Trump is APPALLED that These ‘Fascist Monsters’ Convicted Another One of His Criminal Cohorts

The rap sheet for the Donald Trump Crime Syndicate just seems to get longer with each passing day. So far there have been eight Trump associates convicted. They include such intimate confederates as Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, and Steve Bannon.

Donald Trump

That’s not even counting his business, The Trump Organization, or those indicted with trials pending that number many times more. It also doesn’t count the hundreds of January 6th insurrectionists who stormed the Capital on his behalf in an attempted violent coup that sought to undermine democracy. The deep bench of Trump’s roster of mobsters is a testament to his lawlessness and authoritarian aspirations. Yet somehow he’s still trying to peddle a preposterous narrative wherein everyone else is guilty of persecuting him.

RELATED: Trump Threatens ‘Weak’ Republicans in Congress: ‘We Will Put Them All In Jail Where They Belong’

On Friday morning Trump posted another his hate-filled harangues on his failing social media scam, Truth Social. On this occasion Trump felt an obsessive compulsion to vent about the latest conviction of one of his former White House cronies, Peter Navarro, who was found guilty of Contempt of Congress. Trump raged that…

“I can’t believe that these Fascist Monsters have so viciously gone after the great Peter Navarro for defying the totally partisan January 6th Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs, who refused to go after Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and the reasons she and the Mayor of D.C. REJECTED 10,000 soldiers, which would have easily stopped any future security problem.”

First of all, you have to wonder why Trump has so much trouble believing that Navarro was convicted, considering all of the criminal company he has in Trump World. Furthermore, it was an open and shut case. After being subpoenaed by the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th insurrection that Trump incited, Navarro failed to show up or produce the requested documents.

Trump went on to complain that Navarro’s testimony “wouldn’t have mattered, anyway, because the ‘Committee’ QUICKLY and ILLEGALLY DELETED & DESTROYED ALL EVIDENCE & FINDINGS!” Which is a flagrant lie. All of the evidence and testimony compiled by the Committee was preserved and is still available online.

SEE THIS: Trump Demands Indictments Be Withdrawn After Fox News Falsely Reports on January 6th Committee

In a subsequent post, Trump praised Navarro as the “single greatest trade negotiator against China, who paid the U.S. hundreds of billions of dollars during the Trump Administration.” Of course, Trump’s trade policy with China was a massive failure that raised prices for the America people.

While Trump frequently claims that he was responsible for making China pay billions of dollars to the U.S. in tariffs, he is purposefully lying. Tariffs are not paid by the country they are imposed on. They are paid by American importers, distributors, and wholesalers, who then pass on those costs to consumers. China didn’t pay one red cent to the U.S., and Trump knows it.

Another notable feature in Trump’s post is that it is an example of his signature run-on sentences and rhetorical rambling. He drags his twisted commentary out to cover everything from Navarro, to the January 6th Committee, to Nancy Pelosi, to the insurrection, and to the 10,000 soldiers that he never actually proposed. All in a single sentence.

That sort of cramming of numerous, tedious, unrelated thoughts into a single expression is a common feature of Trump’s tantrums. It is also a psychological condition known as logorrhea,” which is defined as a communication disorder that causes excessive wordiness and repetitiveness, which can cause incoherency. It’s just another diagnosis that fits Trump’s psychoses, which includes Narcissistic Personality Disorder. And it’s another reason (as if more were needed) that he is utterly unfit to hold office.

Trump is Flush With Fear Over His Dreadful Future and the Deluge of Justice That’s Coming

A common symptom of mental illness is the relentless repetition of words and phrases that often make little sense or have any connection to reality. That symptom has been observed with ever greater frequency in Donald Trump as his legal peril mounts and the dates for his trials near.

Donald Trump Circling the Drain

Trump has been raging for months (years?) over what he calls “election interference,” but which is actually well documented felony charges for crimes against America. He insults the “Injustice Department” that, in his paranoid stupor, he perceives as persecuting him. In his mind his enemies are all “fascists and Marxists,” despite those ideologies being polar opposites of each other and having no relation to the views of his opponents. He frets about being the victim of a “witch hunt” by “Deranged [special counsel] Jack Smith & his team of Thugs,” who have acted with unparalleled professionalism and integrity.

RELATED: UPDATE on Donald Trump’s Deteriorating Mental State

No matter how many times Trump regurgitates those same notions, they will never suddenly come true. But he can’t control his obsessive, compulsive urges to endlessly echo his deepest fears. And he’s convinced that his cult followers will never tire of the repetition. Which judging by their continuing devotion, may be true.

Trump’s latest pronouncements are just as worn out as ever. For the most part they are attacks on prosecutors and judges who are doing their civic duty on behalf the people. Among Trump’s tedious tantrums is this pitiful complaint…

“The Fake Indictments and lawsuits against me, 8 of them, all come out of the Biden Campaign for purposes of Election Interference. This is their new way of Rigging the Election.”

Fact Check: The number of indictments and lawsuits that came out of the Biden campaign is actually zero. And Trump’s criminal cases are not interfering with his campaign. To the contrary, it’s his campaigning that is interfering with the course of his criminal cases. Trump went to whine

“Has anyone checked the background of Fani Willis, who lets Murderers go free to roam the streets of Atlanta and KILL, but wastes time, energy, and money on LETS GET TRUMP, who has done NOTHING wrong. RINO Governor Brian Kemp has lost control of violent crime in Atlanta, and Fulton County as a whole. To walk the streets is a death sentence, it has NEVER been worse, yet he wants to protect this incompetent prosecutor. Number 1 in violence per capita in U.S. Sad days for the Great State of Georgia!”

Fact Check: Atlanta is not even in the top 20 of highest violent crime cities in the United States. And Fani Willis was elected by her constituents in Fulton County, who walk the streets every day without being subject to a “death sentence.” Then Trump added

“The Crooked Joe Biden Campaign has thrown so many Indictments and lawsuits against me that Republicans are already thinking about what we are going to do to Biden and the Communists when it’s our turn. They have started a whole new Banana Republic way of thinking about political campaigns. So cheap and dirty, but that’s where America is right now. Be careful what you wish for!”

Fact Check: Once again, the Biden Campaign has had no role whatsoever in Trump’s indictments. However, that isn’t stopping him from promising a parade of meritless lawsuits and indictments, in the true fashion of a tyrannical dictator intent on weaponizing the Justice Department in service to his own personal crusade of vengeance.

SEE THIS: Fox News Hypes Hostile ‘Trump Revenge Tour’ Promising that ‘If He Wins He’ll Be Out for Blood’

What’s troubling Trump is simple. He knows what he did and he knows that he’s guilty. And as it becomes more apparent to him that he will not evade accountability this time, he is losing what was left of his alleged sanity. That venture into derangement, desperation, and depression, is manifesting in hostile assaults on President Biden, law enforcement, court officials, and even friendly media that fails to be sufficiently worshipful. It’s a downward spiral that we can expect to accelerate as his comeuppance comes closer.

Trump’s Mugshot Merch May Be a Violation of Copyright Law that Could Cost Him Millions

The former Grifter-in-Chief, Donald Trump, has blazed a unique trail in American politics. There has never been a political leader who so thoroughly corrupted the presidency with crass commercialization. Although what else should be expected considering that Trump’s experience prior to his White House gig was as a real estate huckster and a reality TV game show host.

Trump Baby on Cash Pile

While in office, Trump refused to divest himself of his business interests, as his predecessors had done. He made fortunes off his hotel properties, forcing his staff and Secret Service detail to pay top rates for rooms at his resorts domestically and abroad. By some estimates he raked in more than $160 million fleecing political groups, foreign officials, and the American people.

RELATED STORY: NOPE! Eric Trump Lies that Daddy Gave All Foreign Money Made at His Hotels to the Treasury

So it should come as no surprise that Trump saw his mugshot as a ripe opportunity for profit. What ought to have been regarded as humiliating for him and the nation, he embraced for it’s potential to line his pockets and rile up his cult followers. Within hours of the mugshot being taken and published, Trump had t-shirts, coffee mugs, and beer koozies for sale on his website. He reported that he made more than $7 million dollars in the few days following his arrest and arraignment on charges of attempting to subvert democracy.

However, there may be a small problem with his vending operation. According to MSNBC’s Dean Obeidallah

“Trump’s sale of that mug shot, taken by the Fulton County sheriff, may violate U.S. copyright laws. This could mean that theoretically, the millions he is making off that photo may rightfully belong to the Fulton County sheriff.”

That opinion was affirmed in a 2022 article in the University of Georgia School of Law’s Journal of Intellectual Property Law that noted that…

“In the context of photographs taken by law enforcement during the booking process, the author of the mugshot photograph is the law enforcement agency.”

Consequently, Obeidallah concludes that…

“the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office would have exclusive rights under U.S. copyright law to reproduce, sell or otherwise distribute Trump’s mug shot, except for certain uses like publishing the photo for news purposes.”

It is probably unlikely that the Fulton County Sherriff would seek to litigate this matter. While the Department is struggling for sufficient funding, it is not a retail operation. However, it is ironic – and rather hysterical – that the Trump camp has already threatened to enforce intellectual property rights that they absolutely do not have. Trump aide Chris LaCivita recently posted a threat to anyone else who might dare to profit from Trump’s felonious face, warning that if they do so, “WE ARE COMING AFTER YOU … you will NOT SCAM DONORS.”

SEE THIS: Fox News is AGHAST that Biden Mock Fundraised Off of Trump’s Mugshot, Which Trump Did For Real

That’s a predictable threat from the Trump Fraud & Con Ops, where they fiercely protect their right to be the only enterprise that can scam their donors. And even though Trump spent weeks bitterly complaining about the prospect of having to get a mugshot, he is now determined to turn it into a revenue source, since he can’t grift off of the White House anymore. After all, he has to have some way to pay his mounting legal bills.

Trump Attorney Makes Rare Honest Admission that ‘He Doesn’t Do What’s Popular or What’s Right’

One thing that Donald Trump has never seemed to get a grasp on is how to assess and hire his legal representatives. He has left a trail of attorneys who fell from grace either because they saw the light and quit, or because he decided they were incompetent all along and fired them.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Woman, Fear

Trump turned on his own Attorney’s General, Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr, who he now regards as ignorant and weak losers. And many of Trump’s private lawyers (i.e. Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeff Clark) have either been sanctioned or disbarred, or are now co-defendants in his criminal enterprise. Which has caused him to question his own legal recruitment capabilities…

SEE THIS: IT’S FOOL! Trump Ponders Whether ‘Any Attorney that Represents Me is Either a Fool or a Patriot’

Weighing in in favor of the “fool” team, the lawyer for Trump’s superPAC, Alina Habba, visited the Trump-fluffing network, Newsmax, on Thursday to argue his case against the multitude of pending criminal indictments and felony charges. Her defense took a bizarre, and uncharacteristically honest detour when she asserted that…

“Elected officials have to do what’s popular, and sometimes not what’s right. And that’s a problem. That’s I think why people get nervous with Trump. He doesn’t do what’s popular or what’s right. I…um…er… cause he only does what’s right. He doesn’t do what’s popular.”

Phew. That was close. Habba caught herself after accidentally telling the truth that Trump “doesn’t do what’s right.” That’s obvious in light of his current legal tribulations. People who do what’s right generally aren’t showered with indictments. However, Habba still maintains that Trump “doesn’t do what’s popular.” And that is affirmed by virtually every poll of the American people who oppose his positions on everything from immigration to taxes to Ukraine to abortion and more. So Habba was right the first time. What Trump does is neither popular nor right.

The track record for Trump’s legal team is downright pitiful. They have already lost more than 60 court cases challenging the election outcome; lawsuits affirming his fraudulent operation of a charity and a university; and the recent case where a jury agreed that he defamed and sexually abused writer, E. Jean Carroll. But Habba may be the worst of the lot. In a recent interview on Fox News, Habba responded to a question about the legal peril that Trump faces by asserting that he’s living in a fantasy world where such troubles don’t exist…

No wonder Trump is engaging in ever greater freak outs the close he gets to his trial dates. Despite his efforts to wear a mask of phony bravado, his seething fears are leaking through with every new post on his failing social media scam, Truth Social. In the meantime, Trump himself is contributing to his dreadful defense by pretending to introduce “evidence” of his innocence that makes a better case for his guilt. And given the prevailing trends, he’s going straight downhill from here.

Poor Trump Whines that His Criminal Cases are Cramping His Jet Setting Golf Tourney Lifestyle

Who knew that committing 91 felonies among four criminal indictments would pose such a burden on someone’s time? And why didn’t someone warn Donald Trump that conspiring to illegally overturn an election, stealing classified documents, and inciting an insurrection, would so severely cut into one’s life of luxury?

Donald Trump Pacifier Fox

This is the tragedy that Trump finds himself in today as he tries to navigate the legal morass that he has made for himself. With cases pending in four jurisdictions, his calendar for the next few months is going to be filled with court dates and depositions and endless meetings with lawyers. Where will he find time to grift off of his gullible flock with pitches for worthless merchandise?

SEE THIS: Fox News is AGHAST that Biden Mock Fundraised Off of Trump’s Mugshot, Which Trump Did For Real

On Sunday Trump complained that his criminal undertakings have even cut into his jet setting lifestyle and at his international golf resorts. In a plaintive plea posted on his failing social media scam, Truth Social, Trump was despondent over having to miss a golf tournament in Scotland. He sobbed that…

“I have the Staysure Senior PGA Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland, on my great course, and I can’t go. I have to stay around and fight off the Crazed Radical Left Lunatics, Communists, Marxists, and Fascists. I wouldn’t want to be in Europe and watch this COUNTRY DESTROYING Scum work their disgusting and illegal ‘magic’ on unsuspecting Republican ‘leaders’ who just don’t think it is appropriate to Fight Fire With Fire. BUT WE WILL WIN. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

What a travesty! How could those sinister “Crazed Radical Left Lunatics, Communists, Marxists, and Fascists” force this punishment on poor Donnie? It’s almost like they regard the Constitution as being more important than Trump’s “pursuit of happiness.” And his lily-livered Republican confederates aren’t any better.

In light of this trauma, it needs to be noted that Trump has been complaining that the proposed dates for his upcoming trials are too soon and won’t give him sufficient time to prepare his defense. Although it could be argued that there is no amount of time that is sufficient because he has no coherent defense. He’s so obviously guilty, and he knows it. And so do most of the American people…

SEE ALSO: Post-Mugshot: Trump’s Phony Bravado Falls Apart as Poll Shows Most Americans Say He’s Guilty

More to the point, if Trump is so strapped for time, then why is he upset about not attending a golf tournament in Scotland, when he should be conferring with his attorneys? Well, at least the ones that are still working with him. Perhaps the prosecutors will notify the judges that if Trump has the time to fly off to Scotland for golf today, he’s got plenty of time to be ready for trial in January.

It is also notable that this weekend Trump had the time to participate in a senior golf tournament at his Bedminster, New Jersey, club. In that contest he claimed to have a won with a score of 67. Remarkably, that’s eight shots less than golf legend Phil Mickelson scored on the same course two weeks ago.

On Truth Social Trump assured his cult followers that, with regard to his score, “there is no hanky/lanky,” whatever that is, and that because he is “surrounded by Secret Service Agents” he couldn’t cheat, as if monitoring his golf score was part of their job description. Also, he is implying that he would have cheated if the Secret Service weren’t there, or watching.

Hopefully the judges in Trump’s various cases will take note of the abundance of leisure time in his schedule and book his court appearances accordingly. If Trump wanted more time to travel, play games, hold cult rallies, post online, and do suck-up interviews on right-wing media, maybe he should not have devoted himself to committing so many crimes. Now he needs to buckle down and help his lawyers come up with some marginally plausible lies in his defense. Which, given the realistic legal options available to them, shouldn’t take very long.

Fox News is AGHAST that Biden Mock Fundraised Off of Trump’s Mugshot, Which Trump Did For Real

Last week Donald Trump made another appearance in court to be arrested and booked on his fourth criminal indictment. However, on this occasion, Trump was finally treated like any other defendant and required to pose for a mugshot. He had furiously fought that requirement, but was ultimately unsuccessful in getting the special treatment that he craved.

Donald Trump, Joe Biden

Consequently, the United States now, for the first time ever, has a formal mugshot – or in Trump’s case a “smugshot” – of a former president that will forever be a part of the historical record. Trump has tried desperately to find some political advantage in this humiliation, but outside of of his smattering of glassy-eyed cult followers, the American people are not cooperating with Trump’s wounded ego.

SEE THIS: Post-Mugshot: Trump’s Phony Bravado Falls Apart as Poll Shows Most Americans Say He’s Guilty

Over at Trump’s Ministry of Propaganda – aka Fox News – there has been a spasm of spinning taking place to peddle a preposterous picture of Trump’s legal quagmire. And the up-sucking was led by Trump’s former press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, who is now a co-host of Fox’s “Outnumbered.” McEnany was bigly bothered by a lighthearted tweet posted by President Biden in the aftermath of the Trump mugshot reporting. Biden’s tweet said simply…

Oh, the HORROR! Never mind that Biden never mentioned the mugshot, nor even Trump’s name. But to McEnany and Fox News it was tantamount to treason. McEnany whined to her colleagues that…

“What stuck out to me was that Biden is fundraising off of this. […] President Trump tweeted out that’s the time of his arrest, this goes out from Biden. ‘Apropos of nothing. I think today’s a great day to give to my campaign.’ It seems very suggestive of what was going on at 730, which was the arrest of Donald Trump. And I really think it’s a low point for a president to fundraise over the arrest of his political opponent.”

“A low point for a president”? Really? Lower than inciting an insurrection? Or lying to the FBI about stolen classified documents? Or threatening state officials in order to illegally overturn an election? Or being criminally indicted four times on 91 felony counts, which led to getting the mugshot in the first place?

What’s more, this “low point” of fundraising off of the mugshot that has Fox News so livid is apparently not a problem if it’s Trump who is doing it. Within a couple of hours after the mugshot was posted, Trump was not just making glancing references to it. He was hawking actual merchandise.

Even worse, Trump aide Chris LaCivita posted a threat to anyone else who might dare to profit from Trump’s felonious face. In a testy Twitter tantrum, LaCivita warned that…

“If you are a campaign, PAC, scammer and you try raising money off the mugshot of @realDonaldTrump and you have not received prior permission …WE ARE COMING AFTER YOU … you will NOT SCAM DONORS.”

Of course, mugshots are public property and can be republished by anyone for any reason. So this is just more hollow griping by the grifting operation that Trump runs from the basement of his Mar-a-Lago bunker. It would be fun to see Trump try to sue Biden for allegedly misappropriating his repulsive image. And as for scamming donors, it’s clear why he is adamant about others not doing that. Because that’s Trump’s thing. He wants to be the only one scamming his gullible cult.

As for Biden, on Friday he was asked directly what he thought of Trump’s mugshot. In an amusingly glib, though diplomatic, reply, Biden smiled and quipped, “Handsome guy. Wonderful guy.” Can you imagine how Trump’s profanity-laced harangue under the same circumstances, complete with yammering about “radical Marxist thugs”? would have gone down?

GOP Debate Affirms It’s a Pro-Criminal Trump Cult that Wants to Put a Felon in the White House

The first debate for the 2024 Republican nomination for president is in the can. And it lived down to most of the expectations that people had for the roster of groveling also-rans who were mostly too scared and weak to challenge the party’s frontrunner, Donald Trump.

Click here to Tweet this article

Donald Trump, Prison

The debate began inauspiciously with a probing question about the government’s coverup of UFOs. Thank goodness Fox News has the courage to broach the issues that are uppermost in the minds of the American people. And from there the affair descended into whiny squabbles and attempts by the participants to ingratiate themselves to the most notorious non-participant.

SEE THIS: Trump Chickens Out of the Fox News GOP Debate, Will Be Fluffed By Tucker Carlson Instead

Perhaps the most notable moment in the two hour snoozer was when the moderators sought to interject some Trumpiness into the discussion. They did this with a tangential reference to Trump’s legal tribulations. While it was encouraging that they raised the subject at all, they did so in manner that didn’t promote discussion of Trump’s crimes, but merely the other candidates’ political reactions to them.

Bret Baier: We’re all going to take a brief moment and talk about the elephant not in the room.
Martha MacCallum: Former president Trump was indicted in four different states on 91 counts. He will be processed tomorrow in Georgia at the Fulton County jail for charges related to the 2020 election.
Baier: You all signed a pledge to support the eventual Republican nominee. If former President Trump is convicted in a court of law, would you still support him as your party’s choice.

It’s important to note that the question was not simply whether they would support
Trump if were the nominee. It was if they would support him even if were convicted of crimes ranging from sexual harassment and rape, falsifying financial records, stealing and hoarding classified documents (and lying to the FBI about it), interfering with an election, and staging a violent coup.

Six of the eight candidates raised their hands indicating that they would indeed support Trump, even after he was found guilty by a jury of his peers. The only holdouts were Chris Christie and Asa Hutchinson. What this tells us is that most of the Republican Party is a pro-criminal organization that is comfortable with putting a recidivist and unrepentant felon in the White House.

Presumably, these wankers hold that position because they believe it is what the base of their party wants. They are desperately afraid of offending any of Trump’s cult followers. However, they might want to check with recent polling to see if their analyses are aligned with reality. For instance…

“The Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 45 percent of Republicans said they would not vote for Trump if he were convicted, while 35 percent said they would still cast their ballot for the former president. Another 20 percent said they were unsure of how they would vote.”

So a significant majority (65%) say that they would not vote for a convicted Trump, or are not sure. Meanwhile, Trump is hanging on to the same 30-something percent of dead-enders that he has had for months. And it’s on the “strength” of that public “support” that most of the GOP candidates are committing to back Trump, even if he’s running from prison. That message should be spread generously throughout the upcoming campaign, whether or not Trump is convicted or has even come to trial. Because it still represents their views embracing criminals.

For his part, Trump is busy campaigning on his failing social media scam, Truth Social, where he has posted 45 comments Thursday (so far). He was pretending to spend Wednesday night during the debate being interviewed by Tucker Carlson, but that was actually pre-taped days before.

The content of the interview was ridiculous in the extreme. They spent much of their time delving into critical matters such as whether his pedophile friend Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, his opinion on the possibility of his StormTrumpers starting a civil war, the prospects his being assassinated, and the tragic consequences of low water pressure. And based on that, it really was a shame that he didn’t participate in the debate so he could address those issues before the nation. Nevertheless, in typical Trumpian fashion, he’s bragging (lying) that he and Tucker won the night…

LOCK HIM UP! Trump’s Vile Lies About Judge Violate Court Orders to Cease Inflammatory Statements

Another day, another display by Donald Trump of rancid acrimony and hatred smothered in dishonesty and a determination to deceive weak-minded cultists and to foment violence. These outpourings of Trump’s dark and venomous visions serve only as futile attempts to pacify his fears and to suck funds from his glassy-eyed disciples.

Donald Trump, Woman, Fear

Last week Trump was given a stern warning by Judge Tanya Chutkan, who presiding over his election fraud and coup attempt case in Washington, D.C. She warned him that any further “inflammatory statements” regarding the case, including those aimed at prosecutors and witnesses, would result in harsh consequences that “would force her to speed his trial on charges related to his bid to subvert the 2020 election.” Trump managed to restrain himself for a few hours, but now he is, as expected, reverting to his familiar form of infantile insults as his total lack of self control reasserts itself.

SEE THIS: OH MY: Judge Warns Trump that His ‘Inflammatory Statements’ Could Hasten His Legal Horror Story

However, after having been explicitly ordered to refrain from such rhetoric, Trump’s outbursts are now justification for sanctions by the court, which can include anything from financial penalties to incarceration. And the determination of his breach of judicial orders is not a close call. On his floundering Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, Trump raged that…

“Judge Tanya Chutkan—an Obama leftwing activist judge in DC, whose husband also got appointed by Obama as a DC judge—openly admitted she’s running election interference against Trump.”

Of course, Judge Chutkan never “admitted” any such thing. What Trump is referring to is part of her admonition last week wherein she told Trump that…

“What the defendant is currently doing — the fact that he’s running a political campaign has to yield to the orderly administration of justice. If that means he can’t say exactly what he wants to say about witnesses in this case, that’s how it has to be”

In other words, Chutkan is treating Trump like any other criminal defendant who would not be permitted to attack or intimidate people associated with the trial. She is actually being rather lenient by not subjecting him to a full-on gag order. She further noted that,,,

“Mr. Trump, like every American, has a First Amendment right to free speech. But that right is not aboslute… Defendant’s free speech is subject to the release conditions imposed at arraignment and it must yield to the orderly administration of justice.”

Undeterred by the judge’s warnings, Trump re-posted a comment that maligned the integrity of the court, saying that “Donald Trump is not going to get a fair shake in DC, the home of the swamp.” He disparaged the jury pool saying that the people of D.C. “support a double-standard of justice” and that the prosecution was a “politicized case.” And he then extended his assault to special counsel Jack Smith, saying

“How dare lowlife prosecutor, Deranged Jack Smith, break into my former Twitter account without informing me and, indeed, trying to completely hide this atrocity from me. What could he possibly find out that is not already known. Just like the early morning raid of Mar-a-Lago! Why isn’t the DOJ raiding Crooked Joe Biden, the most CORRUPT (and Incompetent!) President in the history of the United States?”

For the record, it is routine for prosecutors to seek communications by defendants that could provide evidence of wrongdoing, conspiracy, and consciousness of guilt. And such probes are rarely disclosed to the subject to prevent them from tampering with, or destroying the evidence. As for why President Biden was not the subject of raids, it is quite simply because, unlike Trump, he always cooperated with law enforcement and never lied to them as Trump did.

SEE ALSO: Crybaby Trump’s Indictment Defense Strategy Revealed: Whine Endlessly About President Biden

Trump also accused Chutkan of being a “highly partisan Judge [who] obviously wants me behind bars. VERY BIASED & UNFAIR!” His “proof” of that were comments she made in the sentencing of one of Trump’s insurrectionists, wherein she accurately described the January 6th StormTrumpers as “people who mobbed the Capitol [and] were there in fealty, in loyalty, to one man — not to the Constitution.”

Given the unequivocal ugliness of Trump’s statements, and how flagrantly they violate the court orders, Judge Chutkan should seriously consider sanctioning Trump. Failing to do so would only embolden him to engage in more attacks and intimidation. It’s long past time that he be held accountable.

Trump Lashes Out at Georgia Prosecutor After New Evidence of His Election Fraud is Revealed

Nothing is a more reliable gauge of Donald Trump’s deteriorating mental state than his own rancid ravings on Truth Social, his floundering Twitter ripoff. Last week Trump got a brutal smackdown by Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is presiding over his election fraud and coup attempt case in Washington, D.C. She warned him that any further “inflammatory statements” regarding the case, including those aimed at prosecutors and witnesses, would result in harsh consequences that “would force her to speed his trial on charges related to his bid to subvert the 2020 election.”

SEE THIS: OH MY: Judge Warns Trump that His ‘Inflammatory Statements’ Could Hasten His Legal Horror Story

Surprisingly, That admonition appears to have had some effect. Ever since the warning was given, Trump has totally refrained from the vile commentaries he had been disgorging. Don’t expect that to continue, however, as Trump’s notorious temper and infantile lack of self control is likely to reassert itself, resulting in more violations of the judge’s order.

In the meantime, things are heating up in Georgia, where Fani Willis, the District Attorney of Fulton County, is said to be preparing his fourth criminal indictment. A new report has uncovered evidence that Trump and his anti-democratic accomplices exchanged emails and texts wherein they discussed a scheme to breach voting systems as part of their effort to overturn the election. According To CNN…

“Sources tell CNN that Atlanta prosecutors have text messages and emails that directly connect members of Trump’s legal team [and Trump] to the 2021 breach of a voting system.”

As a result of these new developments, Trump is now lambasting Willis in the most unsavory manner. He is spreading vicious lies about her personal life, alleging that she “is being accused of having an ‘affair’ with a Gang Member of a group that she is prosecuting.” Of course, those accusations are entirely without any factual basis, and are being made by disreputable MAGA cultists. And since Trump can’t smear Judge Chutkan and special counsel Jack Smith anymore, he is now bashing Willis and the Georgia prosecution, saying that…

“The only Election Interference that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, was done by those that Rigged and Stole the Election, not by me, who simply complained that the Election was Rigged and Stolen. We have Massive and Conclusive Proof.”

For the record, Trump did not “simply complain” about the election being “Rigged and Stolen.” He pressured the governor of Georgia and other election officials to illegally “find” 11,780 more votes to put him over the top in the state. He also threatened them with prosecution if they declined to comply with his demands.

What’s more, if Trump has “Massive and Conclusive Proof” of the election rigging he alleges, why has he kept it all to himself for nearly three years? And why didn’t he provide it in any of the sixty election fraud court cases that he lost? Why doesn’t he just release it now and clear his badly stained name, rather than whining impotently and throwing tantrums?

On Saturday, Trump was asked at an appearance in Iowa if he “defend[s] the actions by your allies in Georgia following the 2020 election?” This seems to be a reference to the CNN story about breaching voting systems in Georgia. Trump replied that…

“Many of the allies I don’t know because we have so many allies. So I don’t know exactly what you’re talking about.”

If you replace “allies” with “accomplices,” this answer would make more sense. Trump does have too many accomplices committing too many crimes to keep track of, poor guy. As his avenues to vindication seal up, his outbursts get ever more desperate and preposterous. And this is just the beginning as none of his trials have even commenced yet. Fasten you seat belts, America.

UPDATE: Trump resumed his attacks on Judge Chutkan, in violation of court orders to refrain from “inflammatory statements.”

OH MY: Judge Warns Trump that His ‘Inflammatory Statements’ Could Hasten His Legal Horror Story

The latest indictment of Donald Trump – his third so far – is moving expeditiously through the process of coming to trial. Needless to say, this is triggering severe anxiety for Trump who knows that he is guilty and is terrified of having to face the consequences of his criminal acts.

Donald Trump

Facing this unprecedented legal peril, Trump has resorted to his standard mode of response: Unhinged outrage and hostility directed at his perceived persecutors. Just like his reactions to his previous indictments, Trump is lashing out hysterically at everyone involved, including the lawyers, the judges, and the Justice Department, who are all just doing their jobs. And it is having a profound impact on his emotional stability, or lack thereof…

SEE THIS: UPDATE on Donald Trump’s Deteriorating Mental State

On Friday morning Judge Tanya Chutkan held a hearing in order to determine the terms of a proposed protective order regarding the handling of evidence that he receives from special counsel Jack Smith during discovery. Chutkan ruled mostly in favor of the terms requested by Trump’s attorney, only prohibiting the use of certain sensitive information, such as Grand Jury testimony. However, Judge Chutkan went a bit farther to preserve the integrity and fairness of the trial. According to Politico

“U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan warned Donald Trump and his attorney Friday that repeated ‘inflammatory’ statements about his latest criminal prosecution would force her to speed his trial on charges related to his bid to subvert the 2020 election.

“‘I caution you and your client to take special care in your public statements about this case,’ Chutkan told Trump lawyer John Lauro during a hearing. ‘I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.'”

In other words, if Trump insists on making the sort of incendiary remarks for which he is infamous, it could result in the trial date being moved forward in order to prevent him from causing further harm and from tainting the jury pool. Trump has already made it clear that he is opposed to the January 2, 2024, trial date that the special counsel has proposed. Making it earlier would only compound his anger and fear. Except when he he’s whining that it wasn’t early enough. The judge went on to say that…

“‘The fact that he’s running apolitical campaign has to yield to the orderly administration of justice,’ Chutkan said. ‘If that means he can’t say exactly what he wants to say about witnesses in this case, that’s how it has to be.’

“‘Even arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel, if they can be reasonably interpreted to intimidate witnesses or to prejudice potential jurors, can threaten the process,’ Chutkan added later.”

Judge Chutkan is making it clear that she will not tolerate the sort of disruptive and childish behavior that Trump exhibits in his social media rants and at his cult rallies. If he fails to comply with these instructions, there will be repercussion that he will surely regret. She even ordered that “Trump would be required to review [sensitive] information without any electronic devices” to prevent him from improperly making copies.

The problem for Trump is that he has never shown the discipline or maturity to be able to curtail his worst impulses. And the likelihood that he will violate Chutkan’s instructions is inevitable. He believes that he is almighty and infallible.

It’s the same self-delusion that got him into this trouble in the first place by refusing to accept that he lost the election, and then stealing classified materials and hoarding them at his Mar-a-Lago hotel/home. And he regards any criticism of him as tantamount to treason. Under the circumstance, Chutkan may have been to lenient.

UPDATE I: Over 24 hours after Judge Chutkan’s admonition, Trump has not posted a single comment maligning Jack Smith or his case against Trump’s election lies and attempted coup. Has he been scared into silence? Don’t bet on it. His manic compulsions are strong and may just be temporarily stunned.

UPDATE II: As expected, Trump has resumed his attacks on Judge Chutkan, in violation of court orders to refrain from “inflammatory statements.”
