Trump Posts His ‘Proof’ of Election Fraud in Georgia that Actually Proves Election Integrity

The last presidential election was nearly three years ago. But Donald Trump is still yammering about the election having been “rigged and stolen” from him, despite having failed to produce a shred of evidence of any such fraud in dozens of court challenges or any of his television appearances or cult rallies.

A couple of weeks ago Trump promised to hold a press conference where he would finally unveil “A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia.” He insisted that this report would result in “a complete EXONERATION!” Which is something that Trump has been promising for years. And typically, failing to deliver.

However, to the surprise of absolutely nobody, that press conference never came to pass. Trump claimed that his lawyers convinced him to cancel it. Which is plausible because most lawyers don’t want their clients to go public with lies that will further incriminate them.

True to form, Trump is unable to keep his fat yap shut for any measurable span of time. Consequently, he has just posted what is probably a key portion of the mystery report on his failing social media scam, Truth Social. The “irrefutable” proof that Trump is now promoting is a copy of a November 17, 2021, letter that Georgia governor Brian Kemp sent to the State Election Board asking them investigate “36 inconsistencies” in the ballot counting. That’s 36, not 11,780.

However, Kemp was not as convinced of the irrefutability of this information as Trump was. In the same letter Kemp stressed that “this letter does not purport to dispute or contest the outcome of the 2020 election.” He also noted that the citizen who reported the alleged inconsistencies also “never alleged the outcome of the election was in question.”

Furthermore, the subsequent investigation by the State Election Board that Kemp requested found that “Overall, the results of the hand recount — both in Fulton and all of Georgia — were similar to two machine counts, showing that Democrat Joe Biden won the state by about 12,000 votes against Republican Donald Trump.”

In other words, what Trump was boastfully presenting as exculpatory proof that his fellow Republicans in Georgia had conspired with Joe Biden and his “radical left Marxist fascist thugs” to steal the election from him, was in fact validation of the accuracy and integrity of the vote count in the state. Which had already been validated by three audits led by GOP officials.

Nevertheless, there is still value produced by Trump’s tortured truthless tantrum. It certifies just how severely demented and desperate he is. And it’s a great companion piece to his new and hilarious video proclaiming that President Biden is “a stark-raving lunatic.”

Trump Shows Off His Ignorance and Detachment From Reality in Rabid Rants to Impeach Biden

An obviously frantic Donald Trump is unleashing a stream of bile and belligerence in the wake of a court ruling that his trial on charges of subverting democracy and attempting to stage a violent coup is now scheduled to begin on March 4, 2024. That’s just two months later than special counsel Jack Smith requested, and two years sooner than Trump did.

Despite Judge Tanya Chutkan’s prior admonitions to Trump that he refrain from making threatening or intimidating comments directed to the court, prosecutors, or witnesses, Trump lashed out with hostile assaults at “Deranged Jack Smith & his team of Thugs” and a “Trump Hating Judge” He appears to be testing how far he can take his rancor before he is slapped with contempt and remanded to custody. By some measures he has already crossed that line.

Meanwhile, Trump is bloviating over past compulsions such as his pair of impeachments. In one comment posted on his failing social media scam, Truth Social, Trump complains about what he regards as a fundamental unfairness that he suffered as compared to his arch foe, President Biden. But, as usual, he gets everything wrong. Trump wrote that…

“I NEVER HAD AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY, I HAD AN IMPEACHMENT, WHICH I WON! IT WAS STARTED IMMEDIATELY, NO MEETINGS, NO STUDY, NO DELAYS. THE LUNATIC FASCHISTS & MARXISTS PLAY THE GAME DIFFERENTLY. THEY ARE OUT TO DESTROY AMERICA. MAGA!”

First of all, Trump did not “win” his impeachment against the “FASCHISTS” (sic). His impeachment by the House of Representatives – twice – is a permanent part of the historical record. That isn’t changed by the Senate not having convicted him and removing him from office. And for the record, a majority of the Senate voted for conviction, including seven Republicans. But that did not meet the two-thirds vote necessary for conviction.

Trump is also wrong about there not having been an impeachment inquiry. In fact, House Speaker nancy Pelosi did initiate an inquiry prior to the eventual vote on the House floor. As reported at the time…

“Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Tuesday that the House of Representatives will open an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.”

What’s more, Pelosi’s formal announcement wasn’t even necessary because…

“[M]embers of the House Judiciary Committee said that they have already begun to consider passing articles of impeachment and that they are in an inquiry.”

In addition to these ravings, Trump posted a flagrant lie asserting that the special counsel “met with high officials at the White House just prior to these political SleazeBags Indicating me.” How dare those “SleazeBags” “indicate” Trump, whatever that means. Trump claims that those meetings are proof that “Biden and his Fascist Thugs” were engaging in “Election Interference.” Except that the truth is that Smith’s team was not colluding with the Biden administration. They were interviewing witnesses in the classified documents case who happened to be working in the White House, and were working there during Trump’s term.

And if that’s not enough malarkey from Trump, he also posted a comment asserting that…

“Biden is a Stone Cold Crook-You don’t need a long INQUIRY to prove it, it’s already proven. […] Either IMPEACH the BUM, or fade into OBLIVION. THEY DID IT TO US!”

Despite not having a shred of evidence of any wrongdoing by Biden, Trump is ready to convict him without trial. And he is threatening his Republican confederates to move forward with impeachment or be cast into “OBLIVION.” Sadly, the cowardly Republicans in the House are susceptible to Trump’s threats and all to willing to go along with Trump’s totalitarian tantrums.

Finally, Trump explicitly admits that his motivations are purely for revenge because “THEY DID IT TO US!” Although what was done (four criminal indictments on 91 felony charges) was done to him on the basis of mountains of evidence and testimony, mostly from Republicans and former Trump staffers. But the Trump cult isn’t interested in those pesky things the rest of us know as facts.

Fox News is AGHAST that Biden Mock Fundraised Off of Trump’s Mugshot, Which Trump Did For Real

Last week Donald Trump made another appearance in court to be arrested and booked on his fourth criminal indictment. However, on this occasion, Trump was finally treated like any other defendant and required to pose for a mugshot. He had furiously fought that requirement, but was ultimately unsuccessful in getting the special treatment that he craved.

Consequently, the United States now, for the first time ever, has a formal mugshot – or in Trump’s case a “smugshot” – of a former president that will forever be a part of the historical record. Trump has tried desperately to find some political advantage in this humiliation, but outside of of his smattering of glassy-eyed cult followers, the American people are not cooperating with Trump’s wounded ego.

Over at Trump’s Ministry of Propaganda – aka Fox News – there has been a spasm of spinning taking place to peddle a preposterous picture of Trump’s legal quagmire. And the up-sucking was led by Trump’s former press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, who is now a co-host of Fox’s “Outnumbered.” McEnany was bigly bothered by a lighthearted tweet posted by President Biden in the aftermath of the Trump mugshot reporting. Biden’s tweet said simply…

Oh, the HORROR! Never mind that Biden never mentioned the mugshot, nor even Trump’s name. But to McEnany and Fox News it was tantamount to treason. McEnany whined to her colleagues that…

“What stuck out to me was that Biden is fundraising off of this. […] President Trump tweeted out that’s the time of his arrest, this goes out from Biden. ‘Apropos of nothing. I think today’s a great day to give to my campaign.’ It seems very suggestive of what was going on at 730, which was the arrest of Donald Trump. And I really think it’s a low point for a president to fundraise over the arrest of his political opponent.”

“A low point for a president”? Really? Lower than inciting an insurrection? Or lying to the FBI about stolen classified documents? Or threatening state officials in order to illegally overturn an election? Or being criminally indicted four times on 91 felony counts, which led to getting the mugshot in the first place?

What’s more, this “low point” of fundraising off of the mugshot that has Fox News so livid is apparently not a problem if it’s Trump who is doing it. Within a couple of hours after the mugshot was posted, Trump was not just making glancing references to it. He was hawking actual merchandise.

Even worse, Trump aide Chris LaCivita posted a threat to anyone else who might dare to profit from Trump’s felonious face. In a testy Twitter tantrum, LaCivita warned that…

“If you are a campaign, PAC, scammer and you try raising money off the mugshot of @realDonaldTrump and you have not received prior permission …WE ARE COMING AFTER YOU … you will NOT SCAM DONORS.”

Of course, mugshots are public property and can be republished by anyone for any reason. So this is just more hollow griping by the grifting operation that Trump runs from the basement of his Mar-a-Lago bunker. It would be fun to see Trump try to sue Biden for allegedly misappropriating his repulsive image. And as for scamming donors, it’s clear why he is adamant about others not doing that. Because that’s Trump’s thing. He wants to be the only one scamming his gullible cult.

As for Biden, on Friday he was asked directly what he thought of Trump’s mugshot. In an amusingly glib, though diplomatic, reply, Biden smiled and quipped, “Handsome guy. Wonderful guy.” Can you imagine how Trump’s profanity-laced harangue under the same circumstances, complete with yammering about “radical Marxist thugs”? would have gone down?

Fox News Liberal Calls Out Republicans – and her Co-Hosts – On Air for Their ‘Craven Lies’

Earlier this year Fox News was forced to settle a nearly billion dollar defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems that documented just how flagrantly the network deceived their viewers with propaganda and pandering toward Dear Leader Donald Trump. The evidence revealed that their hosts and executives shamelessly lied about Trump and his baseless allegations that the 2020 election was “rigged and stolen” from him.

Despite that costly and humiliating public rebuke, Fox News continues to lie on Trump’s behalf. They have not only failed to show any remorse or repentance for their dishonesty and betrayal of trust, they have actually doubled down by fortifying their primetime schedule with hardcore Trump-fluffers.

In addition to their new and rescheduled lineup cheerleading for Trump (even while he’s bitterly attacking them), Fox’s continuing shows remain staunchly under Trump’s banner. On the afternoon panel show “The Five” – which features four hard-right conservatives and one frequently interrupted liberal – the propaganda fest is in full swing with many of the same hosts and guests that were exposed in the Dominion lawsuit as liars.

However, occasionally the battered liberal, Jessica Tarlov, manages to squeeze out some truthful commentaries in the midst of the anti-Democratic mudslinging. That’s what occurred Tuesday when the panel discussed President Biden’s visit to the fire-ravaged island of Maui. As usual, the four right-wingers gleefully slandered Biden with false GOP talking points, until Tarlov responded saying that…

Tarlov: There have been so many craven lies told about the timeline of the response on this. Jesse just said his first comments were, “no comment,” which is categorically untrue. So that was on August 13th. The wildfires started on August 8th, on August 10th that’s when a major disaster declaration occurred. He got the call, the request from Hawaii to do that. It took him just 63 minutes to sign that.
Watters: He signed a piece of paper, I’m talking about significant public comments.
Tarlov: Just wait for it. Later that day, he was in Utah talking about something else. And he opened up by commenting on what was going on in Hawaii and how devastating it was. Listen to what the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, said, “Within six hours, the administration met our needs with federal movement. I don’t think that’s ever happened before.” The Maui County mayor: “I wanted to say how our response to the president has been he called me, I asked for the help that we needed. And within two hours, one of his cabinet members called me to answer my question. We’ve been getting all the help that we need.”

Tarlov didn’t mince words as she attacked her co-hosts for telling “craven lies” and presenting information that was “categorically untrue.” Watters interrupted again, to try to throw Tarlov off balance, but that didn’t work. She just schooled him on the facts about what happened with quotes from the local officials who were pleased and grateful for Biden’s rapid, effective, and compassionate response to the crisis.

Tarlov also shot down Republican whining about Biben giving victims “only” $700.00 by noting that that is the FEMA limit. Tarlov’s Fox News colleagues either don’t know that, or are lying, or think that Biden should break the law and give them more (scratch that last one. Republicans would never advocate giving people who are suffering more of anything but grief).

Meanwhile, throughout the segment Fox’s chyron read “BIDEN’S DISASTER TOUR,” implying that the disaster was Biden’s fault or that his visit was a disaster. Neither of which was true. But the truth never stopped Fox News or the Republican Party they’re partnered with from spinning preposterous departures from reality in order to malign Biden and the Democrats. They spent much of Tuesday lying that Biden fell asleep at a service in Maui, and being outraged that he pet a rescue dog. That’s the depths to which Fox News has sunk. And they haven’t hit rock bottom yet.

Fox News is OUTRAGED at Biden for Raising Taxes on the Wealthy and Spending on Climate Change

The 2024 campaign for the presidency is shaping up to be one of the most contentious in modern times. While neither party has officially chosen their candidates, it appears likely that it will be a rematch between the current President, Joe Biden, and the whining loser, Donald Trump.

Republicans are intent on lowering the character of the political debate to infantile name-calling, and vengeance for the perceived persecution of Dear Leader Trump. They are falling in line with Trump’s campaign slogan, “I am your retribution.” Which they apparently believe is what the American people are clamoring for.

Democrats, on the other hand, are preparing to run on Biden’s record of accomplishments that include guiding the nation out of a deadly pandemic, and restoring the economy that was in a shambles after COVID and Trump’s tenure of incompetence and catering to right-wing extremists, corporations, and the 1% upper-crusters.

Fortunately, Republicans and their sycophantic media minions are proving to be among the best surrogates for President Biden’s reelection. Not only are they sabotaging their own prospects by embracing unpopular policies like abortion bans and impeaching Biden and half his Cabinet, but they are also tying themselves inextricably to Trump’s tedious “Big Lie” about election fraud and his obsession with relitigating the 2020 election that resulted in his humiliating defeat.

On Friday’s episode of Fox News’ “Outnumbered” they offered up some more reasons why the American people should vote for Biden in 2024. They came during a segment wherein Fox contributor “Doctor” Janette Nesheiwat surely thought she was crushing Biden with righteous criticism. She said that…

“I took a look at Bidenomics. I wanted to see what exactly was in it. My takeaway? Higher taxes, especially on the wealthy and corporations, and massive spending especially when it comes to climate change. And then they want to dump more money into COVID? Hello? I saw maybe three or four cases of COVID this entire week. So they’re just spending money, and they’re spending it recklessly.”

OMG! Biden is raising taxes on billionaires, who currently pay little or nothing. And he’s providing funds to mitigate climate change, which is threatening the lives and livelihoods of millions around the country and the world. Impeach him now! Never mind that broad majorities of Americans support these policies.

Nesheiwat went on to complain about spending on COVID, because she has only seen “maybe three or four cases of COVID this entire week.” Keep in mind that she is more of a TV commentator than a practicing physician. Still, she considers her personal observations a valid statistical sample. The CDC, however, using more credible methods, reports COVID hospitalizations of 10,320 for the past week, an increase of 14.3%.

What’s more, the Fox News analysis of Bidenomics couldn’t be more off target. There is ample evidence that Bidenomics is benefiting most Americans and especially the working-class. It is improving the U.S. economy, which is leading the world. The Biden administration is responsible for the nation’s record job growth, restoration of domestic manufacturing, inflation that has been declining for the past twelve consecutive months, expanding healthcare and making it more affordable, and much more. All while reducing the deficit.

So if Fox News wants to complain about Biden making the rich pay their fair share, or saving the environment, let them have at it. It’s reminiscent of a recent episode where GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-QAnon) tried to take a swipe at Democrats, but wound up starring in a Democratic campaign advertisement. The ad replayed video of her complaining about Biden and his…

“…government programs to address education, medical care, urban problems, rural poverty, transportation, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps and welfare […] And he still was working on it, the largest public investment in social infrastructure and environmental programs that is actually finishing what FDR started, that LBJ expanded on and Joe Biden is attempting to complete.”

Heaven forbid that Democrats would help Americans with education, healthcare, infrastructure, the environment, and more. LOCK HIM UP! Trump’s Vile Lies About Judge Violate Court Orders to Cease Inflammatory Statements

Another day, another display by Donald Trump of rancid acrimony and hatred smothered in dishonesty and a determination to deceive weak-minded cultists and to foment violence. These outpourings of Trump’s dark and venomous visions serve only as futile attempts to pacify his fears and to suck funds from his glassy-eyed disciples.

Last week Trump was given a stern warning by Judge Tanya Chutkan, who presiding over his election fraud and coup attempt case in Washington, D.C. She warned him that any further “inflammatory statements” regarding the case, including those aimed at prosecutors and witnesses, would result in harsh consequences that “would force her to speed his trial on charges related to his bid to subvert the 2020 election.” Trump managed to restrain himself for a few hours, but now he is, as expected, reverting to his familiar form of infantile insults as his total lack of self control reasserts itself.

However, after having been explicitly ordered to refrain from such rhetoric, Trump’s outbursts are now justification for sanctions by the court, which can include anything from financial penalties to incarceration. And the determination of his breach of judicial orders is not a close call. On his floundering Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, Trump raged that…

“Judge Tanya Chutkan—an Obama leftwing activist judge in DC, whose husband also got appointed by Obama as a DC judge—openly admitted she’s running election interference against Trump.”

Of course, Judge Chutkan never “admitted” any such thing. What Trump is referring to is part of her admonition last week wherein she told Trump that…

“What the defendant is currently doing — the fact that he’s running a political campaign has to yield to the orderly administration of justice. If that means he can’t say exactly what he wants to say about witnesses in this case, that’s how it has to be”

In other words, Chutkan is treating Trump like any other criminal defendant who would not be permitted to attack or intimidate people associated with the trial. She is actually being rather lenient by not subjecting him to a full-on gag order. She further noted that,,,

“Mr. Trump, like every American, has a First Amendment right to free speech. But that right is not aboslute… Defendant’s free speech is subject to the release conditions imposed at arraignment and it must yield to the orderly administration of justice.”

Undeterred by the judge’s warnings, Trump re-posted a comment that maligned the integrity of the court, saying that “Donald Trump is not going to get a fair shake in DC, the home of the swamp.” He disparaged the jury pool saying that the people of D.C. “support a double-standard of justice” and that the prosecution was a “politicized case.” And he then extended his assault to special counsel Jack Smith, saying…

“How dare lowlife prosecutor, Deranged Jack Smith, break into my former Twitter account without informing me and, indeed, trying to completely hide this atrocity from me. What could he possibly find out that is not already known. Just like the early morning raid of Mar-a-Lago! Why isn’t the DOJ raiding Crooked Joe Biden, the most CORRUPT (and Incompetent!) President in the history of the United States?”

For the record, it is routine for prosecutors to seek communications by defendants that could provide evidence of wrongdoing, conspiracy, and consciousness of guilt. And such probes are rarely disclosed to the subject to prevent them from tampering with, or destroying the evidence. As for why President Biden was not the subject of raids, it is quite simply because, unlike Trump, he always cooperated with law enforcement and never lied to them as Trump did.

Trump also accused Chutkan of being a “highly partisan Judge [who] obviously wants me behind bars. VERY BIASED & UNFAIR!” His “proof” of that were comments she made in the sentencing of one of Trump’s insurrectionists, wherein she accurately described the January 6th StormTrumpers as “people who mobbed the Capitol [and] were there in fealty, in loyalty, to one man — not to the Constitution.”

Given the unequivocal ugliness of Trump’s statements, and how flagrantly they violate the court orders, Judge Chutkan should seriously consider sanctioning Trump. Failing to do so would only embolden him to engage in more attacks and intimidation. It’s long past time that he be held accountable.

And their reasoning – if you can call it that – for their outrage is patently absurd. Take, for instance, the GOP chairman of the House Oversight Committee,, James Comer, who raged on Newsmax that…

“We on the Oversight Committee, for all practical purposes, have been the special counsel for the past six months. We produced more evidence than anyone that’s supposedly investigating this criminal activity by the Biden family. And right as we get to the point that we traced it to Joe Biden, and we’re at a position that we can win in court, to fight their attorneys, and get their actual personal bank records, he comes out with this. This is another attempt to try to obstruct. They’re gonna try to use this in court when they say say ‘No, we can’t give the Oversight Committee our bank records because there’s an ongoing investigation by David Weiss.'”

First of all, if Comer’s Committee has “for all practical purposes been the special counsel,” it should be commended for having virtually exonerated the Bidens. Every hearing they held ended up proving that there was nothing to the allegations that the Republicans have been clamoring about. And if they “produced more evidence than anyone,” they doing a great job of keeping all of it secret.

Comer goes on to assert that the appointment of the special counsel is an “attempt to try to obstruct” his committee’s investigation, “right as we get to the point that we traced it to Joe Biden.” How convenient. To date, Comer has uncovered zero proof of anything untoward. But just as he’s about to blow the lid off the whole affair, Garland gums it up by appointing a special counsel who was already working on it. In other words, there was already an “ongoing investigation.” Comer is just looking for others to blame for his failures.

Not to be left out, Donald Trump weighed in on the matter with a comment on his floundering Twitter ripoff, Truth Social. He whined that…

“David Weiss was picked by the two Democrat Senators from Delaware under ‘Blue Slip.’ He would not have been picked by me.”

For the record, Trump did pick Weiss. And he bragged about it at the time, saying that Weiss “shares the President’s vision for ‘Making America Safe Again.'” So his attempt to disown him now is just another of his notorious lies. And Republicans are taking their cues from Dear Leader Trump by lying themselves about the Weiss appointment. While they are now condemning him as being in league with the Democrats (Weiss is a lifelong Republican), on September 19, 2022, Senate Republicans sent Garland a letter specifically calling for Weiss to be named special counsel:

“We the undersigned write to request that United States Attorney David C. Weiss be extended special counsel protections and authorities to conduct the Hunter Biden investigation.”

One of Trump’s most frequent hissy fits is his daft and delusional declaration of “ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” We must remember, however, that Hunter is not now, nor has he ever been, involved in government or politics. All of the GOP caterwauling about him is contrived solely to harm Biden’s reelection prospects. So if it is election interference to investigate Trump, wouldn’t that also be true about the investigations of the Bidens?

Oh, never mind. That would require Republicans to be rational, honest, and averse to hypocrisy.

It’s hard to imagine that someone with the psychotic dysfunction of Donald Trump ever occupied the White House. But this is where we are as he melts down ever further in the face of serious and escalating legal peril that, so far, includes three criminal indictments on 78 felony counts.

Donald Trump, Insane, Straight Jacket

On Thursday Trump posted the following comments on his floundering Twitter ripoff, Truth Social, all within about twelve hours. These remarks hardly need any elaboration. They tell the story of a severely damaged person who is suffering from paranoia, delusions of grandeur, and malignant narcissism.

1: “What Crooked Joe Biden, who can’t string two sentences together, has done to our once great Country […] OUR COUNTRY IS BEING DESTROYED BY A MAN WITH THE MIND, IDEAS, AND I.Q. OF A FIRST GRADER.”

2:”I think that Crooked Joe Biden is not only dumb and incompetent, I believe he has gone MAD, a stark raving Lunatic […] HE IS A MENTAL CATASTROPHE THAT IS LEADING OUR COUNTRY TO HELL!”

3: “Deranged Jack Smith has just asked for a trial on the Biden Indictment to take place on January 2nd., […] Only an out of touch lunatic would ask for such a date.”

And as a bonus, Trump re-posted a comment from ultra-MAGA blogger and Trump messiah disciple, Wayne Allyn Root, that said simply “Donald Trump is ‘the Chosen One.'” And this is the guy that most Republicans want to return to the White House and have the nuclear codes?

These are cries for help from a diseased mind that is fixated on his fears and projecting mental maladies onto his foes. Trump will not recover from this sickness without help from his family, friends, and professional psychiatric therapy. Which he is unlikely to get since his family and friends couldn’t care less, and/or are dependent on his madness for their own welfare. Meanwhile, America, and the world, suffers. At least until Trump is convicted, sentenced, and defeated in the next election.

Biden Slams Fox News’ Peter Doocy for Lying in Question About Talking Business with Hunter

These are eventful times for America with many critical issues involving politics, economics, culture, and more cluttering the news cycle. Donald Trump has three pending criminal indictments. Women’s and civil rights are being challenged. Russia continues to commit war crimes in Ukraine. And in the midst of all of this, Fox News has settled on what they regard as the most important matter facing the American people today.

Fox News, Peter Doocy

It’s Hunter Biden! This so-called scandal tops the Fox News agenda every day. Never mind that Hunter is not now, and has never been, a political figure, and he holds no power in government or any other public sphere. Fox News is obsessed with him simply because of his last name and their determination to smear President Biden. If anything, this is evidence of the successful and squeaky clean performance of Biden and his administration

So leave it to Fox News’ whiny White House correspondent, Peter Doocy, to demonstrate just how desperate Fox is to manufacture scandal where none exists. During Biden’s visit to New Mexico to promote the success of his Inflation Reduction Act, and to advance efforts to mitigate the climate crisis, Doocy interrupted the event to ask about Hunter with a question that was flagrantly dishonest. And Biden wasn’t havin’ it…

Doocy: There’s this testimony now where one of your son’s former business associates is claiming that you were on speakerphone a lot with them talking business?”
Biden: I never talked business with anybody! I knew you’d have a lousy question.
Doocy: Why is that a lousy question?
Biden: Because it’s not true!

That’s right. Doocy’s question was a blatant lie. And if he didn’t know it, he’s more stupid than he is dishonest. Which is really saying something.

For the record, the testimony that Doocy is referring to was that of Hunter’s business associate, Devon Archer, who recently testified before the highly partisan, Republican-led Oversight Committee. The committee chairman, James Comer, had promised that this hearing would produce bombshell evidence of President’ Biden’s alleged corruption. However, as is often the case, the hearing wound up proving that Biden never did anything illegal or unethical. According Democratic committee member Dan Goldman…

“The witness [Archer] stated unequivocally that there is no evidence in his possession or his knowledge that Joe Biden ever discussed business with Hunter Biden. Joe Biden never did anything on behalf of Hunter Biden’s business interests.”

Archer’s testimony was yet another embarrassment for Republicans who have been holding hearing after hearing, hoping to tarnish President Biden. Archer not only contradicted the GOP’s claims that Biden was involved in Hunter’s businesses, he also shot down Republican lies about the President pressuring Ukraine on Hunter’s behalf. According to the Washington Post…

“Devon Archer’s testimony was hailed as a central breakthrough in implicating Joe Biden. Instead, it has a top ally of Hunter Biden stating under penalty of perjury that Joe Biden was not involved in Hunter Biden’s business and that Biden’s trip to Ukraine in 2015 was not centered on protecting Burisma at all.”

It’s no wonder why Biden was once moved to privately mutter under his breath that Doocy was a “stupid son of a bitch.” A hot mic picked it up and Biden later apologized to Doocy like a gentleman. But, sadly, even that admonition wasn’t enough to get Doocy to try to elevate his inquiries to a level that would at least avoid humiliation and ridicule.

As for Fox News, they will continue to hype fake controversies and trivialities that they believe harm Biden’s reputation because they can’t find any legitimate things to criticize. So expect more stories from Fox about Biden the horror of eating ice cream or riding his bike. It’s what they do – and all they have.

Squeaker McCarthy Just Wants to Help Biden Clear His Name – From the GOP’s Vile Lies About Him

From the first day that the Republicans became the majority party (barely) of the House of Representatives, they have pursued the agenda that they believe fulfills the hopes and dreams of the American people: Endless phony investigations of Democrats and baseless impeachments of President Biden and much of his Cabinet (per Shadow GOP House Speaker Marjorie Taylor Greene).

Kevin McCarthy, House Speaker (Squeaker)

Republicans have not even pretended to be interested in the issues they ran on (prohibiting abortion, racist immigration policies, tax cuts for the rich, befouling the planet, and “wokism,” whatever that is). Perhaps that’s because the American people oppose all of their positions on those issues. Consequently, the GOP has steadfastly clung to a plan of action that consists solely of attacking Biden and other Democrats.

Leading this pack of congressional malcontents is GOP House Squeaker, Kevin McCarthy. He assumed that position after a record fifteen votes, during which he was forced to make deeply unethical promises to the fringiest faction of his caucus. As a result, McCarthy now has to agree to the demands of crackpots like Greene, and Matt Gaetz, and Lauren Boebert, in order to keep his speakership. And the crackpot contingent is demanding that President Biden be impeached. Never mind that they haven’t got a shred of evidence of any wrongdoing.

On Monday McCarthy went on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program to engage in more of his manufactured mud slinging. It was a repeat performance of the slander that he and his GOP flunkies have been spreading for several months. However, he attempted to put a softer sheen on his bullsh*t, probably because he knows that none of it is true. He rambled…

“The Biden family created twenty shell companies while he was Vice-President. […] If you have an attorney general who says one thing and an IRS whistleblower coming forward and saying something else, you want to know who’s lying and what’s the information.”

Well, we already know who’s lying. It’s McCarthy. He has no evidence whatsoever of Biden having any shell companies. Nor does ha have any reason to question the honesty of Attorney General Merrick Garland. As for the so-called IRS “whistleblower,” he has a spotty reputation and nothing to back up his allegations. McCarthy went to say…

“When you move to an impeachment inquiry, it empowers Congress, Republicans and Democrats, within their subpoena, to be able to get the answers they need. Because we have found, time and again, we haven’t seen anything like this since the Nixon administration. Using the government to shut down any time we had a question. I would think the Biden family would want to clear their name.”

In the same breath McCarthy blatantly contradicts himself, saying that he wants an impartial impeachment inquiry, but that he hasn’t “seen anything like this since the Nixon administration.” Which is a bizarre comparison, considering that there is nothing remotely similar about Nixon’s documented crimes, and the unfounded allegations against Biden that McCarthy is yammering about. Also, McCarthy’s fake impartiality is exposed in a tweet he posted immediately after the video above, wherein he has already convicted Biden, saying falsely that “We know President Biden has lied about his own involvement in a pay-to-play scheme.”

What’s more, McCarthy’s contention that “the Biden family would want to clear their name,” is preposterous. Why should Biden be forced to prove his innocence, particularly for the lies that Republicans have been telling about him? Maybe Republicans should stop lying instead. And maybe McCarthy should be more concerned about name clearing for Donald Trump, about whom there are mountains of evidence of serious crimes. On second thought, that would be an entirely futile endeavor since Trump’s name is so badly stained already that it is beyond redemption.
