BREAKING: Trump Admits that He Knows His Daughter Ivanka, a Witness in His Financial Fraud Case

The phalanx of former flunkies devoted to Donald Trump continues to crumble under the pressure of the legal battles in which he is presently embroiled. Four of his ex-attorneys (Michael Cohen, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, and Jenna Ellis) have already pleaded guilty and committed to testifying against him and his other co-defendants.

Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump

A common trait of Trump’s temper is to throw tantrums whenever someone he thought was on his side decides to tell the truth for a change. That drives Trump even crazier than usual. He responds by either lashing out viciously, or pretending that he never knew the traitorous friend who is now a fiend and was always incompetent, ignorant and weak.

SEE THIS: Trump Lies that Sidney Powell Was Never His Attorney After Her Election Interference Guilty Plea

That personality defect is now threatening to fracture Trump’s family relations. The judge presiding over his financial fraud case in New York has ruled that his daughter, Ivanka, must testify as a witness in the case. To his credit, Trump has not yet denied that he knows Ivanka, or that she just used to bring him coffee, or that she has always been a loser. However, the prospect of her testimony has triggered Daddy Trump to post a frantic comment on his pitifully failing social media scam, Truth Social. He whined that…

“My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won on Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refuses to accept their decision.”

There’s a lot of fantastical frenzy in that comment. For starters, Trump was not ruled guilty before the trial started. There was a successful motion for summary judgement by Attorney General Letitia James after the trial began and the evidence was presented. More to the point, Ivanka’s role as a witness is not related to her release as a defendant. She still has relevant knowledge of the business affairs of her father’s company that she was a principal in. It is interesting, however, that Trump didn’t bother to complain about his sons, Don Jr and Eric, having to testify.

What’s more, Trump’s claim that he “won” the case on appeal due to the statute of limitations is a blatant misrepresentation of reality. What he appears to be referring to is an appeals court ruling that actions taken prior to 2014 could not be charged because they were outside the statute of limitations. However, Justice Engoron made it clear that all of the charges in this case related only to Trump’s actions after 2014. So the statute of limitations ruling was irrelevant to the pending trial.

Trump’s post went on to slander the judge and the Attorney General in a manner that clearly violates the gag order that was imposed on him, and for which he has already been fined $15,000 for violating twice before. In his characteristically whiney complaint of perpetual victimhood, Trump yammered that…

“I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed. Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, ‘on time, on schedule,’ with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control ‘Nut Job,’ who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand – CASE OVER!”

And that wasn’t the end of it either. Trump posted a another comment that repeated his tedious attacks on what he called “a grossly incompetent ‘Judge,'” “a partisan political hack,” “a Failed, Trump Hating, Racist Attorney General,” and “a Biden Election Interference Scam!” It is mind boggling that Trump thinks that this sort of deranged babbling will benefit his defense.

More likely, he has already accepted the fact that he has lost and that the court will dissolve his businesses in New York and impose a stiff financial penalty. Then he will file an appeal and hope for success there. But given the abundance of evidence against him, and the fealty to the law practiced by Justice Engoron, Trump is likely to be disappointed again. In the meantime, he will have thrown his children under the bus to save himself. Did you expect anything else from him?

LOL: Trump Quotes Some Old Praise By His Former Fixer, Michael Cohen, Who He Then Calls a Liar

The soap opera that is chronicling Donald Trump’s legal quagmire continues to unfold with Trump himself providing the most perverse plot twists. His relentless determination to sabotage his own self-interests is a case study in narcissistic sociopathy, wherein the subject is convinced of his own infallibility, and even immortality.

Donald Trump, National Enquirer

On Tuesday morning Trump returned to the New York courtroom where he is being tried for financial fraud. His presence was neither requested nor necessary. He just wanted to show up on the day that his former attorney, Michael Cohen, was scheduled to testify. Trump attempted to set up this face off previously, but Cohen had it postponed due to illness. Trump made an appearance anyway so that he could complain – again – about what a poor, pathetic, victim he is.

SEE ALSO: Crybaby Trump Returns to the New York Courtroom Where He Whines that ‘This is a Rigged Trial’

The Cohen testimony was rescheduled and he arrived at court ready to square off with Trump and his attorneys. However, in advance of that testimony, Trump posted a comment on his pitifully failing social media scam, Truth Social, that featured the following twelve year old quote from the Huffington Post of Michael Cohen sucking up to his then-boss:

“Trump lawyer Michael Cohen told The Huffington Post that Trump is worth ‘a lot … substantially more than what’s recorded in Forbes.’ ‘They don’t take into account the value of the Trump brand, of the mark, one of the most valuable marks that’s ever been created,’ Cohen said. ‘He has very little debt, triple-A assets.’ (HuffPost, April 2011)”

At the time Cohen was a devoted lawyer representing Trump and described himself as “fiercely loyal to him and committed to protecting him at all costs.” A quote that Trump also posted. Cohen later recanted those complimentary remarks, admitting that he lied on Trump’s behalf and at his direction.

Trump’s reference to those flattering statements show that he is relying on Cohen’s loyalty and honesty to defend himself against the charges of financial fraud that the court has already ruled are valid. But before court on Tuesday Trump called Cohen “a liar trying to get a better deal for himself.”

That brief statement holds a surprising quantity of bullcrap. First of all, Cohen was already tried and has served his sentence, so there’s nothing pending to make a deal on. Also, calling Cohen a liar violates the gag order prohibiting Trump from attacking witnesses in the case.

But more to the point, Trump is now maligning Cohen as a dishonest witness who must not be believed. That’s right, the same guy who Trump just embraced for his honesty and adulation is simultaneously a scoundrel who can’t tell the truth. Trump is, in effect, discrediting his own character witness. Who else but a “stable genius” like Trump would execute such a boldly schizoid strategy?

For his part, Cohen told reporters before he entered the courtroom that “This is not about Donald Trump vs. Michael Cohen, or Michael Cohen vs. Donald Trump. This is about accountability, plain and simple. and we leave it up to Judge Engoron to make all the determinations on that.” Whatever one thinks of Cohen, he clearly has a more rational approach to how behave in such legal proceedings.

Trump, on the other hand, continues to demonstrate that he is an attorney’s worst nightmare. In addition to Cohen’s relationship with Trump leading to a conviction and prison sentence, three of Trump’s former lawyers (Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, and Kenneth Chesebro) have pleaded guilty in the election interference case in Georgia. You really have to wonder how Trump gets anyone to represent him at this point when all they get is indicted, imprisoned, or stiffed – or all of the above.

Trump Lies that Sidney Powell Was Never His Attorney After Her Election Interference Guilty Plea

The past week has been one of the most consequential for Donald Trump from a legal perspective. Two of his former attorneys, Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, have taken plea deals wherein they admit their guilt on matters related to election interference and agree to testify against their co-defendants, including Trump.

Donald Trump Sweating

As his peril increases, Trump is driven to ever more deranged outbursts. He is panicking as he attempts to manufacture preposterous excuses for his malfeasance and seeks to throw anyone and everyone under the bus in vain efforts to save himself.

SEE THIS: Trump’s Derangement Spirals Ever Downward as He Impotently Promises to Prove His Innocence

On Sunday morning Trump took to his pitifully failing social media scam, Truth Social, to torpedo the latest object of his extreme animosity, his election denying, conspiracy theory cohort, Sidney Powell. He raged that…

“Sidney Powell was one of millions and millions of people who thought, and in ever increasing numbers still think, correctly, that the 2020 Presidential Election was RIGGED & STOLLEN, AND OUR COUNTRY IS BEING ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED BECAUSE OF IT!!! Despite the Fake News reports to the contrary, and without even reaching out to ask the Trump Campaign, MS. POWELL WAS NOT MY ATTORNEY, AND NEVER WAS.”

There is an abundance of bullsh*t in that bombastic blather. Let’s start with his delusion that there are “ever increasing numbers” of people who think the 2020 election was “RIGGED & STOLLEN” (which he still can’t spell). But more to the point, Trump is now disavowing his relationship with Powell. That’s a convenient position considering that she has pleaded guilty to some of the very same crimes that he has been charged with.

There’s just one small problem. Powell was not only his lawyer, but he proudly announced it back on November 14, 2020, shortly after the election. Trump boasted in a tweet that…

“I look forward to Mayor Giuliani spearheading the legal effort to defend OUR RIGHT to FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS! Rudy Giuliani, Joseph diGenova, Victoria Toensing, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis, a truly great team, added to our other wonderful lawyers and representatives!”

It’s notable that every one of the lawyers mentioned there have been cited for legal misconduct and or sanctioned by the courts or the Bar Association. And of course, Powell is prominently partnered with the “truly great team” that Trump assembled to defend election denial and interference, and to undermine democracy. She was also at the press conference held by Giuliani to introduce the team to America.

What’s more, Trump even tried to appoint Powell as a special prosecutor to investigate the imaginary election fraud that she was the foremost proponent of. Her lies eventually led to the defamation lawsuit against her and Fox News by Dominion Voting Systems that Fox settled for a whopping 3/4 of a billion dollars.

MORE HERE: The Fox News 3/4 Billion Dollar Dominion Defamation Settlement is Also a Judgment Against Trump

Trump’s plot to make Powell a special prosecutor failed because even his own staff adamantly opposed it – and her. The New York Times reported that Trump tried to make that appointment, and affirmed that she was, in fact, his attorney…

“President Trump on Friday discussed naming Sidney Powell, who as a lawyer for his campaign team unleashed conspiracy theories about a Venezuelan plot to rig voting machines in the United States, to be a special counsel overseeing an investigation of voter fraud, according to two people briefed on the discussion.”

Trump’s Truth Social tirade went on to make a bizarre explanation for why Powell could not have been representing him…

“In fact, she would have been conflicted. Ms. Powell did a valiant job of representing a very unfairly treated and governmentally abused General Mike Flynn, but to no avail. His prosecution, despite the facts, was ruthless. He was an innocent man, much like many other innocent people who are being persecuted by this now Fascist government of ours, and I was honored to give him a Full Pardon!”

Of course, Powell could have represented both Flynn and Trump, unless there was a conflict motion presented in court to prohibit it. Which there never was. And naturally Trump brags about pardoning Flynn because he was “an innocent man” despite his having pleaded guilty in 2017 to “lying to the FBI about his contacts with the Russian ambassador.” Which, by the way, Trump fired him for from his post as his White House National Security Advisor.

Trump’s mental state is clearly deteriorating as his trial dates gets closer and his accomplices begin to flip in order to save their own hides. Calling the American government “fascist” is evidence of his psychological projection unto others of what he does himself. Deep down Trump knows what he did, and he knows that the prosecutors know it. But he will continue to lie and gaslight his cult followers until he is finally held accountable and convicted. And he’ll probably lie after that as well. It’s all that he knows how to do.

Trump’s Derangement Spirals Ever Downward as He Impotently Promises to Prove His Innocence

As Albert Einstein once said, “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.” Had he been around today he might have added the depths of Donald Trump’s derangement. Researchers are still looking for a bottom, but haven’t seen any sign of it to date.

Donald Trump, coronavirus

The latest indicators of Trump’s measureless mental meltdown come via the postings on his pitifully failing social media scam, Truth Social. While the current news cycle is bursting with domestic and international crises, Trump is characteristically consumed by matters that affect only his own massive yet fragile ego.

SEE ALSO: Crybaby Trump Returns to the New York Courtroom Where He Whines that ‘This is a Rigged Trial’

On Friday morning Trump lashed out frantically at what he imagines to be a global cabal of Trump-haters conspiring to destroy him and his divinely inspired MAGA movement. He whined that…

“As I successfully fight these Political Opponent Lawsuits, all created and started by Crooked Joe Biden and his group of Radical Left Thugs […] let them keep suing me over BULLSHIT, in their hope of Election Interference, as our Country becomes disabled and dies.”

It’s curious how Trump thinks that President Biden is the mastermind of all of this thuggery despite his being – in Trump’s view – a senile commie who can’t put two sentences together. And Trump’s morose vision of America as a weak and doomed country that is disabled and dying is a unique strategy for motivating voters in the upcoming election. However, it fits in perfectly with his prior declarations of an “American Carnage,” with “blood soaked streets,” that he has gleefully thrilled his cult with.

SEE THIS: The Desperate and Dystopian Delirium of Donald Trump as He Descends Into Drooling Dementia

But Trump was just getting started. In another post he asked, “Does anyone notice that the Election Rigging Biden Administration never goes after the Riggers.” It doesn’t take much imagination to know what he really wanted to say there. Then he expressed his confidence that he would be exonerated for all of the 91 felony charges against him because

“Massive information and 100% evidence will be made available during the Corrupt Trials started by our Political Opponent.”

One might wonder why Trump hasn’t produced any of that “massive information” in any of the court proceedings he has already had and lost. He’s had three years to clear his name, but for some unexplained reason has chosen not to do so. And he’s still going to withhold that “100% evidence” for several more months until his trials begin. That’s a position he has taken before…

SEE THIS: YEAH, RIGHT! Trump Promises an ‘Irrefutable,’ ‘Completely Exonerating’ Report on Election Fraud

Trump does have good reason to be freaking out now. Two of his former attorneys, Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges and election interference in Georgia. Ironically, of the 19 defendants in that RICO case, they are the two who requested speedy trials. Now both have opted out of going to trial entirely. And the terms of their plea deals require them to testify against their co-defendants, including Trump.

What’s more, Trump was just admonished in court for violating the order to refrain from intimidating or threatening court officials or witnesses. Sanctions for that violation could range from financial penalties to incarceration. And for someone whose psychological state has already been shaky, it’s not surprising that he is publicly wobbling more than ever. Even (satirical) Fox News has noticed…

Crybaby Trump Returns to the New York Courtroom Where He Whines that ‘This is a Rigged Trial’

The trial of Donald Trump for financial fraud in New York has already produced abundant evidence of his corruption and guilt. There has, in fact, already been a summary judgement that Trump lied in his financial reporting and in documents provided to banks, insurers, and tax officials.

Donald Trump, Snowflakes

Nevertheless, Trump keeps showing up at court despite the fact that his presence was neither requested nor needed. He sits at the defendants table with his attorneys scowling for a couple of hours, stepping outside every so often to bark at reporters. His spiel is a tediously repetitive tirade about how he is such a poor, pathetic victim of a cabal of meanies determined to destroy him.

SEE THIS: Trump On Trial: It’s a Travesty of a Sham of a Mockery of a Travesty of Two Mockeries of a Sham

On Tuesday Trump staged a new performance of this farce in the court’s hallways. And true to form, he offered nothing new to exonerate himself. To the contrary, he actually incriminated himself further. which he seems to have a habit of doing nearly every time he opens his mouth.

In this episode of his judicial soap opera, Trump repeated his monotonous mantra that “This is a rigged trial.” Because virtually every event that he disapproves of, or that reveals his wrongdoings, is the result of some insidious “rigging” by clandestine operatives aligned against him.

Trump is convinced that there cannot be any legitimate legal complaint against him because he says that “I’m the number one candidate leading the Republicans by 55, 60 points. That should be over.” However, Trump’s popularity within the Republican Party does not immunize him from any crimes he committed. Although it does say something about the moral decrepitude of the Republican Party that supports a candidate with 91 felony charges pending.

Trump’s insistence that the GOP primary “should be over,” despite the fact that not a single primary election has taken place, affirms his affinity for the sort of authoritarian dictatorship wherein he just unilaterally declares himself the winner of every contest.

Trump also utterly fails in portraying himself as the kind of strongman that generally heads up such an authoritarian regime. Strongmen do not usually whine like babies about being held down by the enemies they claim are weak and incompetent. But that’s how Trump described his current predicament outside of court today…

“My speech has been taken away from me. I’m a candidate that’s running for office and I’m not allowed to speak. This is a railroad and it’s all coming out of the Department of Justice. It’s all set up by Biden and the thugs that he’s surrounded with.”

First of all, Trump cannot assert that his speech was “taken away” from him while he is actually speaking. The restrictions that Judge Chutkan imposed are narrowly defined so as to prohibit Trump only from making intimidating comments and threats directed at court personnel and potential witnesses. He’s free to criticize the judge and any of his political opponents.

What’s more, despite having made the claim repeatedly, he still has no shred of evidence that President Biden or his administration have played any part in his prosecutions. More likely, he’s the source of his own legal problems. He keeps confessing to crimes, just as he did today, saying that…

“Just to conclude, they said I overvalued my financial statements. Well, actually the financial statements are undervalued by tremendous amounts of money.”

Okay then, Trump is admitting that he’s guilty of undervaluing his assets in order to avoid paying taxes on them. Although, there remains a great deal of evidence – and testimony from his own accountants – that he also overvalued his properties in order to get more favorable terms on loans. He keeps complaining that the judge or the Attorney General appraised Mar-a-Lago at $18 million. But the court got that figure from Trump’s own appraiser. And if Mar-a-Lago is really worth $1.5 billion, as Trump now claims, then didn’t he illegally underpay his taxes for years?

You have to wonder why Trump’s lawyers don’t impose their own gag order on him. The more he talks, the more harm he does to his own cases. And all of these comments can be used court even if Trump declines to testify. So these extra-judicial press conferences are only going to benefit the prosecution. Which by extension, will benefit the nation if it results in his conviction and incarceration.

Trump On Trial: It’s a Travesty of a Sham of a Mockery of a Travesty of Two Mockeries of a Sham

On Monday morning Donald made a guest appearance at his latest reality show “The Defendant.” Just like his last show, “The Apprentice,” there was no reason for him to be there. He wasn’t going to make a statement or testify. So his presence was likely just an opportunity for him grab some media time to do what he does best: rant incoherently.

Donald Trump Angry

The matter before the court on this occasion is Trump’s allegedly fraudulent financial filings for his New York businesses under the umbrella of The Trump Organization. He has been charged with falsely appraising his real estate properties in order to illegally gain favorable loan terms and to underpay his taxes. His defense appears to be little more than shouting vicious insults at New York Attorney General Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron. Which he has been doing for more than a year now.

SEE THIS: Trump Viciously Attacks Judge for Assigning Monitor to Prevent His Continuing Criminal Acts

Trump has good reason to be scared. The judge in this case ruled last week in a summary judgement that Trump and his businesses committed fraud. His business licenses in the state have been revoked. If upheld, Trump would be forced to divest his New York properties, including Trump Tower, and perhaps many other properties nationwide associated with the New York enterprise.

Prior to entering the courtroom, Trump spoke to the press in the typically hostile manner that America has become familiar with and grossly annoyed by. And true to form, the only message that he had to convey was what a pathetic victim he is of a vast conspiracy to destroy him. He raged that…

“This is a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time. We have a rogue judge who rules that properties are worth a tiny fraction – 1/100th – a tiny fraction of what they actually are. We have a racist Attorney General who’s a horror show, who ran on the basis that she was going to ‘get Trump’ before she even knew anything about me. She used this to run for governor. She failed in her attempt to run for governor. She had virtually no polling. She came back and said ‘Well now I’ll go back to get Trump again.'”

To Trump, everything that has happened to him for the past eight years – no matter how unrelated to one another – is “a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time.” And everyone that he considers an enemy is part of an international anti-Trump cabal.

Trump’s lies that his properties are massively undervalued are precisely what he is on trial for today. And he still isn’t providing any proof of the preposterous values that he claims they should have. As for this prosecution, he complained, without evidence, that “They’ve totally coordinated this in Washington.” And that “This has to do with election interference plain and simple.” And that “It’s never happened before where the president of the United States leaves office and gets indicted.” The latter complaint is actually true. But only because no president or former president has ever committed so many crimes.

However, Trump wasn’t finished. He continued his personal attacks on Judge Engoron saying that…

“This is a judge that should be disbarred. This is a judge that should be out of office. This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing. He’s interfering with an election.”

In other words, this is a judge that Trump knows has the goods on him and who he is desperately afraid of. Trump closed his pre-trial tirade by saying that “This is what we have. It’s a scam, it’s a sham.” Which sounds just a little familiar…

Wannabe Messiah Trump Claims to Be Standing Up to the ‘Demonic Forces’ Destroying Our Country

How did America get to be so lucky as to have its own personal savior fighting a solitary battle against the armies of Satan who are seeking to annihilate all traces of goodness and light from a nation of blind believers? It surely is a blessing that the prospect of a dystopian future has been foiled due to the divine deeds of the deified Donald Trump.

Donald Trump Messiah

That’s how Trump has been presenting himself and his mission ever since he descended from the heavens on a golden escalator. He views the country as being in a downward spiral that only he can prevent. America is, in his diseased mind, a hell-hole wherein its suffering citizens are too scared to venture from their besieged abodes into a world of terror and pain.

SEE THIS: Trump’s Fear Mongering Lies About ‘Streets Drenched in Blood’ Reach New Depths of Depravity

Coming to the rescue is Dear Leader Trump, who has been anointed by god to confront the evil that has enveloped the nation. And it’s a role that he takes on with pride in order to free his people from perdition and servitude. He told his cult followers at the “Pray Vote Stand” summit sponsored by the ultra-rightist Family Research Council that…

“I wanted to, and had to, stand up to the communists, the Marxists, and the atheists, and the evil and demonic forces that want to destroy our country. They’re destroying our country. I took their fire and I did it gladly. I’m protecting the people in this room, I’m protecting the people of this nation. And I have to tell you it’s not easy. But it’s something that’s such an honor to be doing.”

If anyone is a “demonic force” that is trying to “destroy our country” maybe it’s the guy who was impeached twice and is currently awaiting trial on four criminal indictments with 91 felony counts, including conspiring to overthrow the government and undermine democracy. And it’s hard to argue that you are “gladly” taking fire, when all you ever do is whine and lie and unleash hostile assaults on dedicated public servants in law enforcement, the Justice Department, the judiciary, the media, and any politician that doesn’t kiss your…let’s say ring.

As an example of Trump’s commitment to battling evil, consider his outburst on Friday at the same summit wherein he attacked special counsel Jack Smith saying that…

“He is a deranged individual and he wants to take away my First Amendment rights. They went to court to get an order that I can’t speak.”

What Trump is referring to is the special counsel’s request that the court instruct Trump to refrain from threatening and intimidating persons connected to his indictments. The motion asserted that…

“Like his previous public disinformation campaign regarding the 2020 presidential election, the defendant’s recent extrajudicial statements are intended to undermine public confidence in an institution [and] intimidate individuals — the Court, the jury pool, witnesses, and prosecutors. […] The defendant knows that when he publicly attacks individuals and institutions, he inspires others to perpetrate threats and harassment against his targets.”

It’s notable that Trump’s attack on Smith came after the special counsel’s motion. So in effect, Trump has bolstered the argument that his comments should be constrained. Also, contrary to his pathetic yelping and delusions of victimhood, Trump’s First Amendment rights are not being infringed. The Constitution doesn’t protect threats and intimidation, especially against court officers, witnesses, and potential jurors.

However, when you regard yourself as a holy warrior and disciple of god, anything you say and do is within the realm of divinity. And that is how Trump sees himself and his messianic mission. Or at least that’s how he wants his tiny klan of glassy-eyed disciples to see him. And sadly, too many of them do

A Befuddled Trump Both Admits and Denies that He Was ‘Waving Around’ a Classified Document

The debate over the fitness of elderly politicians has been raging in recent weeks. Some of the arguments have accurately pointed out Donald Trump’s glaring cognitive deficiencies. But for the most part it has been a feast of Republican Trump supporters falsely disparaging President Biden, despite his unprecedented record of achievements.

Donald Trump, Insane, Straight Jacket

The mental decline of Trump has been obvious to anyone observing him impartially. He disgorges rambling rants about subjects that often have nothing to do with whatever the topic of the conversation was. He repeats himself relentlessly (a symptom of logorrhea, a communication disorder that causes excessive wordiness and repetitiveness, which can cause incoherency). And he unleashes streams of anger, paranoia, and malignant narcissism, with every utterance or online comment. He is especially triggered by even the slightest criticism.

SEE THIS: Trump Suffers Mental Collapse Over Poll that Asks About His Obviously Collapsing Mental Health

On Thursday Trump was interviewed by former Fox News host, Megyn Kelly. This was a particularly surprising event considering how viciously he has attacked her in the past, and that he even refused to participate in a Republican primary debate because she was a moderator. Apparently they are both desperately seeking attention, and are willing to debase themselves to get it.

The interview briefly touched on an interesting matter that involved one of Trump’s pending indictments. Earlier this year it was revealed that among the classified documents that Trump had stolen, was one that he took to his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf resort, and reportedly shared with others who had no security clearances. Which is a serious breach of national security and federal law. What follows is part of the exchange between Trump and Kelly that could keep both psychologists and prosecutors very busy in the coming weeks and months….

Kelly: Why would you be holding up a newspaper saying, “This is still secret. I could declassify it if I was president.”
Trump: I would have to look at it.
Kelly: But you told Bret Baier (of Fox News) that that was a newspaper or a magazine article.
Trump: I could have declassified it. I also told Bret Baier – as I remember, I don’t know, it was a long time interview – But I also told Bret Baier that it wasn’t a classified document.
Kelly: What were you waving around in that meeting? Because it certainly sounds like it was an attack plan.
Trump: I’m not going to talk to you about that because that’s already been, I think, very substantiated, and there’s no problem with it.
Kelly: Well, it hasn’t been substantiated. Jack Smith says it was an attack plan.
Trump: Let me tell you. Here we go again. I’m covered by the Presidential Records Act. I’m allowed to do what I want to do. I’m allowed to have documents.

Let’s unravel that barrage of bullcrap, shall we?. When first asked, Trump claimed that the document he was wagging was one that he could declassify. Which would mean that it wasn’t already declassified. But since he was not president at that time, he absolutely could not declassify it and, therefore, it was classified when he was showing it to others.

Then Trump tried to claim that he couldn’t remember because it was a “long time interview,” whatever that means. Either he was trying to say that it happened a long time ago (it’s been a whole two and half months ago), or that the duration of the discussion was long (it was less than an hour). Either way, his excuse makes no sense.

Then Trump says that the document wasn’t actually classified at all. Which would make his claim that he could declassify it rather odd.

Then, when Kelly confronted Trump with the allegation that the document was an attack plan – which would surely have been classified – Trump bugged out and refused to answer her questions. Which suggests that either he knew that the document was classified, or that he was afraid he was about to incriminate himself. Or perhaps, both.

Finally, Trump resorted to his tedious fallback excuse that he was “covered by the Presidential Records Act (PRA)” and “allowed to do what I want to do.” Which is not at all what the PRA says. In fact, it states explicitly that “Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the [National] Archivist as soon as the President leaves office.” The law that grants him the right “to do what I want to do,” exists only in his diseased mind.

In short, Trump goes back and forth from asserting that the document was classified to insisting that it wasn’t. All the while inventing powers that he imagined he had, and eventually providing a badly twisted analysis of a law that he clearly doesn’t understand. And yet he wants people to believe that he is a “stable genius,” and that Biden is an incompetent and senile criminal mastermind. Which would actually be quite an accomplishment.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Opposes ‘Communists Controlling Our Government,’ Except for Putin?

The ignorance of the Trump cult is something that is put on display daily by its most devoted disciples and proponents. Their own arguments are so painfully devoid of reason that it often seems useless to try to rebut them. But leaving them unchallenged is an even worse option.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, Vladimir Putin

Leading the this assault on intelligent discourse is the ever faithful StormTrumper, Marjorie Taylor Greene. She has made it her mission to serve as the Republican Party’s Chief Apologist and Asswipe for Donald Trump. And no one can dispute her allegiance to that assignment.

SEE THIS: Adam Schiff Shames the GOP for its ‘Willingness to Debase Themselves in the Service of Trump’

On Sunday Greene spoke out on behalf of her Dear Leader to praise a court ruling that she thinks prohibits President Biden and the Democrats from responding to the flagrant disinformation that is dispensed by Trump and his GOP propaganda machine. Her remarks in a tweet referenced the decision by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that actually narrowed a prior ruling.

Greene: “The Communist Democrats abuse their power and violate the rights of Americans in order to achieve their agenda. Their ends always justify their means. We cannot continue as a free society with Communists controlling our government.”

It has become routine for Trumpy Republicans to exhibit their idiocy by proudly demonstrating that they have no idea what the words “communism, socialism,” and “fascism” mean. They regularly misuse these terms in attempts to insult Democrats and President Biden. However, if you were to ask them to define the terms, it is sure bet that they would not be able to. Just the fact that they think that fascism is synonymous to the other terms is proof of their flaming illiteracy.

What’s more, there is nothing that remotely aligns the Democrats views about this court ruling with communism. To the contrary, Democrats are staunch supporters of free speech and a free press, which Trump maligns as “the enemy of the people.” And only Trump and the GOP have ever actually threatened to “shut down” social media.

If Greene is looking for a prominent politician who embraces communism, she need look no further than her mango messiah, Trump. His infatuation with Russian war criminal, Vladimir Putin, and his love letters with North Korean dictator, Kim Jong Un, and his admiration for China’s Xi Jinping, show who the true commie lover (or at least totalitarian tyrant) is.

For the record, the court decision that Greene is celebrating is a conservative appellate ruling that strikes down part of an even more conservative ruling that prohibited the Biden administration from interacting with social media. It was triggered by requests that federal agencies made to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter to consider taking down disinformation about COVID and election integrity. These were clearly requests – not demands – that anyone is entitled to make, even the government. In fact, the government is duty bound to make such requests when dangerously wrong data is found to be circulating.

The original ruling was preposterous and overbroad, as the appellate court stated. But even the appellate court’s mitigation was out of line, and their decision is likely to be appealed as well. The Department of Justice responded that it “will evaluate its options,” and elaborated saying that…

“This administration has promoted responsible actions to protect public health, safety, and security when confronted by challenges like a deadly pandemic and foreign attacks on our elections. Our consistent view remains that social media platforms have a critical responsibility to take account of the effects their platforms are having on the American people, but make independent choices about the information they present.”

Greene’s inability to coherently assess the legal complexities of this issue should not surprise anyone. Some of her own colleagues don’t respect her. On Sunday morning, GOP Judiciary Committee member, Ken Buck, was interviewed by Jen Psaki on MSNBC about Greene’s obsession with impeaching President Biden. Buck smacked her down as “absurd” saying that…

“Marjorie filed articles of impeachment on President Biden before he was sworn into office more than two and a half years ago. So the idea that she is now the expert on impeachment, or that she is someone who should set the timing on impeachment is absurd. The time for impeachment is the time when there’s evidence linking – if there’s evidence – linking President Biden to a high crime or misdemeanor. That doesn’t exist right now.”

So not only is Buck accurately describing Greene as absurd, he’s contradicting the whole of the GOP caucus that has been yammering (aka lying) for months about having “proof” that Biden is corrupt. There has never been been even a shred of any such proof. But that hasn’t stopped most of the Republican scandal mongers from lining up to perpetuate their lies. And Greene always seems to be at the front of that line.

Trump is APPALLED that These ‘Fascist Monsters’ Convicted Another One of His Criminal Cohorts

The rap sheet for the Donald Trump Crime Syndicate just seems to get longer with each passing day. So far there have been eight Trump associates convicted. They include such intimate confederates as Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Cohen, and Steve Bannon.

Donald Trump

That’s not even counting his business, The Trump Organization, or those indicted with trials pending that number many times more. It also doesn’t count the hundreds of January 6th insurrectionists who stormed the Capital on his behalf in an attempted violent coup that sought to undermine democracy. The deep bench of Trump’s roster of mobsters is a testament to his lawlessness and authoritarian aspirations. Yet somehow he’s still trying to peddle a preposterous narrative wherein everyone else is guilty of persecuting him.

On Friday morning Trump posted another his hate-filled harangues on his failing social media scam, Truth Social. On this occasion Trump felt an obsessive compulsion to vent about the latest conviction of one of his former White House cronies, Peter Navarro, who was found guilty of Contempt of Congress. Trump raged that…

“I can’t believe that these Fascist Monsters have so viciously gone after the great Peter Navarro for defying the totally partisan January 6th Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs, who refused to go after Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and the reasons she and the Mayor of D.C. REJECTED 10,000 soldiers, which would have easily stopped any future security problem.”

First of all, you have to wonder why Trump has so much trouble believing that Navarro was convicted, considering all of the criminal company he has in Trump World. Furthermore, it was an open and shut case. After being subpoenaed by the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th insurrection that Trump incited, Navarro failed to show up or produce the requested documents.

Trump went on to complain that Navarro’s testimony “wouldn’t have mattered, anyway, because the ‘Committee’ QUICKLY and ILLEGALLY DELETED & DESTROYED ALL EVIDENCE & FINDINGS!” Which is a flagrant lie. All of the evidence and testimony compiled by the Committee was preserved and is still available online.

In a subsequent post, Trump praised Navarro as the “single greatest trade negotiator against China, who paid the U.S. hundreds of billions of dollars during the Trump Administration.” Of course, Trump’s trade policy with China was a massive failure that raised prices for the America people.

While Trump frequently claims that he was responsible for making China pay billions of dollars to the U.S. in tariffs, he is purposefully lying. Tariffs are not paid by the country they are imposed on. They are paid by American importers, distributors, and wholesalers, who then pass on those costs to consumers. China didn’t pay one red cent to the U.S., and Trump knows it.

Another notable feature in Trump’s post is that it is an example of his signature run-on sentences and rhetorical rambling. He drags his twisted commentary out to cover everything from Navarro, to the January 6th Committee, to Nancy Pelosi, to the insurrection, and to the 10,000 soldiers that he never actually proposed. All in a single sentence.

That sort of cramming of numerous, tedious, unrelated thoughts into a single expression is a common feature of Trump’s tantrums. It is also a psychological condition known as logorrhea,” which is defined as a communication disorder that causes excessive wordiness and repetitiveness, which can cause incoherency. It’s just another diagnosis that fits Trump’s psychoses, which includes Narcissistic Personality Disorder. And it’s another reason (as if more were needed) that he is utterly unfit to hold office.
