabled “four horsemen” right there.

Democratic Truth-Teller on Fox News Righteously Rails on Republicans as the ‘Party of Hate’

If there is one thing that Fox News is good at, it’s managing their platform to make certain that only the most categorically conservative, ultra-MAGA propaganda actually makes it on the air. They do this by front-loading their bookings with reliably right-wing guests and cutting off the commentaries of their occasional lefties.

Fox News, Bullshit Factory

However, every now and then they let their guard down and some inconvenient truths slip through their anti-reality radar. This rare occurrence took place on Thursday morning’s episode of the “Faulkner Focus” during a segment in which some recent political remarks by Elon Musk were discussed. Musk has been in the news lately as a result of his bid to acquire Twitter, which is rapidly going downhill.

RELATED: Elon Musk’s Bid for Twitter is in Big Trouble, and So is Trump’s TRUTH Social

In addition to making profoundly idiotic comments that put his Twitter bid and other businesses at risk, Musk thought this would be a good time to expose his political ignorance, dishonesty, and biases. So he tweeted that…

“In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party. But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican.”

Comparing that comment to reality, we find that Musk actually donated heavily to Republicans. And notice the dates on these donations – January 4-8, 2021 – just before and after Donald Trump’s insurrection at the Capitol.

What’s more, Musk’s assertion that the Democrats “have become the party of division & hate” is utterly without foundation, and contrasts with all the available facts. Democrats are still the party that gave us healthcare, provides food and other necessities for the poor and middle class, protects the environment, fights for women and minorities, and defends democracy in the U.S. and around the world.

It is those principles that were featured in the brief remarks of Kristal Knight, a Democratic pundit who appeared on “The Faulkner Focus” on Fox News Thursday (video below). Responding to the wingnuts on the program, Knight said that…

“I think it’s very interesting that Elon Musk thinks that the Democratic Party is the party of hate when the Republican Party produced a failed insurrection on January 6th. This is also the party that supported the ‘Big Lie.’ We also see that Gregg Locke down in Tennessee has been preaching anti-Democratic rhetoric in the name of religion because he doesn’t like Democrats. We also have to remember the ‘great replacement’ theory, that has been spewed on this network alone – and the Buffalo shooter referenced it – these are all remnants of the Republican Party. That’s the party of hate.

So in about one minute Knight nailed some of the most flagrant flaws of the Republican Party. She even managed to slip in the fact that Fox News – via their Senior White Nationalist, Tucker Carlson – has been America’s most prominent proponent of the “white replacement theory” that incited the mass shooting in Buffalo.

RELATED: White Replacement Theory Huckster Tucker Carlson Now Says He’s ‘Not Sure Exactly What It Is’

It’s unusual, and somewhat astonishing, that Knight managed to get through her commentary without being interrupted and cut off. Host Harris Faulkner and her other guest, conservative Charlie Hurt, must have been napping on the job, But they still wound up dismissing Knight’s criticisms and even condemned her for politicizing a massacre that was unambiguously political in its motivation and execution. Which is what they always do when they have no substantive response to the unvarnished truth – especially about themselves.

White Replacement Theory Huckster Tucker Carlson Now Says He’s ‘Not Sure Exactly What It Is’

The professional purveyors of right-wing rubbish at Fox News have an astonishing capacity for head-smacking hypocrisy. They aren’t the least bit hesitant to flagrantly contradict themselves – sometimes in mid-sentence – whenever doing so helps them to advance whatever new fallacy they are flaunting.

Click here to Tweet this article

Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Klan

Topping the list of these deliberate deceivers is Tucker Carlson. For years he has been in a persistent rage over the “white replacement theory,” a blatantly racist concept peddled by hate mongers and bigots who accuse Democrats of “importing” immigrants into the United States in order to dilute the voting power of white citizens. Most recently it’s been in the news because it fueled the horrific mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, by an adherent to the theory.

RELATED: Donald Trump Jr Defends the Buffalo Shooter’s Racist Creed – as Seen Daily on Fox News

On Monday night, despite his long established status as Fox’s chief champion of the white replacement theory, Carlson had the gall to disgorge a monologue distancing himself from the doctrine for which he has been the most prominent proponent (video below). He babbled that…

“You’ve heard a lot about the “great replacement theory” recently, everywhere in the last few days, and we’re still not sure exactly what it is.”

WHAT? Suddenly Carlson wants his viewers to believe that he has no idea what the white replacement theory is. Never mind that a recent New York Times investigation found that he has promoted it more than 400 times on his program. Without knowing what it is? Here are a few examples…

In a classic feat of gaslighting, Carlson went on to spin furiously an alternative reality wherein he asserted that it was Democrats who proffered the repugnant theory…

“Here’s what we do know for a fact: There’s a strong political component to the Democratic Party’s immigration theory. We’re not guessing this. We know this, and we know it because they have said so. They said it again, and again, and again. They’ve written books on it, and monograms, and magazine articles. They’ve bragged about it endlessly, and talk about it on cable news constantly. And they say it, out loud, ‘we are doing this because it helps us to win elections.'”

Of course, none of what Carlson is ranting about is “know[n] for a fact.” To the contrary, he’s making all of it up. And he used some badly mangled and out of context video to back up his lies. Among the clips he played was one of President Biden saying…

“Folks like me, who are Caucasian, of European descent, for the first time in 2017 will be an absolute minority in the United States of America. Absolute minority. Fewer than 50% of the people in America, from then on will be White, European stock. That’s not a bad thing. That’s a source of our strength.”

Carlson is purposefully misinterpreting the commentaries in the video clips. What they are describing is the demographic reality that the share of the population of certain minorities groups in the U.S. is growing at a faster rate than that of the White population. That growth is coming from the families of Black and Brown citizens whose birthrates are higher than Whites. It has nothing whatsoever to do with immigration. And it isn’t a plot being executed by Democrats. It’s just an observation of publicly available census data, and reasonable projections made therefrom.

More to the point, Carlson’s theory that accuses Democrats of deliberately bringing undocumented immigrants into the U.S. in order to overwhelm White voters doesn’t even make sense. For one thing, such immigrants wouldn’t be able to vote for many years, if ever.

RELATED: On Fox News Tucker Carlson Drops His Sickest White Supremacy Conspiracy Theory Yet

So Carlson’s entire premise rests on his rancid racism and his shameless dishonesty. Add to that his ignorance to which he is now admitting. However, Carlson’s claim that he doesn’t know what the white replacement theory is is hard to take seriously after he’s sermonized about it so often. But then again, Fox News won a defamation lawsuit by arguing that “no reasonable person” would take Carlson seriously. The only problem with that is that are so many people watching his show who are utterly devoid of reason.

Donald Trump Jr Defends the Buffalo Shooter’s Racist Creed – as Seen Daily on Fox News

This week the nation suffered yet another mass shooting that took the lives of ten innocent people. The frequency of these tragedies are unique to the United States, where guns are far too easily accessible and right-wing politicians refuse to do anything about it.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump Jr

In Buffalo, New York, the latest shooting was the work of an avowed white supremacist who detailed his hateful intentions in a manifesto that was posted online. There was no ambiguity about the killer’s motivations. “This was pure evil,” Erie County Sheriff John Garcia said. “It was a straight-up racially motivated hate crime from somebody outside of our community.” As reported by NBC News

“A manifesto apparently written by the suspect in a mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket that killed 10 laid out specific plans to attack Black people and repeatedly cited the ‘Great Replacement’ Theory, the false idea that a cabal is attempting to replace white Americans with non-white people through immigration, interracial marriage and eventually violence.”

In his manifesto the shooter says that he was “radicalized” online. He mentions online havens of bigotry such as 4chan and the Nazi website, Stormfront. But the foul philosophy that he espoused has also been broadcast on a regular basis by Tucker Carlson and others on Fox News.

RELATED: On Fox News Tucker Carlson Drops His Sickest White Supremacy Conspiracy Theory Yet

Carlson was not the least bit shy about his adherence to the noxious notions that comprise the racist theory. He advocated it proudly and explicitly saying…

“I know that the left and all the little gatekeepers on Twitter become literally hysterical if you use the term “replacement,” if you suggest that the Democratic Party is trying to replace the current electorate, the voters now casting ballots, with new people, more obedient voters from the Third World. But they become hysterical because that’s what’s happening actually.”

Even worse, Carlson’s rhetoric overtly suggested resorting to violence as a means of crushing the future of diversity that he feared…

“If you change the population, you dilute the political power of the people who live there. So every time they import a new voter, I become disenfranchised as a current voter. […] Why should I sit back and take that?”

So no one should be surprised that many people have recognized the resemblance of the shooter’s manifesto to the loathsome positions taken by numerous Fox News hosts. It’s impossible to pretend that the similarities don’t exist. Well, unless you’re Donald Trump Jr, who sought to absolve Fox News of any culpability in tweet responding to former Clinton Press Secretary, Joe Lockhart, who aptly observed the obvious…

The Trump spawn’s absolution of Fox News hinges on the flimsy assertion that “The killer attacks Fox News in his manifesto.” So what? Daddy Trump long ago abandoned Fox News, along with his glassy-eyed cult disciples. He declared the network “unwatchable” and laughably accused it of being aligned with the “radical left Democrats.”

What’s more, the shooter’s remarks about Fox News in his manifesto are entirely irrelevant to whether he supports Carlson’s views. He simply posted a blatantly anti-Semitic graphic that falsely labeled dozens of Fox hosts as being Jewish, and therefore, complicit with some global conspiracy to rule the world. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t also a fan of Carlson, with whom he agrees on most issues.

Criticizing the network about one thing doesn’t mean he spurns those who are clearly on his side. Despite his harsh words, Daddy Trump still engages with Carlson, Sean Hannity, and other Fox shills.

RELATED: Matt Gaetz Embraces Tucker Carlson’s Vulgar and Racist ‘Great Replacement Theory’ Rant

Last year the Daily Show put together a video that reveals the similarities between Carlson’s commentaries and the manifestos of two white supremacist mass shooters. Now, sadly, they need to update this with the Buffalo shooter’s manifesto.

UPDATE: If further evidence that Trump and his followers are domestic terrorists is necessary, this is video of Ted Nugent at a Trump rally in Austin, Texas, Saturday night (after the shooting) saying “I love you, but I would love you more if you went out and just went berserk on the skulls of the Democrats and the Marxists and the communists.” That’s Trump’s rally! He hasn’t renounced it. This is a rally where he charged up to $4,995 to attend.

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes Delivers a Righteous Rant Blasting Fox News for Advocating Starving Babies

The most predictable consequence of any crisis that America faces is that Fox News will waste no time trying to exploit it for purely partisan political purposes. And it won’t matter to Fox whether there is any truth to their exploitative endeavors, or how much rancid racism is ingrained in it.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Immigrant, Child

The current shortage of baby formula in the U.S. is the latest example of how Fox manipulates the news to create division and fuel prejudice. Rather than explore ways to address the problem, or even to offer a rational debate on the subject, Fox News went directly to blaming President Biden and the innocent babies brought across the border by refugees fleeing poverty and violence.

RELATED: Biden Trashes Fox News Hack for ‘Garbage’ Question About Immigrant Children

The abhorrent positions expressed on Fox News reflect the bigotry against immigrants that Donald Trump has enabled and exacerbated. But Chris Hayes, host of “All In” on MSNBC, wasn’t taking it lightly. And he let loose with an impassioned monologue that effectively dismantled the noxious Fox News narrative (video below). Hayes began by saying that…

“We have reached the point where prominent figures in the conservative movement, including Republican politicians, office holders, and Fox News hosts, are calling for the United States to intentionally starve babies in its care. That is not hyperbole, and it’s not satire. It is the actual stated position now on the right.” […]

“Causes and solutions are not what the modern conservative movement really does when faced with a legitimate governing crisis. What they do is sniff around, like a dog after a carcass, to find the grossest way to demagogue the issue. And they have certainly found that here.”

Hayes then did something that is anathema to Fox News. He provided actual facts. He noted that there are less than a thousand infants in the custody of immigration authorities, and that they are required by law to feed them. That’s a miniscule percentage of the more than 3.7 million babies in America. So the argument that “illegal” babies (as Fox News disgustingly refers to them) are depriving American babies of formula is a deliberate and despicable lie. But that doesn’t stop Fox News from dispensing such hateful commentaries, and Hayes offers up a damning video compilation of them doing so.

Hayes also mocked the Fox News narrative that “The right solution to this formula crisis and shortage is to stop feeding the immigrant babies.” Obviously, if all of the formula provided to immigrant infants was redirected to Americans it wouldn’t make a dent in the problem. But, as previously noted, Fox News isn’t interested in solutions, just casting blame and manufacturing outrage. And while Fox News and heartless Republicans (yes, that’s redundant) are lying about the reasons for the formula shortage, the Biden administration is actually working to solve the problem.

In one especially loathsome part of the video that Hayes played, Fox hate monger Jesse Watters asked “Why are we feeding illegal babies ahead of American babies?” Just stop and think for moment about the repugnancy of that comment pitting one group of infants against another for life-saving sustenance. Hayes responded with apt revulsion saying, “Because they’re babies, you doofus!” He elaborated saying that…

“It would be a crime against humanity, and mass murder, to intentionally starve babies that you have in your custody, not to mention blatantly illegal. What is wrong with you?”

What is wrong with the cretins at Fox News is that they have no moral core. They are so fiercely fixated on their ultra-rightist political agenda that even the welfare of helpless infants is beyond their capacity to care. They would prefer to see migrant babies starve to death than to look realistically at the problem and seek collaborative solutions.

RELATED: Fox News Vigilantes, Lara Trump and ‘Judge’ Pirro, Issue Call to ‘Arm Up’ to Shoot Migrants

These allegedly “pro-life” Republicans and Fox News hacks would literally take the food from a baby’s mouth in order advance their crusade of cruelty. It’s what they have always done. They are just more open about it now.

Trump’s Spokeswoman Keeps Committing the Same Violations on Twitter that Got Trump Banned

On January 8, 2020 – two days after the deadly, Trump-incited insurrection on Capitol Hill – Twitter finally made the responsible decision with regard to Donald Trump’s rancid and reckless rhetoric, saying that “we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.” And with that the Internet was immediately improved by a whopping 73%.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Twitter

However, Trump’s decadent and dangerous voice was still heard regularly thanks to his Twitter ban defying spokes-shill, Liz Harrington. Despite repeated calls for Twitter to comply with their own terms of service, Harrington has inexplicably been allowed to act as Trump’s ventriloquist dummy, dispensing his lies and hatred. And her Trumpified tweets continue to pose real threats to America’s political stability and civil tranquility.

For the past couple of weeks Harrington has been promoting the crocumentary, “2,000 Mules,” produced by convicted election fraudster, Dinesh D’Souza (who Trump pardoned), and the disreputable hacks at “True the Vote.” The film falsely alleges that the 2020 presidential election was “rigged” and “stolen” from Donald Trump. In fact, the film is a hodgepodge of unsupported innuendo and grossly distorted misinterpretations of data. It is rife with the sort of depraved diatribes that incited the storming of Congress on January 6, 2021. And in support of this farce, Harrington baselessly accuses Democrats of committing crimes and trying to “destroy” America.

The movie has been debunked by credible experts as a scam that is devoid of factual basis and worse, is deliberately deceptive. It is “based on faulty assumptions, anonymous accounts and improper analysis of cellphone location data.” It has even been repudiated by “news” outlets that are generally friendly to Trump and his brand of dishonesty. For instance, D’Souza himself has blasted Fox News, whining that “Tucker Carlson and his team specifically instructed Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote NOT to mention the movie.”

RELATED: Tucker Carlson Hysterically Hypes Bogus Election ‘Fraud’ Film By Convicted Election Fraudster

D’Souza also complained about the Trump-fluffing Newsmax network, saying “BTW @newsmax is also blocking coverage of ‘2000 Mules.'”

Even the One America News Network recently had to walk back their incessant election fraud ranting as part of their settlement of a lawsuit by two election workers that they defamed. Which may explain why the other bootlicking Trump nets are avoiding this movie. They are already being sued for billions of dollars for lying about election fraud

See Dominion sued Fox News for $1.6 billion, and Smartmatic sued Fox News for $2.7 billion, and Newsmax and OAN added to lawsuit.

The scam that D’Souza is perpetrating was apparent in the way the movie premiered. He charged online viewers $20.00 each to watch it remotely. If you believe his claim that 80,000 people watched, that would be a $1.6 million dollar haul. And that doesn’t include the $499.00 charged to in-person guests at the Las Vegas and Mar-a-Lago premieres.

This film contributes to the madness and hostility that Trump seeks to inspire from his glassy-eyed cult followers. Harrington’s promotion of it is just another example of her role in provoking more violence. And the fact that Twitter lets her get away with it is appalling and only makes them complicit in whatever harm results.

RELATED: Trump Shill Calls Violent Insurrectionists ‘Unwitting,’ Peaceful Abortion Protesters ‘Terrorists’

And to make matters worse, if Elon Musk’s bid to acquire Twitter goes through (which is not certain), he has already said he’ll restore Trump’s account. However, Trump says that he won’t return to Twitter even if the ban is lifted. But considering Trump’s proclivity for lying, take that with a pound or two of salt.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News Attacks Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre in a Brazenly Racist Rant

Fox News long ago established its place in the media as the home of America’s bigots and unabashed hate mongers. It regularly airs stories that are riddled with racist rage, while simultaneously insisting that racism doesn’t exist, and that anyone who disagrees is – that’s right – a racist!

Click here to Tweet this article

Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Klan

Secure in his position as Fox News’ Senior White Nationalist, Tucker Carlson devotes much of his program to demeaning people of color as “dirty,” and “ignorant,” and as threats to “decent” Americans and to America itself. His promotion of the overtly racist “white replacement theory” is a staple feature of his show.

RELATED: Tucker Carlson of Fox News Fears Democrats are ‘Importing New Voters’ to ‘Replace’ Him

On the Tuesday night episode of his “White Power Hour,” Carlson unleashed another hateful harangue. This one was aimed at the incoming White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, whose foreign sounding name he childishly mocked with a terrible French accent.

Jean-Pierre is a prominent Black American who has succeeded through hard work, intelligence, and integrity. She will become the first out lesbian and Black woman to hold this post. But to Carlson she is “shallow, nasty and partisan,” just like her predecessor, Jen Psaki. Carlson elaborated on his rancid rhetoric (video below) saying that…

“Karine Jean-Pierre is our first out LGBTQ+ White House Press Secretary and that’s all you need to know. It’s a good thing, shut up and celebrate. That’s why she got the job. She’s in the right group and so the Biden administration, which thinks exclusively in terms of groups and never in terms of individuals because individuals are messy and inconvenient, the group is all that matters.

“This is exactly how they pick Supreme Court justices or vice presidents or members of the Federal Reserve Board. […] It’s really simple, show us your picture and we’ll tell you if you’re qualified for the job.”

So Carlson started off maligning LGBTQ+ people, then segued to insulting a trio of Black women: Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, Vice-President Kamala Harris, and Federal Reserve Commissioner Lisa Cook. Does anyone think it’s a coincidence that Carlson’s vitriol is reserved for three distinguished Black women?

RELATED: Tucker Carlson of Fox News Says Biden Chose Ketanji Brown Jackson to ‘Destroy’ the Supreme Court

Carlson then went on to play a video that in his Confederacy-craving brain exposes Jean-Pierre as a race whiner who isn’t satisfied with the crumbs that Klan cronies like Carlson cast her way:

Jean-Pierre: When [Obama] got elected I think people thought we were in a post-racial America, and we were not. I think what we learned was that racism was very much real, and still very much around. And the obstruction that he saw, the horrible racist rhetoric of having a Black family in the White House, was very clear. You felt the hate and you saw the hate. I just think that America has a big problem with race. And it’s very real.
Carlson (laughing maniacally): Yeah, they keep electing Obama and promoting me, despite the fact that I have no qualifications to do the job.

Carlson has adopted the patently absurd notion that the election of Barack Obama as President was the end of racism in America. He is deliberately ignoring the reality that Obama’s election actually fueled the rise of bigots who crawled out from under their rocks to attack him as a stupid, socialist, Muslim from Kenya who hated white people.

What’s more, Carlson’s condemnation of Jean-Pierre as having “no qualifications to do the job” is another example of his flaming bigotry. Jean-Pierre was the Principal White House Deputy Press Secretary from day one of the Biden administration nearly a year and a half ago. Prior to that she had years of experience as a press spokesperson, media analyst, and university lecturer.

The only thing that Carlson can focus on is that Jean-Pierre is a Black woman who once called Fox News a racist network, a charge for which there is abundant evidence. And the proof of prejudice at Fox could not be better demonstrated than by the bitterly prejudice tirades of Carlson himself.

WATCH: OAN Concedes that ‘There Was No Widespread Voter Fraud’ to Settle Defamation Lawsuit

For more than a year and a half the crusade to keep Donald Trump’s cult convinced that the 2020 election was “rigged” has been supported by right-wing media outlets including Fox News, Newsmax and One America News Network (OAN). Their flagrant dishonesty resulted in the deadly insurrection in Washington, D.C. by brainwashed Trump disciples intent on preventing President Biden’s victory from being certified and undermining democracy.

Donald Trump, OAN

Another result of the conservative press disseminating blatant lies about election fraud was the filing of billion dollar lawsuits against them by voting systems companies:

Dominion sued Fox News for $1.6 billion.
Smartmatic sued Fox News for $2.7 billion, and later…
Added Newsmax and OAN to the lawsuit.

In addition to these lawsuits, OAN was sued by two election workers in Georgia who the network (and Rudy Giuliani) asserted had engaged in criminal misconduct while counting votes. There was never any evidence to support the charges and the network knew it. Which is why they recently settled with the election workers. And now they have aired a concession that their “reporting” was untrue. OAN admitted that…

“Georgia officials have concluded that there was no widespread voter fraud by election workers who counted ballots at the State Farm Arena in November of 2020. The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct while working at State Farm Arena on election night. A legal matter with this network and the two election workers has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties through a fair and reasonable settlement.”

For the record, Georgia officials concluded that “there was no widespread voter fraud” a year and a half ago. It was OAN who continued to peddle lies about it until faced with this lawsuit. And their falsehoods fueled Trump’s “Big Lie” the election was “stolen,” wherein he had even cited the falsely accused election workers by name at his cult rallies.

This admission of “fake news” by OAN only relates to the incidents in Georgia. However, the network is still on the hook for broader allegations of defamation in the other lawsuits and they have altered their editorial stance on election fraud. In fear of further litigation, they placed a disclaimer on the air prior to a crocumentary by MyPillow’s Mike Lindell, disavowing any connection to it or its preposterous assertions. It’s title, “Absolute Proof” had the conspicuous flaw of containing no proof whatsoever. Not unlike the crocumentary by convicted election fraudster, Dinesh D’Souza.

OAN is going to have considerably more trouble arriving at a settlements with Smartmatic and Dominion. Their slander was more than just defamatory. It caused substantial financial and reputational harm. But OAN’s future is already in doubt since they were dumped by their biggest distributer, DirecTV.

And the same problem exists for Newsmax and Fox News. These propaganda pushers need to learn that there are consequences for deliberately promulgating malicious lies.

Laura Ingraham Whines About Ex-Biden Aides on TV to Her Fox News Panel of Ex-Trump Toadies

The ease with which the squawking heads at Fox News discharge blatantly hypocritical commentaries can sometimes be riveting to behold. They appear to have no comprehension whatsoever of just how extraordinarily they contradict themselves, often in the space of single sentence.

Fox News, Laura Ingraham

On Friday’s episode of “The Ingraham Mangle,” Laura Ingraham sought to express her outrage about a couple of aides to President Biden leaving the administration to take jobs at MSNBC. Ingraham’s anger was a rehashing of the familiar and tedious Fox News narrative that the media is overrun with liberals. That’s a great point as long as you ignore the top-rated cable news network, Fox News, as well as all the conservatives on CNN and the broadcast news networks. CBS, for instance, recently hired Mick Mulvaney, Trump’s former chief of staff. And CNN just added Trump-fluffer Jason Miller to its roster.

Nevertheless, Ingraham was compelled to unleash an irate oratory (video below) in response to the news that Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki was leaving the White House, and that her successor would be Deputy Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre. Ingraham ranted that…

“Psaki, [VP Harris spokesperson] Symone Sanders, they go to MSNBC. And now they have just a direct line to another outlet, CNN. So there was a lot of comments online about what, well, talk about being in bed with the press – the press and with politicians. I mean, this is now taking it a step further.”

Really? Ingraham is AGHAST at the thought of a media professional pursuing her post-White House career by accepting work at a media company. What an abomination! And what makes Ingraham’s ire all the more preposterous is that she is dumping this diatribe on her panel that includes Jason Chaffetz, a retired Republican congressman, and Kayleigh McEnany, Trump’s former press secretary. Both of whom left their partisan political positions to join Fox News.

The problem that Ingraham has with Jean-Pierre – who will become the first Black, and first out lesbian, to serve in this role – is that her partner, is CNN correspondent, Suzanne Malveaux. Ingraham believes that that relationship will intrude on her White House duties, despite the fact that there’s been no evidence of that prior to this while Jean-Pierre has served as deputy press secretary. Still, we can expect that Ingraham will be just as disturbed about the relationship between Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his radical, insurrectionist wife, Ginni. Right?

After fuming over Jean-Pierre and Psaki and Sanders, Ingraham turned to McEnany for insight about politicos taking media jobs. And as one of them, her views should be enlightening. However, McEnany didn’t live up to the hype…

“Yes. I have a feeling CNN will be called on often. So too will MSNBC, among other friendly outlets. Also, the sneaking suspicion – just a guess – that KJP, Karine Jean-Pierre, may end up at CNN, rather than MSNBC like her two colleagues, cause three Biden officials at MSNBC would be quite a lot. But you’re right. This administration is kind of rife with these conflicts. But how can you not be with 99.9% of the press is, in fact, liberal, is this revolving door between liberal outlets and the press room. And softball questions. And not asking follow ups. There’s no Jim Acostas in that room, or Kaitlin Collins shouting questions.”

OMG! The press secretary might call on reporters from MSNBC and CNN. What’s the world coming to? Apparently McEnany has not watched a press briefing since leaving her post. Jen Psaki has called on a broad variety of reporters that included Fox News hack, Peter Doocy – every single day. And what she means by her references to Jim Acosta and Kaitlin Collins is anyone’s guess. Does McEnany think there aren’t enough reporters in the briefing room shouting questions?

The dismay expressed by Ingraham and McEnany over the “revolving door” between the White House and the press is hypocritical to the extreme. Especially when you know that Fox News has spun that door more than any media enterprise in history. For the record, a current list of Fox Newsers who were previously (and likely currently) political operatives includes Ari Fleischer, Mike Pompeo, Dana Perino, Larry Kudlow, Trey Gowdy, Newt Gingrich, Mike Huckabee, Karl Rove, and even renowned political analyst, Lara Trump. As Ingraham so aptly observed: “Talk about being in bed with the press.”
