In 2024, a survey of presidential historians conducted by the Presidential Greatness Project found that out of forty-five American presidents, Donald Trump ranked 45th. Yet somehow, coming in dead last didn’t stop his loyal cult disciples from turning out to vote for him again, sending him back the White House that he is currently turning into a glitter palace that appears to be a cross between the design sensibilities of Liberace and Saddam Hussein.

Even worse, Trump is transforming America into a neo-fascist mecca of authoritarian tyranny. He is brazenly defying the courts, implementing Gestapo tactics, embracing enemies, alienating allies, and surrounding himself with sycophants whose loyalty is to him rather than the Constitution. Trump is simultaneously preparing to steal future elections to insure his aspirations to retain power indefinitely.

The record of Trump’s occupation of the White House is one that is marred with scandal and disrepute. That includes his 34 felony convictions, his tens of thousands of lies, his cheating on all three of his wives, and his endless efforts to stuff his own pockets with billions of ill-gotten dollars. And that’s before we even get into his unsavory relationship with child sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein and his moll, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Setting all of that grotesquery aside momentarily, it is impossible to observe the reality of Trump without becoming downright nauseous. He manages to find ways to embarrass America in ways never thought possible before. For instance, on Sunday morning Trump posted a comment on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, that is emblematic of his infantile tendencies. He raged that…

“Crooked Nancy Pelosi, and her very ‘interesting’ husband, beat ever Hedge Fund in 2024. In other words, these two very average ‘minds’ beat ALL of the Super Geniuses on Wall Street, thousands of them. It’s all INSIDE iNFORMATION! Is anybody looking into this??? She is a disgusting degenerate, who Impeached me twice, on NO GROUNDS, and LOST! How are you feeling now, Nancy???”

Trump's latest post on Truth Social is downright embarrassing. He attacks Nancy Pelosi as a "disgusting degenerate," and whines about having been impeached twice. He's a quivering mass of pent up vengefulness.He sounds like a sad and pathetic parody of a Bond villain.

Who knows what triggered this particular tantrum? He doesn’t really require a reason to act out his random hostilities. It’s enough for him to harbor a virulent hatred for a perceived foe in order to lash out. In this case it’s former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her “interesting” husband. What he finds interesting about him is unmentioned. Perhaps that he was nearly murdered by a Trump supporter, which Trump has callously joked about.

Trump’s comment focuses on the financial success of the Pelosi family. Apparently that is an admirable achievement for anyone except Democrats. Trump, as usual has zero evidence of any wrongdoing by the Pelosis. He is just spreading spurious accusations in order to smear his political opponents. And of course, he floats the prospect of someone “looking into this,” which is his not so secret directive to his Attorney Genuflect, Pam Bondi, to begin an investigation and issue indictments.

In closing, Trump revealed his true intentions and sleazy character. Like a petulant eight year old, Trump resorts to name-calling, whining that Pelosi is a “disgusting degenerate.” Then he reminds everyone that he was impeached twice, on solid grounds, with abundant evidence. And finally he asks, in the manner of a Mafia boss, “How are you feeling now, Nancy???” He might as well have added “Nice noggin ya got there. Be a shame if someone tried to crack it open with a hammer.”

It remains utterly unexplainable that anyone can still support this cretinous blob of hate. His language is abominable. His openly expressed thoughts are disgusting. His demeanor is that of a crime kingpin with severe emotional problems. His ego is ginormous, yet pitifully fragile. And none of his cohorts in Congress or the press will tell him the truth about what an embarrassment he is to himself, but more importantly to the nation.

So it’s up to us. With help from South Park, Stephen Colbert, the Daily Show, and other talented satirists who aren’t afraid to speak truth to power. Trump’s Achilles heel is his ego. We need to target it without mercy. LFG!

Trump’s Truth Social AI ChatBot Relies Almost Entirely on Fox News and Other Trump-Fluffing Media

It will not come as a surprise to most conscious consumers of the news that Donald Trump is an unrepentant pathological liar. His history of propagating flagrant falsehoods in order to advance his own personal interests is impossible to dismiss. Unless, of course, you are an indoctrinated member of the Cult of Trump and blindly believe whatever he says.

Following Trump’s first occupation of the White House, the Washington Post (pre-Bezos) published an opus of his obfuscations that totaled more than 30,000 lies in four years. And he has done a pretty darn good job of expanding that collection in the six short months of his re-occupation. In fact, he has broadened his repertoire from common lies to abject insanity.

In keeping with Trump’s affinity for falsehoods, his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, has adopted a unique method of spreading around the manure of his mendacious mind. The social media sham is pretending to host an Artificial Intelligence tool that is just as deceitful as its boss. As reported by Wired…

“Truth Social owner Trump Media & Technology Group launched the chatbot, called ‘Truth Search AI,’ on Wednesday. The bot is powered by Perplexity AI […]

“In 2024, WIRED published an article detailing how Perplexity had been scraping parts of websites that developers did not want it to access, in violation of the widely accepted web standard known as the Robots Exclusion Protocol. It was also prone to making stuff up, a WIRED analysis showed.”

In other words, it was the perfect model for Trump’s version of AI. Wired conducted tests that revealed just how narrowly defined the Truth Social AI is. Answering a question about “bias in the media system” it advised to “Diversify your sources.” But then cited the five sources for that response, “four of which are Fox News articles.” That constitutes diversity in Trump World, Additionally, Wired found that…

“[T]he chatbot highlighted only seven sources in total in response to my queries—Fox News, Fox Business, The Washington Times, The Epoch Times, Breitbart, Newsmax, and JustTheNews.com. This was true even for innocuous, nonpolitical questions. When I ask the bot ‘What is 30 times 30?'”

So that’s where Trump gets his mathematical data to support his ludicrous claims that he has cut drug prices by 1,500%. A Perplexity representative explained that their clients can filter the domains that they want the ChatBot to use. Apparently Truth Social has taken advantage of that feature and excluded everything except the rabidly partisan sources noted above. The only moderately accurate responses came from Associated Press content that Fox News republished on their own site.

In a particularly jarring example from Wired’s analysis, the Truth Social ChatBot failed to correctly describe Trump’s long and well documented relationship with child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. According to Wired, the Bot “describes the connection as ‘tenuous,’ and says there is ‘no credible evidence in the search results'” Yeah, right. And Trump freed the slaves while leading the Union Army to victory over the Confederacy.

UPDATE: The Washington Post also tested the Truth Social AI and found that it would sometimes produce accurate answers that contradicted some of Trump’s most blatant lies. For instance…

“Truth Search AI contradicts the president by saying that tariffs are a tax on Americans, the 2020 election wasn’t stolen, and his family’s cryptocurrency investments pose a potential conflict of interest. Asked about Jan. 6, 2021, it said the ‘insurrection’ at the U.S. Capitol was violent and linked to Trump’s ‘baseless claims of widespread election fraud.’ […] When asked if crime in Washington is ‘totally out of control,’ as Trump posted there last week, Truth Search AI said it wasn’t and noted that the FBI and Justice Department had reported ‘substantial declines in violent crime’ through 2024.”

At least now we know the degree of “truth” that we can expect from Truth Social. Not that any further evidence of its dishonesty was needed. But this is the sort of documentary proof of their unambiguous intention to deceive. It’s not accidental. And anyone who uses the site for information is just asking to be lied to. So the MAGA minions will love it.

UH-OH! Fox News Op-Ed Tells the Truth About Trump’s Awful Economy and Broken Promises (AKA Lies)

For the past six months much of the mainstream media has demonstrated an extraordinary capacity for indifference to the glaring severity of Donald Trump’s cognitive deficiencies. While he embarks on daily excursions into rambling incoherence, spine-chilling ignorance, and unabashed lies, the press has largely failed to adequately report the measure of his mental decline.

As a result, we see Trump repeatedly bragging that he has cut drug prices by 1,500% (which is mathematically impossible), that his taxes/tariffs have brought in hundreds of billions of dollars (that are paid by American consumers), that he has personally ended half a dozen wars (in his cartoon brain), and weighing in on the most important issues of the day, such as Stephen Colbert being canceled and Sydney Sweeney’s jeans…

All of this makes it somewhat surprise that a less than flattering editorial was published by Fox News Friday morning. The article featured the headline: “Trump Breaks ‘Day One’ Promise to Lower Costs as Prices Surge Across America in First Six Months” While that isn’t exactly breaking news to anyone who has been paying attention, it is outside of the political lanes that Fox News generally straddles. The article began…

“The defining promise of Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign was lower costs on ‘Day One.’ He broke it. The first six months of this administration have been marked by ever-higher prices. […]

“The campaign trail promises sounded too good to be true, because they were. Trump committed to ‘end’ inflation, cut energy costs ‘in half,’ make health care more affordable, and that Americans would see ‘drastic price reductions’ and cheaper groceries.”

None of those promises were fulfilled. Although Trump claimed credit for succeeding on all counts, without ever providing a shred of evidence to support his claims. In fact, when data was revealed that proved how badly he has performed, he fired the those responsible for providing the data, and ordered a his regime to take over the data gathering agencies and reshape them to his liking.

It’s notable that this Fox News editorial, authored jointly by a former Bush aide and a former Biden aide, appeared only on the Fox website. It has not been reported on their cable network. To the contrary, the network’s reliably Trump-fluffing sycophants have obediently spewed the dishonest propaganda prepared for them by the White House. Nevertheless, expect Trump to freak out and call Fox “fake news.”

For his part, Trump was hard at work at his usual post – dropping ludicrous comments on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. in an excerpt from a tediously long tirade about tariffs and court rulings, he raged that…

“If a Radical Left Court ruled against us at this late date, in an attempt to bring down or disturb the largest amount of money, wealth creation and influence the U.S.A. has ever seen, it would be impossible to ever recover, or pay back, these massive sums of money and honor. It would be 1929 all over again, a GREAT DEPRESSION!”

To reiterate, the “massive sums of money” that he’s ranting about are paid by American consumers. And his efforts to instill fear of a 1929 style “GREAT DEPRESSION” are the typical tactics of aspiring authoritarians to frighten the masses into submission. In reality, the tariffs are inflationary and need to be withdrawn. And the courts are merely being asked to uphold the Constitution that stipulates that only Congress can impose tariffs.

It would be helpful if Fox News would expose their viewers to the facts revealed in the editorial. But don’t hold your breath waiting for that to happen. More broadly, it would be helpful for the media to report on Trump’s mental health, or lack thereof. They seemed obsessed with covering President Biden’s age-related imperfections, but they are brazenly ignoring the far worse maladies of Trump whose madness is undeniable, and who is currently in a position to do much greater harm.

WTF are they waiting for? Trump to start a nuclear war? Because he has already talked about it. And in the meantime, he’s conspiring to amass tyrannical power, incarcerate opponents, take over city and state governments, rig elections, and shut down the free press. The threat is real and is bearing down upon us now. There is literally no time to waste.

Wannabe Dictator Trump Orders a New Census to Rig Upcoming Elections, Violating the Constitution

The abysmal job approval ratings achieved by Donald Trump are currently among the lowest he has ever recorded, as well as the lowest of his modern predecessors. And with regard to the issues that he has deemed crucial, he is underwater on everything from immigration and deportations, to tariffs and trade, to foreign policy and the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, to the economy, and more.

That explains why Trump and his MAGA minions are desperately plotting to rig the 2026 elections in order to maintain their tyrannical grip power. To that end, Texas governor Greg Abbott has assembled a special session of the Texas state legislature to force a rare mid-census redistricting, intending to redraw the district maps to favor Republicans and oust Democrats. Although he may end up regretting the partisan hornet’s nest that he has aroused.

Not one to be left out of any fiery news cycle, Trump joined in with his own ideas that represent a massive escalation of his war to crown himself King of America. On his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, Trump posted a comment announcing his intention to raise the ante on redistricting with a grossly unlawful scheme to steal the elections in 2026 and 2028 and beyond…

“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024. People who are in our Country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

First of all, Trump couldn’t care less about accuracy or facts. If he did he would not have just fired the commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics simply because he didn’t like the accurate facts that were revealed in the recent jobs report.

More to the point, Trump’s decree to conduct a new census on a purely political partisan basis is blatantly unconstitutional. Not that he cares about that either. But the Constitution clearly states how the census is to be conducted in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, which says that…

“The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.”

So according to the Constitution, the census is to be conducted once every ten years. There is nothing in that clause that allows for more frequent surveys. There are also no funds allocated by Congress to pay the $15 billion dollars that it costs to do a new, complete census.

However, that isn’t the only Constitutional obstacle to Trump’s ludicrous plan. He says openly that he wants his new survey to exclude “People who are in our Country illegally.” That is also prohibited by constitutional law. The 14th Amendment, Section 2, states that…

“Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed.”

While undocumented persons do not vote, they are persons. And it is critical to know the total number of all persons to ensure that states receive and allocate adequate resources to serve their entire resident population. You cannot simply pretend that real human beings don’t exist. An accurate complete count impacts everything from housing, to police and fire services, to education, to nutritional and health matters, to traffic, and more.

What’s more, the financial contributions of undocumented persons to the economy need to be assessed. For instance, in 2022, undocumented immigrant households paid $96.7 billion in federal, state, and local taxes, and had $299 billion in spending power. They also fulfill labor needs in fields such as agriculture, construction, healthcare, etc. And they pay into the Social Security Trust Fund, even though they cannot collect from it. In fact, undocumented immigrants paid $25.7 billion in Social Security taxes in 2022.

Consequently, Trump’s idea of excluding undocumented persons from the census would be materially harmful to every municipality, and to the nation as a whole. Meanwhile, any changes to the apportionment of congressional representatives or Electoral Collage votes would be minimal with offsetting impact for both parties.

In conclusion, there is no reason to conduct another census with Trump’s racist adjustments other than to satiate the hatred by Trump and his MAGA movement. And the legal barriers to it are impossible to overcome without actions taken by Congress or constitutional amendment.

Trump tried this before and was struck down by the Supreme Court with a decision written by conservative Justice John Roberts. So maybe Trump’s motivation for doing this is not just to steal an election. Maybe he’s also using it as yet another distraction from the Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell affair that he is trying so feverishly to avoid. And he’s losing on both counts.

Trump’s Intel Boss Can’t Cite Any Evidence Tying Obama to Her Phony ‘Russia Hoax’ on Fox News

The past few weeks have seen Donald Trump and his Garrulous Gaslight Gang scampering frantically to shift America’s attention from his abhorrent and aberrant relationship with child sex traffickers, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, to anything else. They have thrown everything including the kitchen sink into this mission of mercenary misinformation and malice.

The panic sweat is dripping from the brows of the Trump flunkies as they try to peddle their all too obvious distractions. They run the gamut from trivialities like the wholly concocted controversies about the jeans of Sydney Sweeney, to the inflation inducing Trump taxes (aka tariffs), to more disturbing and utterly bogus allegations of treason by President Obama and others.

What the Trump regime operatives are calling the “Russia Hoax” has taken center stage, as they flock to Fox News every day to spread their blatant nonsense. And leading the charge is Trump’s Director of National Intelligence, and bona fide Russian asset, Tulsi Gabbard. On Tuesday night Gabbard visited with Fox News Trump-fluffer, Laura Ingraham, who asked a surprisingly relevant question. But predictably, she didn’t get anything resembling a coherent answer…

Ingraham: You said there was irrefutable evidence that Obama was the mastermind of this intelligence manipulation and the perpetuation of the Russia Hoax. What is that irrefutable evidence for our viewers tonight?
Gabbard: Laura, you know, as you were playing those clips of these people like Morning Joe [Scarborough] seemingly befuddled, saying that by no account is any of this true. I would challenge them to see if they’ve actually read the documents, every single page of the documents that we’ve released over the last couple of weeks.

Whereupon, Gabbard invited the Fox News viewers to read a bunch of garbage that she posted online. As if they would – or can – read. But she didn’t bother to provide any of the allegedly “irrefutable evidence” that Ingraham asked for. All of the information that she has presented previously – online or on the air – has been entirely devoid of any factual basis.

Nevertheless, Gabbard went on to tell Ingraham that the online docs would reveal “how President Obama directed that a National Security Council meeting be called to talk about Russia.” She claimed that Obama tasked his Intel staff to alter the substance of their reporting on Russia’s well documented interference in the 2016 presidential election. Then she continued, brazenly lying that…

“Per the president’s direction, per the president’s order, and very specifically, they were tasked to create an intelligence assessment that detailed how Moscow tried to influence the election – not if, but how. And this was the beginning of this manufactured intelligence assessment where they knowingly wrote things in this assessment that were false.”

To reiterate, Gabbard has still not fulfilled Ingraham’s request for some actual evidence. But now she is asserting, without any proof, that Obama and his staff altered and released falsified data. Not only was the data not false, it was corroborated by the Senate Intelligence Committee five years ago when it was chaired by Republicans, including Trump’s current Secretary of State, Marco Rubio. The bipartisan Committee report said that…

“…the Russian government engaged in an aggressive, multifaceted effort to influence, or attempt to influence, the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. […] Moscow’s intent was to harm the Clinton Campaign, tarnish an expected Clinton presidential administration, help the Trump Campaign after Trump became the presumptive Republican nominee, and undermine the U.S. democratic process.”

Even Gabbard’s own comments suggest that the Obama did nothing wrong. She notes that Obama asked that the reports include how “Moscow tried to influence the election – not if, but how.” She’s implying that there is something untoward about that. But it’s only because the “if” was not in doubt. Russia definitely tried to influence the election. Obama wanted to make sure that their methods (the “how”) were also included in the report. That’s real honesty and transparency.

For his part, Trump helped to keep all of this in the news with a new comment on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. In what appears to be his transcript of what Gabbard said on Fox News, Trump wrote that…

“Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard: ‘Obama directed that a National Security Council meeting be called… They were tasked to create an Intelligence Assessment that detailed how Moscow tried to influence the election—not ‘if’—but ‘how’… They knowingly wrote things in this assessment that were false.'”

If nothing else, we have additional confirmation that Trump spends an inordinate amount of his time watching his minions talk about him on Fox News. However, the truly troubling aspects of this go much deeper. Just in the past week we have seen the weaponizing of the law by Trump’s Justice Department and his MAGA contingent in Congress.

Trump’s Attorney Genuflect, Pam Bondi has launched “a grand jury investigation of whether Obama administration officials committed federal crimes when they assessed Russia’s actions during the 2016 election.” And GOP Oversight Committee chair, James Comer, has issued subpoenas for depositions from Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, William Barr, Jeff Sessions and Alberto Gonzales.

So Bondi and Comer are joining Gabbard in the quest for evidence-free persecution of Democrats and other critics of Dear Leader Trump. None of them actually present any of their imaginary evidence. But they bellow about it publicly in an attempt to get their cult followers and the media to pay attention to their fabrications. And of course, to draw attention away from Epstein and Maxwell and Trump.

The good news is that it isn’t working. The American people – including many Trump supporters – still want the truth to be revealed. They aren’t buying the misdirection tactics. And the pathetic and desperate determination of the Trumpists just makes them look all the more ridiculous.

The Trump Media and Technology Group (Truth Social) Scam Reflects His Fondness for Fraud

When Donald Trump launched his Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG), he was brimming with optimism about the future of his new venture. Four years later that optimism has utterly failed to be affirmed. The business that runs Trump’s Truth Social website and a handful of other insolvent enterprises has never turned a profit.

In 2024, TMTG reported a net loss of $400.9 million despite only booking revenue of $3.6 million. They reported a net loss of $31.7 million in the first quarter of 2025. Most recently, in the second quarter of 2025, the company reported a net loss of $20 million on only $883,300 in net sales.

However, none of that prevented Trump from making preposterous claims about his financial misadventures. During an interview on CNBC, Trump complained that he has been treated “very badly” by banks that he alleged were discriminating against him. Of course that might be because of the 34 felony convictions he has for defrauding banks. Not to mention a civil lawsuit finding of liability that cost him about half a billion dollars.

FOR THE RECORD: Trump was found guilty on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to defraud banks. Maybe that had something to do with his trouble getting U.S. banks to do business with him. So he went to the Russians.

Any reputable bank would be hard pressed to justify doing business with Trump who, in addition to the above, has filed at least four bankruptcies. As for TMTG, the week before his inauguration this year it was trading at about $43.00. Six months later it is under $17.00. A decline of more than 60%. During the same time period the S&P 500 rose more than 8%.

The only recent news for the company was its purchase of $2 billion worth of Bitcoin. Which is a major departure from its core media technology business to a sort of cryptocurrency treasury. TMTG had to raise funds from unnamed institutional investors to finance the purchase, which raises questions of conflicts of interest and and/or political bribery.

America is currently mired in a multitude of debacles mostly concocted by Donald Trump and his MAGA cronies. They range from tariff-driven inflation, to foreign conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine, to the deliberate dismantling of democracy. And all the while the Confounder-in-Chief is focused like a laser on the things that matter most to the American people: Petty celebrity advertisements for blue jeans.

Trump has always been an avid consumer of media trivialities and tabloid gossip. He regularly spends his time as “president” lambasting notables such as Stephen Colbert, Rosie O’Donnell, Bruce Springsteen, and his famous declaration that “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.” Most recently Trump went bonkers over some rather mild criticism by Charlamagne Tha God on the Fox News program hosted by his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump.

However, rather than addressing the myriad misfortunes of the nation, Trump is still chasing irrelevancies that he thinks are major hardships befalling the nation’s citizens. His desperate attempts at diversion are at least partly intended to deflect from the Jeffrey Epstein/Ghislaine Maxwell stories that continue to drag him down.

To that end Trump posted a tediously long comment on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, blasting the imaginary critics of a Jeans ad featuring Sydney Sweeney. Trump raged incoherently in his typically rambling style that touched on several unrelated subjects. What follows are a few annotated excerpts.

“Sydney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the ‘HOTTEST’ ad out there. It’s for American Eagle, and the jeans are ‘flying off the shelves.'”
In fact, Trump likely has no idea who Sweeney is. He definitely has no idea how “HOT” the ad is or if the jeans are selling well.

“Jaguar did a stupid, and seriously WOKE advertisement, THAT IS A TOTAL DISASTER! The CEO just resigned in disgrace, and the company is in absolute turmoil. Who wants to buy a Jaguar after looking at that disgraceful ad.”
Once again, Trump is talking out of his asinine perspective that has no basis in reality. Jaguar’s CEO reigned as long planned after 35 years at the company. And many people still regard the car as the peak of luxury and performance.

“Shouldn’t they have learned a lesson from Bud Lite, which went Woke and essentially destroyed, in a short campaign, the Company. The market cap destruction has been unprecedented, with BILLIONS OF DOLLARS SO FOOLISHLY LOST.”
For the record, Bud Lite and Anheuser-Busch is hardly “destroyed.” Its stock (BUD) briefly declined in 2023, following a controversial ad with a trans woman. But it recovered by the end of that year. It’s still higher today, even after Trump’s tariffs triggered another decline.

“Look at Woke singer Taylor Swift. Ever since I alerted the world as to what she was by saying on TRUTH that I can’t stand her (HATE!). She was booed out of the Super Bowl and became, NO LONGER HOT.”
No one except Trump’s glassy-eyed cult followers care what he says about Taylor Swift. She was never “booed out of the Super Bowl.” And she is a billionaire superstar who as “HOT” today as ever.

Trump closed his harangue by ranting that “Being WOKE is for losers, being Republican is what you want to be.” In other words, remain blissfully ignorant (un-woke), and blindly obey the edicts of my MAGA party or be cast into the cornfield. Trump thinks he can make being Republican cool by embracing clothing commercials and attacking cars and beer and popular artists.

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Keep it up Donnie. That will surely entice America’s voters. But seriously, after posts like this, it remains an enduring mystery how anyone can support this mentally defective whiner who epitomizes everything that cool aint.

He simply cannot abide even the most delicate criticism or any departure from unvarnished, slobbering adoration. The result is often hysterical meltdowns that say so much more about Trump than whatever he is babbling about.

Trump’s malignant narcissism drives pretty much every action he takes, whether personal or political. He lashes out petulantly at his perceived enemies with the vile determination of an eight year old bully trying to domineer his six year old victims. And it is all the more pathetic considering that his attacks are futile and lathered in lame.

In the wee hours of Sunday morning, Trump was awake and fuming over what he witnessed on the latest episode of his daughter-in-law’s Fox News program, “My View with Lara Trump.” Ordinarily she books confirmed members of the Cult of Trump, such as Karoline Leavitt, Pam Bondi, Vivek Ramaswamy, Tulsi Gabbard, Byron Donalds, Susan Wiles, and of course Papa Don. But on this occasion Lara must have disappointed her Crybaby-in-Law by inviting Charlamagne Tha God on for an interview. And he let it be known in a post on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social.

Lara began the discussion predictably by taking swipes at The View and Stephen Colbert, whom he takes credit for getting canceled. Lara continued saying that “When you build your entire show around sneering at half the country,” she whined, “audiences eventually tune out.” Does she even listen to herself? What does she think Fox News does all day, every day, sneering at far more than half the country?

Lara followed that up by complimenting Charlamagne for his willingness to entertain diverse viewpoints. Something that Papa Trump would surely frown upon. In fact, the entire interview was pretty tame and surprisingly friendly. However, there were just enough mildly critical remarks to trigger a Trump tantrum. For instance, Charlamagne said that…

“I think this Epstein thing is going to be a way for traditional conservatives to take their party back, I really do, I think they know this is the issue that has gotten the base riled up. The MAGA base isn’t letting this issue go, and for the first time, they know they can probably take the party back and not piss off the MAGA base.”

This was all it took to set Trump off. Trump was surely upset with the reference to his pedophile pal, Jeffrey Epstein. In his response he revealed just how butthurt he was because Charlamagne made a few comments that weren’t unflinchingly worshipful. Trump posted that…

“The very wonderful and talented Lara Trump, whose show is a big ratings success, put racist sleazebag Charlamagne ‘The God’ (Why is he allowed to use the word ‘GOD’ when describing himself? Can anyone imagine the uproar there would be if I used that nickname?). He’s a Low IQ individual, has no idea what words are coming out of his mouth, and knows nothing about me or what I have done.”

Then Trump rattled off a long list of alleged “accomplishments” that exist only in his overactive imagination, including ending several wars, closing the border, and bringing down inflation and consumer prices. And naturally, he wraps up with gratuitous and vindictive insults aimed at President Biden and Kamala Harris…

“…where STUPID and CORRUPT JOE BIDEN set the record for doing the Worst Job as President, EVER. But this dope, Charlamagne, would vote for Sleepy Joe or Kamala?”

First of all, it’s Charlamagne “THA” God. Secondly, mentally failing Trump doesn’t finish his thought on where Lara “put” Charlamagne. Third, Lara’s ratings merely reflect the average that Fox News brings in on a Saturday night. Fourth, he frequently refers to himself in messianic terms.

However, the most disturbing part of that harangue was Trump’s blatantly racist and demeaning assertions that Charlamagne is a “low IQ” “racist sleazebag.” It’s hard to discern from Charlamagne’s remarks why Trump thinks that he’s a racist. Except that Trump regularly calls Black people racists just because they’re Black.

What’s more, Trump’s insult that Charlamagne has a “low IQ” is one that he commonly aims at Blacks, including Kamala, Harris, Jasmine Crockett, Maxine Waters, Don Lemon, LeBron James, etc. In Trump’s mind if you are a liberal and Black you are automatically a low IQ racist.

During the interview Charlamagne also said that he would like to see Jon Stewart run for president in 2028. Which makes this a good time to remember his segment on the Daily Show when he checked off the Mayo Clinic’s list dementia symptoms that Trump is suffering from.

Newsmax Host is ‘Impressed’ By Trump for Standing by ‘Innocent’ Pedophile Ghislaine Maxwell

The lengths that MAGA media will go to exalt Donald Trump seem to be stretching ever further into the stratosphere of slobbering sycophancy. When Trump said that he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and not lose any support, many people thought it was a gross exaggeration for effect. It turns out he was understating the degree of worshipfulness that Trump’s cult followers are capable of.

The continuing saga of Jeffrey Epstein and his unsavory relationship with Trump is proving to be revealing on many levels. It is showcasing Trump’s affinity for pedophiles, as well as his own perverse lechery. It is putting on display how brazenly he will lie and suppress any information that might expose his grotesque behavior. And it is giving the Trump-fluffing press endless opportunities to suck up to him while burying any potentially incriminating facts. Even so, he is not doing himself any favors.

Among the Trumpiest media venues is Newsmax, where its prime host, Greg Kelly, holds court every night to lavish praise on Dear Leader. And his fierce defense for Trump during the Epstein scandal is second-to-none for unabashed adoration. On Friday night’s program, Kelly addressed Trump’s tender feelings toward Epstein partner, and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, to whom he had sent his “best wishes” when she was arrested.

More recently Trump was questioned about his Justice Department sending his former personal attorney, now Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, to interview Maxwell in prison. The inquiries included whether he would grant Maxwell a pardon. Instead of the rational and decent response – an unqualified “Hell no!” – Trump replied “Well, I’m allowed to give her a pardon.” It was revealed shortly thereafter that the Trump regime had Maxwell transferred from the federal prison in Florida to a cushy, minimum security facility in Texas.

In the midst of these events Newsmax’s Kelly delivered a monologue that should produce a severe state of nausea in principled people. After this aberrent episode, the network might want to consider renaming itself “NewsMaxwell.” Kelly gushed…

“Oh boy. There he is again. Jeffrey Epstein…He pled guilty to that horrible, sick stuff. But that doesn’t mean that Ghislaine Maxwell is guilty. And there is a hell of a lot of evidence out there that she’s innocent. And a hell of a lot of evidence that they railroaded her. Part of a “deep state,” hysterical media plot. And I don’t like it. And I don’t care if it’s unpopular. In fact, I’m really kind of impressed with Trump right now, that he won’t be boxed in when it comes to this story.”

This Newsmax freak is not only defending Trump, he's defending convicted child sex trafficker, and Jeffrey Epstein partner, Ghislaine Maxwell.Because if you're a Trump defender you are by default a pedophile defender.

It’s true that Epstein’s crimes don’t mean that Maxwell is guilty. What makes Maxwell guilty is that she was convicted unanimously by a jury after considering the evidence and applying the law. Kelly’s assertion that there is “a lot of evidence out there that she is innocent” is pure garbage. And notably, he didn’t bother to cite any of that allegedly abundant evidence.

However, what really makes Kelly’s rant abhorrent is how he connects it to Trump. Kelly is “impressed” that Trump refuses to “be boxed in” simply because Maxwell was convicted on the strength of convincing documentary evidence and witness testimony against her. What courage Trump is showing in Kelly’s glassy-eyed view.

Much of the MAGA media shares Kelly’s perverse perspective. But they aren’t particularly confident about it. They are so afraid trying to support their position that have virtually banished most reporting about Maxwell and Epstein. For instance, this week Fox News spent only about 18 minutes reporting on Epstein, but 181 minutes on a Sydney Sweeney jeans advertisement.

Between Monday and Thursday, Fox News mentioned Sydney Sweeney 181 times, and Jeffrey Epstein 18 times.

Meanwhile, Trump is busy making matters worse for himself. On another Newsmax program the same day, Trump was interviewed by Rob Finnerty. During that segment Trump described how much he lusts after his Propaganda Secretary, Karolina Leavitt. For several weeks Trump and his White House cronies have been trying to hype a blatantly fabricated “scandal” having to do with an alleged “Deep State” conspiracy by Democrats to frame Trump for colluding with Russia to interfere with the 2016 presidential election. They are accusing everyone from President Obama to Hillary Clinton to the entirety of the U.S. intelligence community, of collaborating in this ludicrous scheme, despite having no evidence whatsoever.

Of course, this escalation of baseless scandal mongering is just their latest effort to deflect from the continuing saga of child sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein, and his unsavory relationship with Trump. They are desperate to make this story go away, but it is more resilient than a horror movie axe murderer who can’t be killed. Because the American people want answers to the questions that Trump et al are too scared to provide.

However, the Republicans aren’t doing themselves any favors with their recent campaign to change the subject. On Friday morning the official Twitter/X account for the Republican National Committee posted a comment saying “The One Big Beautiful bill will drive the return of the great American car.” That message appeared above a picture of Trump standing in front of car with the caption: “Making Automobiles Great Again”.

There was just one little problem. The car in the picture was not made in America. It wasn’t made in Mexico, or Canada, or Europe, or Asia either. It was made decades ago in Russia. No, really…

Note the correction appended in the Community Note below the tweet that says, “The car pictured behind President Trump is a stock image of a Russian/Soviet made VAZ 2101, better known as the Lada 1200. It is not an American made car.” Anyone with a functioning cerebellum would have known that just by looking at it. But apparently, that leaves out operatives at the RNC.

It is also notable that this epic blunder by the RNC was posted on the same day that Trump endorsed the current chairman of the RNC, Michael Whatley, for the open Senate seat in North Carolina. Trump’s endorsement was made on his failing Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, and said that this is…

“Great news for North Carolina! Michael Whatley, one of the most capable executives in our Country, who successfully ran, along with Lara Trump, the Republican National Committee, has launched his run for the United States Senate!”

Great news indeed. For Democrats. If Whatley is one of the RNC’s “most capable executives,” you do not want to run into one of their boneheaded slackers. Such as Lara Trump, who briefly considered running for the seat herself. Depending on the outcome of party primaries, Whatley would be running against Roy Cooper, the popular former two-term governor of North Carolina.

When you consider all of the possible mistakes that they could have made when putting this propaganda tweet together, it boggles the mind how they wound up with Trump doing his YMCA dance in front of a Russian car. The conspiracy crackpots on the right might suspect that there is mole in the RNC who is deliberately sabotaging Trump by further aligning him with Russia and his good pal and role model, Vladimir Putin.

However, these things happen too often for that excuse to be plausible. There would have to be an army of moles. It is much easier to explain by just accepting the fact that they are a confederacy of dunces, inadvertently sabotaging themselves.
